Abstract

The method is for playing a lottery game. An electronic lottery ticket (100) having a plurality of commercial images (104a-104i) covered by electronic covers (112a-112i) is provided. A sponsoring company sponsors each commercial image. The user electronically scratches off the first electronic cover (112a) to display a commercial image (110a) hidden behind the first electronic cover (112). While scratching off the electronic cover (112a) a commercial message (106a) associated with the commercial image (110a) is displayed.
