Description

Vorrichtung zur Gaseinbrinqung in eine Flüssigkeit Device for gas injection into a liquid
Technisches GebietTechnical area
The invention relates to a device for gas introduction into a liquid with a loosely enclosed by a tubular filter fabric, connected to a gas connection inner tube having distributed over its length gas passage openings, and with a the inner tube with a radial distance enclosing, in the region of its two ends connected to a Flüssigkeitszu- and an outlet outer tube, between which and the inner tube, a helical flow channel is formed for the liquid.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Zur Steigerung der Gaseintragungsrate sind allerdings der Gasdruck und die Geschwindigkeit der Flüssigkeitströmung zu erhöhenIn order to register gases in liquids, it is known (WO 97/43219 A1) to envelop a central Gaszuführrohr with a tubular filter fabric, through which the gas is supplied to the liquid in the annular space between the inner tube for the gas supply and a Inner tube enclosing outer tube is guided in a helical circulating movement. The helical circulating flow of the gas to be enriched liquid is enforced by an inserted into the annulus, on the one hand on the outer tube and on the other hand on the filter fabric adjacent coil spring. By maintaining a certain minimum speed between the partially penetrating into the filter cloth liquid and the filter fabric passing through the gas flow advantageous mixing conditions that support the dissolution of the gas in the liquid, so that a high gas introduction rate can be achieved with a comparatively low gas pressure can. To increase the gas introduction rate, however, the gas pressure and the velocity of the liquid flow are to be increased
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to improve a device of the type described for gas introduction into a liquid so that a further increase in the gas introduction rate is made possible without having to take a significant increase in gas pressure and flow rate in purchasing.
The invention solves the problem set by the fact that between the open against the inner tube flow channel and the tubular filter fabric, an annular gap remains free and that the gas passage openings are covered by on the outside of the inner tube fitting, gas-tight, rubber-elastic cuffs, with respect to the liquid flow upstream of the associated Gas passage openings are connected to the inner tube.
By providing gas-tight, upstream of the associated gas passage openings connected to the inner tube, rubber elastic cuffs on the outside of the inner tube, a valve effect is initially achieved, which ensures that gas from the inner tube to the tubular filter fabric, but not in the reverse flow direction of the filter fabric into the inner tube can reach because at an overpressure in the outer region of the inner tube, the rubber-elastic cuffs are pressed against the outside of the inner tube and close the gas passage openings. Only at an overpressure in the inner tube, the rubber-elastic cuffs are expanded accordingly to allow gas to flow out of the inner tube to the filter fabric. By the voltage applied to the outside of the inner tube collars, the gas flowing out of the inner tube is distributed over the circumference and metered out the filter fabric as it flows out of the sleeves downstream of the gas passage openings, whereby the conditions of the gas entry are significantly improved. To comes that set because of the remaining free annular gap between the filter cloth and the helical flow channel in the region of the filter fabric flow conditions for the liquid, which additionally improve the entry conditions of the gas in the liquid, so that the gas introduction rate can be significantly increased. In this context, it should be remembered that, due to the orbital motion of the fluid flow, centrifugal forces become effective which bring about a pressure relief of the fluid flow in the region of the filter tissue and therefore facilitate gas introduction in this area. In addition, the provision is made by entering the annular gap between the helical flow channel and the tubular filter fabric to enter gas even in viscous liquids.
A further improvement of the gas introduction into the liquid is achieved in that a liquid jet pump for the gas to be introduced is connected to the gas connection of the inner tube. With the help of a liquid jet pump can be provided not only for a corresponding promotion of the gas to be introduced, but also for a mist of a gas-liquid mixture, which allows a further increase in the gas introduction rate. The mist formation can additionally be assisted by an impact body provided in the path of the jet of the gas-liquid mixture from the liquid jet pump, which also ensures partial ionization of the gas, in particular if it is constructed from a granular material.
¬In order that the whereabouts of the dissolved gas in the liquid can be improved, an aftertreatment device can be connected to the liquid outlet of the outer tube, comprising a support tube loosely enclosed by a tubular filter fabric and an outer tube enclosing the support tube with radial clearance, which, leaving an annular gap open tubular filter fabric has an open against the filter fabric, helical flow channel for the gas-enriched liquid. The aftertreatment device thus has one of - -I. ¬
Device for gas entry comparable structure with the essential difference that the inner support tube for the filter fabric is not acted upon by a gas to be entered. In the region of a surface layer of the filter fabric, therefore, there is an involvement of gas bubbles that have either not been incorporated into the liquid or have formed new, so that by such a treatment under the conditions of gas entry without gas supply, the permanent integration of the gas into the liquid is improved. Particularly favorable conditions arise in this context when the aftertreatment device is connected via a compensation line to the liquid outlet of the gas introduction device, because during the passage of the compensation line, the bonds introduced in the gas introduction device can be strengthened. Advantageous for such compensation is a swirling movement of the liquid. For this purpose, at least one swirl nozzle can be switched on in the compensation line.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, the inner tube 2 which can be charged with the gas to be introduced is provided with gas passage openings 15 distributed over the tube length, which are covered on the outside of the inner tube 2 with a gas-tight, rubber-elastic sleeve 16. These applied to the inner tube 2 cuffs 16 are gas-tightly connected to the inner tube 2 with respect to the liquid flow between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 3 upstream of the respective gas passage openings 15, so that 16 result through the cuffs valves at an overpressure of the tube interior with respect to the tube outer region allow a gas outlet from the inner tube 2 with a corresponding expansion of the sleeves 16, but prevent reverse flow of gas into the inner tube 2 in reverse pressure conditions.
The inner tube 2 with the sleeves 16 is loosely enclosed by a tubular filter fabric 17, via which the gas is introduced into the liquid, which is guided between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 3 in a helical circulation movement. For this purpose, a screw-shaped helix 18 is used in the outer tube 3, which close to the inner tube side of the outer tube 3 rests and the filter fabric 17 leaves an annular gap 19 free. As a result, a flow channel 20 which is open relative to the filter fabric 17 and provides a helical liquid flow without impairing the mixture of the gas that penetrates the filter fabric 17 with the liquid in a surface region of the filter fabric 17 is obtained for the liquid to be fumigated. The passing through the gas passage openings 15 of the inner tube 2, with the aid of the sleeves 16 distributed over the circumference of the inner tube 2 gas exits at the downstream end of the sleeves 16 from the sleeve area to penetrate through the filter fabric in the liquid flow, due to the flow conditions in Area of the filter fabric 17 undergoes a gas absorption favoring negative pressure load.
In order to dissolve gas bubbles that are not dissolved in the liquid flow, or to dissolve in the liquid due to insufficient binding of new gas bubbles, the liquid in the aftertreatment device 12 is subjected to a corresponding aftertreatment, in a similar way to gas introduction, but without the addition of additional gas , This means that the aftertreatment device 12 only needs to include a support tube 21 loosely enclosed by a tubular filter fabric and an outer tube 22 enclosing this support tube 21 at a radial distance, which, while leaving an annular gap to the tubular filter fabric, open a helical flow channel for the filter fabric having gas-enriched liquid. To avoid separate constructions, one of the gas introduction device 1 of the same construction can be used for the aftertreatment device 12. It only needs the gas port 11 to be closed. The entrained with the liquid, undissolved gas fractions are involved in the region of the surface of the filter fabric due to the pressure and flow conditions prevailing in this area in the liquid, so that the duration of gas integration into the liquid can be significantly increased. The equalization line 13 between the gas introduction device 1 and the aftertreatment device 12 ensures that the gas in the gas introduction device 2 not yet completed expired reactions can be completed. With a twist distribution via at least one swirl nozzle 14, advantageous flow conditions result therefrom along the equalization line 13.
It has been found that, with regard to the introduction of gas into the liquid, particularly favorable conditions arise in connection with the gas introduction device 1 according to the invention, when the gas to be introduced is introduced into the inner tube 2 in the form of a gas-liquid mist. For this purpose, the gas to be introduced is sucked in accordance with FIG. 3 with the aid of a liquid jet pump 6 via the inlet 7 and mixed with the liquid jet, which is atomized accordingly. In addition, the jet can be sprayed from the gas-liquid mixture to a baffle 10, which is advantageously constructed from a granulate, which is held for example via a filter fabric 23 in the housing 9. The emerging from the liquid jet pump jet 6 from the gas-liquid mixture is sprayed by means of a swirl nozzle 24 on the baffle 10. This swirl nozzle 24 is designed in the form of a pyramid cone tapering in the spray direction and causes a swirl on the jet emerging from the nozzle, with the advantage that the fanning of the spray cone is counteracted. The impact of the spray cone on the baffle 10 not only entails an additional atomization of the liquid droplets, but also causes a partial ionization of the gas molecules, whereby the integration of the gas molecules is supported in the liquid.
