Abstract
Refrigerating plant equipped with controlled subcooling, obtained by inserting a heat exchanger (15) on the line of the liquid to increase the subcooling. The exchanger (15) can provide for heat exchange with water, air or another refrigerant. The advantages vary according to the adopted solution: air + water hybrid cooling; two-stage heat recovery; low- temperature heat recovery by post-heating; auto-storage of refrigerating energy; controlled subcooling with dedicated refrigerating circuit (21-24).
