Abstract

Disclosed is a highly effective agent for treatment of pulmonary diseases with little side effects. Specifically disclosed is an agent for treatment of pulmonary diseases by endotracheal administration, which contains a biocompatible polymer nanoparticle containing an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor.
