Abstract

According to this method, a product to be dehydrated is fed into a filtration and/or compression device into which heat is supplied. The method comprises a first step carried out under a first pressure lower than 7 bars, in which the product to be dehydrated is heated to a temperature lower than the evaporation temperature of the liquid to be removed, said first step having a duration of between 5 minutes and several hours.
