Abstract

The invention relates to electrical engineering. The inventive device for forming a uniform electric field in an electrically conductive medium comprises a zero electrode and cylindrical phase electrodes which are uniformly and coaxially disposed on several, at least three, different diameter phase rings. The inventive method for forming a uniform electric field consists in supplying voltage to all phase rings during the passage of one of the alternating-current half-cycles from an electrode to an electrically conductive medium in such a way that the current is limited on each phase ring. The connection of a zero phase to a zero electrode makes it possible to form taper surfaces consisting of like charges flowing from the end edges of cylindrical phase electrodes through the electrically conductive medium towards said zero electrode and to create areas of uniformly located charges in the specified volume of the electrically conductive medium which is arranged between the end faces of the cylindrical phase electrodes and the zero electrode embodied in the form of a disc. Said invention makes it possible to obtain the maximum electric field distribution during the passage of one of the half-cycles of alternating current through the electrically conductive medium.

Known methods for transmitting electricity through an electrically conductive medium by direct contact, using flat metal electrodes of various shapes and locations.
между ними принято считать равномерным, при определенных токах [Яворский Б.M.,An electric field created in an environment. between them it is considered uniform, at certain currents [Yavorsky B.M.,

187].Science .-- Ch. ed. physical - mat. lit., 1989.- S. 187].
The disadvantage is that it is not possible to create a uniform distribution of the electric field between the electrodes in an electrically conductive medium only by the geometrical shape and arrangement of the flat electrodes, since any flat figure can be represented by an end electrode, where large currents flow around the perimeter of the contact area.
Л.В. Голованова.- M.: Мысль, 1999. -С 410-415, (ПРОТОТИП)].Closest to the technical nature of the proposed invention is a method of forming a uniform electric field in an electrically conductive medium, based on the expiration of charges from electrode-needles located perpendicular to the surface of the expiration, and the device that implements it is “Chizhevsky luster” [Chizhevsky A.L. Air ions and life. Conversations with Tsiolkovsky / Comp., Entry. Art., selection of ill. L.V. Golovanova.- M .: Thought, 1999.-C 410-415, (PROTOTYPE)].
The disadvantage of this method and device is that, according to the laws of electricity, the discharge of charges does not occur simultaneously from all points of the electrode surface (the ends of the needles), but only from those in which the conductivity of the medium, for example, air, is maximum.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to provide the greatest uniformity in the distribution of the electric field during the passage of one of the half-periods. AC in an electrically conductive medium.
The objective of the invention is solved by the method of forming a uniform electric field in an electrically conductive medium when one of the half-periods of an alternating electric current passes from an electrode to an electrically conductive medium using cylindrical phase electrodes located uniformly on several phase rings of different diameters, at least three, located coaxially, providing voltage to all phase rings with current limitation on each phase ring and the connection of the zero phase to the zero electrode with ensuring the formation of conical surfaces from the same charges spreading from the edges of the ends of the cylindrical phase electrodes through the conductive medium in the direction of the zero electrode and the creation of zones of uniformly distributed charges in a given volume of conductive the medium located between the ends of the cylindrical phase electrodes and the zero electrode.
In this case, use phase rings located in the same plane, and also use a zero electrode in the form of a disk. In addition, the current on each phase ring is limited by the corresponding resistance.
The problem is also solved by a device for generating a uniform electric field in an electrically conductive medium, containing at least three phase rings of different diameters, arranged coaxially, cylindrical phase electrodes placed uniformly on the phase rings and a zero electrode, and each phase ring is connected to a corresponding current limiting means for supplying through it the voltage on the phase ring. In this case, the phase rings are located in one plane, and the zero electrode is made in the form of a disk.
In addition, each current limiting means is configured as a resistance.
Таким образом, предлагаемое изобретение соответствует критерию «Hoвизнa».Comparative analysis with the prototype [Chizhevsky A.L. Air ions and life. Conversations with Tsiolkovsky / Comp., Entry. Art., selection of ill. L.V. Golovanova.- M .: Thought, 1999.-C 410-415,] shows that the electric field generated by the claimed method and device is uniformly distributed at the moment of passage of one of the half-periods of alternating electric current through the electrically conductive medium and has a dense ring structure zones composed of hollow cones of the expiration of the same charges. Thus, the present invention meets the criterion of "Novelty."
А. С. В.Comparison of the claimed solution with other solutions shows that it is known that there is a uniform electric field when the charges expire from the surface of the conductor, into the electrically conductive medium at low currents, and an increase in current leads to the expiration of charges from points of the electrode’s bulk surface that are as far apart as possible and equidistant from the second electrode [General electrical engineering with the basics of electronics. 44]. 44]. However, it is not known that a uniform distribution of the electric field during the passage of one of the half-periods of an alternating electric current in an electrically conductive medium can be created by uniformly distributing the same charges flowing down from cylindrical phase electrodes embedded in phase rings that are aligned.
Thus, the present invention meets the criterion of "Inventive Level". Let us show the possibility, for example, of a cylindrical phase electrode to transfer electric charges from its surface to form a uniform electric field in a given volume of an electrically conductive medium, based on Ohm's law for the entire circuit, Coulomb's law (the force of interaction of two charges) and Kirchhoff's first law.
А. The main provisions underlying the invention. 1. The movement of electric charges in conductors occurs on the surface [General electrical engineering with the basics electronics. Textbook for technical schools / V.A. Gavrilyuk,
Б.С. В. - С. 10, 15,44].B.S. Gershunsky, A.V. Kovalchuk - Kiev: Vishcha school. Head office. 1980. - S. 10, 15.44].
2. Expiration of a charge 'in from the surface (edge) end (this cusps - which has the highest charge density) of the electrode at the initial moment of the transition in the conductive medium has the shape of a circle (saturated electric charges of the same name).
Then these circles, filled with electric charges under the influence of Coulomb forces, expand.
According to the law of interaction of two point charges of the same name [ibid.]
F - -й % (!)F -% (!)
Таким образом получается конусная поверхность, состоящая из потока одноименных электрических зарядов.where F is the force of interaction of two charges, Qi and Q 2 are the magnitudes of the charges, ε abc is the absolute dielectric constant, / is the distance between charges, an increase in the distance between charges occurs in an electrically conductive liquid medium. At each subsequent moment in time, with the movement of the same charges, the distance increases. Thus, a conical surface is obtained, consisting of a stream of electric charges of the same name.
3. Cylindrical phase electrodes are placed, for example, on a phase ring and phase voltage is applied. Then, according to the first law of Kirchhoff [ibid.]: / I + / 2 + + / N = / 7 + 1 2+ - + I M , (2) where /], I 2 , + / N are the currents entering the node, I 1 , I 2 , ... + I m are the currents leaving the node.
4. All incoming input current circuits (I \ + I 2 + + / N ) are connected to one node. In this case, the assembly can be made in the form of a circle, and the outgoing circuits, in the form of a set of rods, of cylindrical phase electrodes, for example, with flat cylindrical ends.
5. To create a uniform electric field in a given volume of the electrically conductive medium, it is proposed to compress the conical surfaces (by changing the distance between the phase electrodes, moreover, using Coulomb's law (I)) filled with moving unipolar charges, a set of phase rings with increasing diameters (cylindrical phase electrodes, located at the same distance from each other) and arrange them coaxially, for example, in one plane.
(3)6. Given the location of the set of phase rings with the same number of cylindrical phase electrodes arranged uniformly around the circumference, it is necessary for each ring with a set of cylindrical phase electrodes to limit currents, for example, by resistors. The explanation is related to the use of Ohm's law for the entire chain. According to Ohm's Law (3)
I = U/ (R + г), (3)I = U / (R + r), (3)
7. Расчетное обоснование ограничения входящего тока/ is the current passing through the electrode and the conductive medium, U is the voltage supplied to the ring with electrodes, R is the resistance of the electrode, g is the resistance of the conductive medium. 7. The rationale for the input current limitation
(согласно формуле (3) закона Ома) в фазные кольца при заданном количестве цилиндрических фазных электродов для создания равномерного электрического поля в заданном объеме электропроводной среде.(according to formula (3) of Ohm's law) into phase rings for a given number of cylindrical phase electrodes to create a uniform electric field in a given volume of an electrically conductive medium.
An example of calculating the values of resistances included in an electrical circuit consisting of a voltage source, electrodes and an electrically conductive medium (for example, for three phase rings). We set the number of cylindrical phase electrodes on the phase rings: for example, 5 cylindrical phase electrodes are located on the first phase ring, for example, 10 cylindrical phase electrodes are located, for example, 15 cylindrical phase electrodes are located on the third phase ring. The distance between the cylindrical phase electrodes is chosen, for example, 5 cm.
Then the incoming current for the first phase ring will be (according to formula (2) of the first Kirchhoff law) 5 A (asking one ampere of the output current from each cylindrical phase electrode).
The incoming current for the second phase ring will be (according to formula (2) of the first Kirchhoff law) 10 A (having set one ampere of the output current from each cylindrical phase electrode '). The incoming current on the third phase ring will be (according to formula (2) of the first Kirchhoff law) 15 A (asking one ampere of the output current from each cylindrical phase electrode). When using a power supply equal to 220 V (according to formula (3) of Ohm's law), we obtain for the first ring an additional resistance R \ = 44 Ohms, R 2 = 22 Ohms, R 3 = 15 Ohms. We believe that the resistance (g) of the electrically conductive medium is constant.
Thus, it is possible to create a uniform electric field in a given volume of an electrically conductive medium by compressing conical surfaces filled with moving unipolar charges (according to formula (1) of the Coulomb law), provided that a set of phase rings with increasing diameters (cylindrical phase electrodes are located at the same distance apart).
