Abstract

A fluid transfer device smaller in size than conventional products and having a simple structure. The fluid transfer device has a vibration plate (2) placed so as to face a predetermined flow path, a flow path forming plate (4) provided in the flow path, and at least one flow path hole (41) formed in the flow path forming plate (4). A gap is formed between the vibration plate (2) and the flow path forming plate (4) so that static pressure is created between the plates when the vibration plate (2) is vibrated in a ultrasonic region. Fluid is transferred by this static pressure.
