Description

RANDOM LOGIC COMMUNICATION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The Present invention relates to system and methods to implement a communication interchange where connections are made using random logic algorithm between two arbitrary pair of incoming requests for a communication that do not provide an identity for a target to get connected to. Unlike a telephone where users provide the number of the called party they decide to talk to, or the internet where the user provides a website URL they wish to connect to or an instant messenger where the user has to click on an identity they wish to chat with, the proposed system decides on its own using its own random logic engine to connect two arbitrary requests for communication. Using the proposed system a users just say hello to someone they don't know or given a website they did not ask for or be chatting with someone who does not even have a false identity.
The proposed system thus relates to an identity less communication system that learns over a period of time the interests of individual users and automate the selection process of picking the two right users or peers to establish a communication session over a variety of medium such as a telephone call, video calls, an instant messaging session, web services, text messaging, webcam services and streaming services such as RSS feeds. The present invention is thus directed to provide a method for mediated communication interchange i.e. bridging of two incoming communication among persons or services of similar interests discovered automatically and without need to disclose identity to either of peers. BACKGROUND ART
There had been a phenomenal growth in information transaction for a wide range of purposes and interests of immense volume and distinctive characteristics over the Internet in past decade. Networking among users has been extensively used to bridge connections based on common interest. Existing Internet functionality such as inter relay chat (chat rooms) provide a forum for discussion. Other functionalities match up users in virtual communities based on their answers to a set of questionnaire. The Internet does not provide means for automatically introducing people with similar interests.
Other prior art networking applications such as online and mobile applications are typically operated as 'managed services' by application service providers (ASP). In particular, users typically create unique personal profiles, which include basic information including identity, interests, profession, history, testimonials and information about their network. Users map their relationship with other members, either by inviting other members to join their network or by using software to scan existing relationships recorded in computer contact software. Typically, connections are facilitated by sending messages/instant messages or emails to friends who are already known or directly to people that are not known by the user. Other connections can be made through linking chains of existing relationships of people who may or may not be known to the user.
Other commonly used applications provide functions such as friend-finding, text- dating and community message aggregation which is based on user's "relationship map" which can identify the location of the user or the friend. Text-dating applications allow users to connect with new friends who meet age and gender criteria, enabling users to communicate, e.g., to exchange text messages. Community message aggregators distribute messages from one member to all members within a specific community. In an illustrative service, one member identifies a famous person or celebrity and a message about the person or celebrity is communicated to all community members.
Other commonly used application worldwide is the Amateur Radio, wherein a group of people who communicate with each other over a wide frequency spectrum using many different types of wireless transmitting modes. Often, younger hams get a chance to meet other hams of various ages and professions. The frequent networking often helps teens building career or evaluating choices for academic courses and as such willing to seek advice from professionals in related technical fields which their guardians or the guidance counselor may not be able to provide.
For a variety of reasons, the access to information about available activities and entertainment maybe difficult to obtain for a person looking for something of specific interest. For example, a person seeking entertainment might not have immediate or ready access to a publication advertising possible activities. This is particularly true if the decision to find such an activity is made on the spur of the moment.
All such modes of communication/personalized interaction as mentioned above require IP address, telephone numbers, a frequency or any other type of identification to communicate or to network with another person.
A number of attempts have been made in the past for developing means for secured and confidential communication among persons without the need for disclosing identity but such attempts suffered from limitations and disadvantages in terms of perfect matching of the interests profile of intending end users and also failing to provide secured confidential/anonymous exchange of information in a full proof manner.
US 7234059 is a prior patent titled "Anonymous authenticated communications' is directed to confidential communication wherein user authentication is achieved using random numbers.
US 7246150 is a prior patent titled "Advice provided for offering highly targeted advice without compromising individual privacy' is an invention that do not deal with relationships of mediating communication between two entities and thus do not interfere with the subject matter of present invention.
US 6148067 disclosed an invention titled "Anonymous voice communication' wherein identity of end user at least one side is required and the system and method of the invention do not use any random logic or do not indicate any means to match pair of two users or entities from analyzing a number of many requests to the system.
US 6061789 is a prior patent directed to an invention titled "Secure anonymous information exchange in a network' wherein said information exchange is based on public key and relates to no random logic for establishing selective connection avoiding identity disclosure.
WO2008059536 is an international publication titled "System and Method for Anonymous Communication' is directed to an invention wherein identity of person at least on one side is needed for enabling communication. WO2008019462 is a prior publication titled 'Method for Building Spontaneous Virtual Communities Based on Common Interests Using Wireless Equipments' is an invention wherein the method of communication suggests that identity of person is needed at least on one side and "the second user being associated with contact information for at least one destination node". Thus, unlike the present invention the complete non disclosure of identity for communication exchange or matching of request profiles of end users are not achieved.
There has therefore been a need in the art to provide more efficient means for enabling communication with e.g., being introduced to like-minded people of same interest profiles without disclosing personal information/identity of the user such as including the name, User ID/IP address, telephone numbers etc. The present invention provides for a system and a method for addressing the need and overcome the limitations of the prior art in the related filed. The present invention directs to a system which automatically matches up persons with similar interests based on common interests and communicating there between based on random logic without disclosing personal identity during communicating message or voice.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The present invention is directed to providing a system and a method based on a random logic based service wherein user is able to communicate in total privacy through any media such as web cams, telephone calls or even text messaging while users' identity is completely concealed with voice and video masking methods and thus ensuring complete privacy, confidentiality and secrecy. In addition the present invention eliminates the need for addressable identities and static personal profile information to initiate a communication and also eliminate the need to search and find information or people of interest.
Reference is first invited to the accompanying Figure 1, that schematically illustrates the method of the existing communication exchange wherein conventionally the end user communicating/exchanging information/data are essentially exposed to revelation of personal identity as user ID or pass word or name or phone number etc. it is clearly apparent from such existing methodology that an inbound request to the system for connection to any receiver to any identified destination such that the system finds the receiver, alerts the receiver, makes an outbound connection and bridge the incoming request and the outbound connection having distinctive identity of the end users, for establishing intended communication exchange over any known communication media/channel for requested destination/service comprising a phone call, SMS or a web link.
Reference is next invited to the accompanying Figure 2, that schematically illustrates the method according to the present invention the method of implementation of the communication exchange between two persons, selected from many requests by analyzing and matching the most similar type of requests based on selective criteria using random logic such that the bridging of connection between the two is established without disclosing the personal identity of any of the persons in any form.
It is clearly apparent from the accompanying Figure 2, that such a system provide means to implement a method of matching two requests by analyzing all incoming requests to selectively bridge the two incoming requests based on the Random logic and most common type of requests based on selective evaluation criteria. Such criteria comprise the parameters to automatically bridge communications comprising Time, Location, Language, Gender, Age Group, Channels, Popularity Index etc. The random logic algorithm matches the best two connections from a given set of all incoming connections i.e. if there are 200 incoming requests the algorithm choose the best two and returns back to the system bridging the connection. The method provides establishing communication links wherein the communication bridged is random and can be anyone who chooses to be part of system.
Importantly, the present invention employs wherein the system and the method do not use any personal information of the user including the IP addresses, telephone number etc for bridging the connection. The primary objective of the present invention is to provide for a system and method to implement a communication interchange for making identity less connections using random logic and/or random interchange. More particularly, the present invention provide for communication interchange i.e. bridging of two incoming communication wherein two un-known people can exchange information with each other in a private, anonymous way using Short Messaging Service (SMS), voice, video or web services including web cams.
Reference is now invited to accompanying Figure 3 that schematically illustrates an embodiment of the invention involving application of SMS. The inbound requests to the system are analyzed based on random logic algorithm to bridge communication connection between two persons having most similar requests with respect to text of messages.
The network connection used for communication may be over either a telephone, mobile or internet network in a private anonymous way using Short Messaging Service (SMS), voice, video or web services including web cams.
Accompanying Figure 4 illustrates a telephone call request processing according to the method of the invention for matching most similar requests from among many incoming requests such as directing any incoming and outbound country specific telephone call to the system for matching and bridging communication using random logic and expressed similarity of requested interests without disclosing individual identity.
Also, the accompanying Figure 5 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention relating to application of the system and method according to the invention directed to matching requests for a web based content publishing/viewing request and desired bridging communication link between two persons based on random logic algorithm communication exchange free of any identity disclosure of any of the end users and said matching performed through analyzing by the components of the system involving criteria for evaluation like Time, Location, Language, Gender, Age Group, Channels, Popularity Index etc using a random logic algorithm.
It is thus possible by way of the present invention to developing a method wherein two un-known people can exchange information with each other in a private, anonymous way using Short Messaging Service (SMS), voice, video or web services including web cams and a system thereof providing means for analyzing requests and establishing/bridging communication exchange link between two selective persons based on random logic algorithm to select two most similar requests from among many. The invention thus provides a method for communication exchange whereby total privacy of users is maintained since no identity information is exchanged, no numbers, no User ID, no profile are required to establish a communication link but the same is selectively established by analysing two most similar requests based on selective evaluation criteria and the random logic. Even the users voice and video are masked on a video and voice call and hence total privacy is ensured, if needed. The system and the method of the present invention is thus adapted to generate wide scale demand and use among a large population desirous of executing confidential audio and/or video communication without divulging individual's identity for a number of end applications comprising participating in a forum with common interests, seeking advice from physician/psychological counselling or advice of astrologer or any professional in matters matching with the kind of services provided, contributing/sharing inputs to academic or learned societies for interactive exchange of views without disclosing identity, exclusive interviews on targeted objectives, providing vital clues on matters relating to identification of criminals/miscreants or information on any impending threats to public life or property to the administration for necessary action etc.
