Abstract

　ペット用シート１は、表面シート２、裏面シート３及び両シート間に介在する吸収性コア４１を有し、表面シート２と吸収性コア４１との間に、吸水によって膨潤し崩壊する植物由来の素材の粉砕物の圧縮成形物５を配したものである。圧縮成形物５は、吸水によって膨潤崩壊し、それによって表面シート２と吸収性コア４１との間に該圧縮成形物５の嵩高の含水崩壊物からなり且つウエットバックを阻止する遮断層を形成するものであることが好ましい。圧縮成形物が、無機粉体を更に含有することも好ましい。無機粉体としてはゼオライトが好ましい。
