系绳夹本体的上表面 26, 除了其上设置的多个凸耳 30之外, 典型 地为平面的。 "凸耳"是指被配置成用来安全地并可逆地与包装绳的一 部分连结的突起。 系绳夹 20的凸耳 30带有易于与包装绳连结的钩形 状。 更具体地, 如图 5所示, 每个凸耳的上部 34是悬臂式的, 允许包 装绳在凸耳的悬臂部下面通过。 所示的悬臂部从系绳夹的纵轴向外伸 出; 也就是说, 它们向系绳夹的周边伸出。 在系绳夹的一个实施方式 中, 凸耳的悬臂部伸出到系绳夹本体的周边 32之外。 在系绳夹的另一 个实施方式中, 凸耳反向成对设置, 反向伸出到系绳夹本体的周边之 外。 也就是说系绳夹可以被配置成以使凸耳背对背成对设置, 如图 3-5 的实施方式所示。
悬臂式凸耳伸出到系绳夹本体周边之外, 它们可以伸出到大致水 平的周围边缘之外, 也可以伸出到周边的凹部之外。 在所公开系绳夹 的一个实施方式中,如图 3-5所示,每个凸耳伸出到系绳夹本体的周边 的相对应的凹部 36之外。 就系绳夹 20而言, 每个凹部具有与凸耳伸 出部长度大致对应的深度, 而对应的凹部具有发散边, 使在伸出凸耳 端的凹部比凸耳自身的宽度要宽一些。 该结构易于使包装绳的一部分 在凸耳伸出部的下面通过, 同时仍然允许包装绳由凸耳稳固地固定。
如图 6所示, 系绳夹 40为本发明所公开系绳夹的一个可选实施方 式。 系绳夹 40还包括系绳夹本体 42, 其带有下表面 (未示出)、 上表 面 44、 多个孔 46, 和多个凸耳 48。 与系绳夹 20不同, 系绳夹 40的孔 46不是沿着系绳夹的纵轴 49设置的, 而是沿着系绳夹成对设置, 每对 孔相对于纵轴对称设置。 更具体地, 所示系绳夹 40的孔 46被设置在 系绳夹本体周围附近。 与图 3-5所示实施方式相似, 然而系绳夹 40的 凸耳也是反向背对背地成对设置。
如图 7所示, 系绳夹 50是本发明所公开系绳夹的另一种可选实施 方式。 系绳夹 50包括系绳夹本体 51, 其带有下表面 (未示出)、 上表 面 52、 多个孔 53, 和多个凸耳 54。 与系绳夹 20相似, 系绳夹 50的孔 53沿着系绳夹的纵轴 55设置。系绳夹 50的凸耳 54被反向背对背成对 设置, 与图 3-6所示实施方式相似。然而, 凸耳 54伸出基本上是平的, 且周缘没有相应的凹部的周缘。
尽管本发明总的来说涉及大致为矩形并具有规定数量的孔和凸耳 的示例性系绳夹, 然而可以预见多种利用相同工作原理的可选和示例 性系绳夹。
在此公开的系绳夹可以由任何适宜的材料或材料组合, 例如, 塑 料、 泡沫塑料、 木料、 纸板、 热压纸、 金属等制成。 选择适宜材料以 提供预期的重量、 强度、 耐久性、 成本、 工艺性、 外观、 安全性等的 组合。 适宜的塑料可以包括高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE )、 低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)、 聚苯乙烯、 丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯 (ABS)、 聚碳酸酯、 聚 对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、 聚丙烯等等。 适宜的泡沬塑料可以包括 发泡或挤压的聚苯乙烯等。 系绳夹本身可以由 ABS, 聚丙烯共聚物 (PP-co), 耐冲击性聚苯乙烯 (HIPS ) 或磷酸胆碱 (PC) 聚合物的共 聚物制成。
可以使用任何适宜的模制或制造工艺来制备本发明所公开的系绳 夹。 尤其可以利用例如注塑成型等模制工艺来制造本发明所公开的系 绳夹。注塑成型工艺可以产生包括多个单个系绳夹的一排模制系绳夹。 可将多个系绳夹模制成构成为分配单个或多个系绳夹的可装载杂志的 夹具形式。 可选择地, 可将系绳夹制成适于缠绕到卷轴上并在需要时 从卷轴释放的长的直链。 在一个示例性工艺中, 将系绳夹制成适于人 手使用或与帮助包装操作的组装设备相符的形状。
本发明所公开的系绳夹的尺寸随着预期固定物品的比例和所使用 包装材料的尺寸而发生变化。 对于例如玩具等较小的物品来说, 系绳 夹可以大约 10-30毫米宽, 大约 80-110毫米长, 系绳夹本体可大约 1-3 毫米厚。 在本发明所公开系绳夹的一个具体实施方式中, 系绳夹大约 90-100毫米长, 大约 20毫米宽, 并具有大约 2毫米厚的系绳夹本体, 大约 2.5毫米高的凸耳,凸耳的悬臂部的下面比系绳夹本体的上表面大 约高 1毫米。如果固定较大和 /或较厚的物品, 则系绳夹可以更大一些, 可能大约为几厘米或更大。
为了固定被包装的物品, 可以将本发明所公开的系绳夹与一块或 多块包装材料共同使用。 与在此所使用的相同, "包装材料"是指使用 本发明所公开系绳夹来固定物品的任何材料。 尽管不需要, 但是包装 材料通常包括大致为平面的表面或一部分表面。 为了存储、 运输或显 示, 可以使用包装材料来包装物品。 包装材料可以是盒子表面、 底板、 内部隔板或其它具有足够硬度的块状材料。 与在此使用的相同, 包装绳是典型地包括金属丝, 被包覆在细纸 条、 塑料或其它适宜涂层中的金属丝, 或塑料带的柔性紧固件。 可以 将包装绳设置成不同的单独长度或从连续涂层丝的卷轴分配并通过手 工或自动切成期望的长度。包装绳可选择地被称作"扭曲绳 "(twist-tie)、 "皮线绳"(flex-tie) 或 "塑料绳"(plas-tie)。 当用作紧固件时, 包装 绳的一端典型地回绕到其本身上, 或者跨过相同或不同绳子的另一端 并紧紧地扭结。
如图 8所示,包装绳 56的第一端可穿过预期包装材料 60的孔 58。 然后包装绳 56可穿过根据本发明所公幵的系绳夹 64中的孔 62, 从而 系绳夹被紧紧压靠到包装材料 60上。然后拉紧包装绳并将其固定在系 绳夹本体上的相邻凸耳 66周围, 如图 9所示。 在这里, 可以固定包装 绳; 然而, 还可以通过将包装绳缠绕在沿相反方向伸出的第二凸耳下 面来进一步稳定地固定绳子, 如图 10所示。 如图所示, 可以将包装绳 缠绕在第一和第二凸耳周围, 或者缠绕在第一和第二凸耳周围, 然后 再缠绕第一凸耳。 可选择地, 还可以将包装绳以螺旋形状在多个对向 凸耳之间来回穿过。 本发明所公开的系绳夹典型地被配置成以允许将 包装绳固定在一个或多个凸耳下面的多个可选模式, 允许适合多种包 装材料和被包装的物品的适用性。 本发明的说明和描述不应被认为是 将本发明的任何方面限定为固定包装绳的特定方法。
系绳夹的应用非常直观且简单, 所使用的特定系绳夹具有与特定 应用相匹配的构造, 或者在系绳夹的定向和定位方面提供增加的适用 性, 并允许使用单个系绳夹固定多个单独的包装绳。
如图 11所示, 待紧靠固定到包装材料 72上的物品 70, 可以在两 端由本发明所公开的系绳夹 76连结的包装绳 74来保持。 包装绳可以 由单个系绳夹在两端连结, 或由两个不同的系绳夹连结。 被包装的物 品 70由具有第一端 78和第二端 80且每一端向上穿过孔 82和 84的包 装绳 74来固定。 包装绳的两端可以通过缠绕在一对反向凸耳周围, 或 者如图 11所示, 第一端 78固定在反向凸耳 88周围而第二端 80向上 穿过第一孔 84, 然后向下穿过第二孔 89来固定。
拆掉系绳夹也同样简单, 即使是小孩子也可以做到。 首先将包装 绳从凸耳上拆下, 然后向上将系绳夹从包装材料中拉出。 然后包装绳 的端部就自由了, 可以从包装材料的相反侧被自由拉出。
本发明所公开的系绳夹适用于将物品固定到包装材料上的方法
100, 如图 12所示, 该方法包括在步骤 102中将包装绳的第一端穿过 包装材料中的孔, 在步骤 102中将包装绳的第一端穿过系绳夹中的孔, 在步骤 106 中将穿过的包装绳固定在系绳夹本体上的凸耳周围。 该方 法还可包括在步骤 108 中将包装绳的第二端穿过系绳夹的第二孔, 和 在步骤 110 中将包装绳固定在系绳夹本体上的第二凸耳周围。 可选择 地, 或者另外, 该方法还可以包括在步骤 112 中将包装绳的第二端穿 过第二系绳夹上的孔, 和在步骤 114 中将穿过的包装绳固定在第二系 绳夹本体的凸耳周围。
可以结合自动或半自动方法使用在此所述的系绳夹。 例如, 可以 将多个系绳夹制成适于由自动或半自动组装设备装载和分配的夹子。
使用在此公开的系绳夹可以固定各种物品或物体。 现代的包装通 常包括硬薄膜包装或透明窗, 优选地, 被包装的物品被保持在用于显 示的适当位置和 /或方位。 可选择地, 或者此外地, 恰当包装有助于防 止在运输过程中损坏物品。 本发明所公开的系绳夹对固定各种物体或 货物特别有用, 无论是系绳夹还是包装绳, 或者二者都可以根据所要 固定的货物或物体的尺寸而成比例地放大或缩小。 特别地, 本发明所 公开的系绳夹在与包括动作模型 (action figures )、 小雕像、 玩具娃娃、 车辆和其它玩具在内的任何种类包装玩具共同使用时特别有效。
除了成本低廉和使用方便等优点外, 本发明所公开的系绳夹便于 快速且直接地拆除包装。 可以将固定的包装绳从系绳夹上拆开, 无需 铁丝剪、 盒刀或剪刀, 使用极小的力就可以将系绳夹从包装材料上去 掉。 使用本发明所公开的系绳夹, 即使是孩子也可以在没有帮助的情 况下打开并拆开其被包装物品。
尽管己参考上述操作原理和优选实施方式示出并描述了本发明, 但是本领域普通技术人员非常清楚, 在不脱离由权利要求所限定的本 发明的本质和范围内还可以进行各种变化。还可以预见各种结构的孔、 凸耳和系绳夹本体, 以及包装绳与系绳夹的孔和凸耳之间的各种相互 影响。 本发明意图包含所有这些变形、 修改和变体, 包括各种要素、 特征、 功能和 /或特性的新颖的和非显而易见的组合和变形。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种用于固定包装绳的系绳夹, 包括:
具有上表面和水平下表面的系绳夹本体;
所述系绳夹本体中的多个孔; 和
沿着所述上表面的周边的多个凸耳, 每个凸耳被配置成牢固且可 逆地连结包装绳;
其中所述系绳夹被配置成使包装绳能够向上穿过孔并固定在凸耳 周围。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹,其中所述多个凸耳被设置向所述 系绳夹本体的相对侧面伸出的反向对。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的系绳夹,其中每对反向凸耳被设置在一对 相邻孔之间。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的系绳夹,其中每个凸耳朝向所述系绳夹的 外周边缘延伸。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的系绳夹, 其中每个凸耳延伸到所述系绳夹 外周边缘的相对应凹部之外。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹,其中沿着所述系绳夹的纵轴设置 有所述多个孔。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹,其中相对于包含所述系绳夹纵轴 的垂直面对称设置有所述多个孔。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹,其中所述系绳夹被配置成通过将 所述包装绳向上穿过孔并通过一个或多个悬臂式凸耳下面来固定包装 绳。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的系绳夹,其中所述系绳夹被配置成通过将 所述包装绳向上穿过孔并通过反向对中的至少两个凸耳中的每一个的 下面来固定包装绳。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹, 还包括在所述系绳夹水平下表 面上的一个或多个突起。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹, 还包括所述包装绳。
12. 如权利要求 1所述的系绳夹, 其中所述系绳夹本体中的多个 孔沿着所述系绳夹纵轴设置, 所述多个凸耳被设置成向所述系绳夹本 体的相对侧面伸出的反向对, 每个所述凸耳向所述系绳夹本体的外周 边缘延伸, 每个凸耳被设置在孔附近。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的系绳夹,其中每个凸耳延伸到所述系绳 夹本体外周边缘的相对应的凹部之外。
14. 一种被包装的物品, 包括:
包装材料;
用来固定包装绳的系绳夹, 所述系绳夹包括具有上表面和水平下 表面的系绳夹本体, 所述系绳夹本体上的多个孔, 和沿着所述上表面 周边的多个凸耳; 和
包装绳, 具有向上穿过所述系绳夹本体中的孔并固定在至少一个 凸耳下面的第一端;
其中所述包装绳将所述物品固定在所述包装材料上。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的被包装的物品,其中所述包装绳的第二 端向上穿过所述系绳夹本体中的第二孔, 并固定在至少第二凸耳的下 面。
16. 如权利要求 14所述的被包装的物品,其中所述包装绳的第二 端向上穿过所述系绳夹本体中的第二孔, 然后向下穿过所述系绳夹本 体中的第三孔。
17. 如权利要求 14所述的被包装的物品, 其中所述包装材料包括 一底板, 并且所述包装绳将所述被包装的物品紧靠固定在所述底板上。
18. 一种将物品固定到包装材料上的方法, 包括:
将包装绳的第一端穿过包装材料中的孔;
将所述包装绳的第一端穿过系绳夹上的孔, 其中所述系绳夹包括 带有上表面和水平下表面的系绳夹本体, 所述系绳夹本体中的多个孔, 和沿着所述上表面周边的多个凸耳; 和
将穿过的包装绳固定在所述系绳夹本体上的至少一个凸耳周围。
19. 如权利要求 18所述的方法,其中固定穿过的包装绳包括将包 装绳固定在两个反向悬臂式凸耳中每一个的下面。
20. 如权利要求 18所述的方法,还包括将所述包装绳的第二端穿 过所述系绳夹中的第二孔, 并固定所述包装绳的第二端。
