Abstract

The invention relates to a module for displaying products, characterized in that it includes at least one longitudinal supporting element (10) and at least one longitudinal guide element (12, 14), said at least two elements being substantially parallel to one another and mounted on a common frame comprising a securing element (16) for securing the module on a securing bar (50).

Description

DEVICE FOR PRESENTING PRODUCTS

The invention relates to a device for presenting products. The invention relates more particularly to a presentation device forming a modular display.

The term "presentation" must be understood in a general sense, that is to say, in a sense of placing on display or putting on sale.

Preferably, the products will be in the form of products packaged in boxes, or similar organs.

The invention finds particularly advantageous, but not exclusive, applications in the fields of displays for mass distribution (supermarkets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, exhibition areas, furniture mountable yourself - in English "do-it-yourself "- ...).

The invention also has applications in the field of displays for cold. There are three types of mobile presentation: furniture type "cold negative", that is to say furniture intended to present products whose conservation requires a negative temperature. It may be provided that this type of presentation furniture optionally includes hermetic doors, to maintain the necessary cold within said furniture. This type of furniture is for example for the presentation of frozen products. furniture type "cold positive", that is to say furniture intended to present products whose conservation requires so-called cold temperatures but not negative (for example 4 ° C) as is the case in a refrigerator domesticated. This type of furniture is by example intended for the presentation of dairy products or fresh products.

"Dry" type furniture, that is to say furniture for products that do not require "cold" temperatures. It is therefore all other furniture that are for example for the presentation of food called "dry" (condiment, pasta, drinks, coffee, tea, canned food, ....), and any other product inedible.

Thus, the invention also has applications in cold, cold positive or dry cold presentation furniture.

In the state of the art, it is known that a display must be able to present a maximum of products in a minimum of space, while occupying a surface on the ground, or wall or in a display (for example a gondola) the as small as possible, and that on the one hand, the products presented must be visible (in particular presented front face) and presented in an attractive way, with in addition a good ease of access and extraction of the products of the display rack by a consumer. A first solution of the state of the art is to dispose the products freely on a shelf of a display. Although the products can be organized in an orderly manner, this solution has the disadvantage of only being suitable if the packaging of the products presented has a suitable geometry such as a rectangular parallelepiped shape (and more particularly square).

In addition, as the display empty and so that the products closest to the consumer are extracted, the products that are left are less and less visible by the latter and remain behind on the tablet and therefore less accessible by the consumer. This is even more problematic that the tablet is in height or near the ground. It is known in the state of the art, other solutions consisting of arranging rods (also called pins) or guide walls in order to separate the products on the same tablet. These rods can be arranged to accommodate other shapes than the one previously mentioned as a cylindrical or oval shape. Such a solution is described in the documents US 2003/0024889 A1 and US 2006/0016774 A1 which furthermore advantageously show a device for highlighting the products either by simple action of gravity on the products presented, followed by a device manual pulling.

However, the latter solution has the disadvantage that it is difficult to quickly move or replace a product on a tablet, or from one tablet to another. These operations generally consist in removing all the products that one wants to move, one by one and must take into account the constraints related to guiding devices which themselves are very difficult to modulate.

Another solution, presented in the document FR 2 851 441 provides a display device of merchandise in the form of a container-type "tray" for a specific type of product. This solution has the advantage of being modular, because adapted and dimensioned for a type of product. Thus the replacement or displacement of a product type can be done quickly by simply moving the presentation device. However, this solution has the drawbacks of not being adapted to other shapes than parallelepiped rectangle and not to ensure good visibility of the product. Indeed, the shape of a container type "tray" makes it possible to make visible only an upper part of the product, which, moreover, significantly hinders the visibility of the product when the latter is placed on a shelf in height, and partially hidden by the tablet itself. An object of the invention is to provide an improved sales presentation device compared to the state of the art, in particular that allows a better visibility of the product, while ensuring the modularity of the presentation. For this purpose, there is provided according to the invention a product presentation module comprising at least one longitudinal support member and at least one longitudinal guide element, the at least two being substantially parallel to each other, mounted on a common framework comprising a fixing element for fixing the module on a fixing bar.

Such a device makes it possible while remaining modular to guarantee the visibility of the product presented by the visual lightness of its device.

In the following description, the term "before" refers to the part of the device closest to a consumer, that is, the most "forward" product is the one that directly faces the consumer. It will also be understood by "fix" or "fixation", to guarantee between two elements a link prohibiting certain degrees of freedom but not necessarily all.

In our case, the fastening element of a module allows the latter to be "fixed" to the fixing bar while maintaining a degree of freedom of slide type along said bar. A user can manipulate the module to adjust its position along said bar. Referring to Figure 1, a presentation module 1 according to the invention comprises a base support member 10 formed of a longitudinal plate, and intended to support the weight of the product or products to be arranged on the module. The support element is of small width, for example less than one third of the width of the product arranged. The small width of the support, however, does not guarantee the stability of the product arranged, especially if the product is cylinder or oval. This is why the module 1 comprising two longitudinal guide rods 12 and 14 for laterally holding and guiding the product or products arranged on the module. The module also comprises a fixing element 16 adapted to fix the module on a fixing bar or on the bottom of a gondola when the latter consists of corresponding horizontal slots. This element may have a rounded "hook" shape as shown or any other form of attachment to a bar, for example rectangular, according to the shape of the section of the bar. All these elements are preferably fixed by welding, but can quite be fixed in another way (rivet, bonding, injection, ...).

With reference to FIGS. 13a to 13c and according to one possible embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a matching element 130 intended to adapt the fastening element 16, for example for a perforated bottom or groove of a presentation unit. The adapter element 130 comprises a plate 134 adapted to be fixed within the fastening element 16. The fastening is for example made in the form of corresponding holes 132 in the plate and the fastening element 16 and Fastening elements or rivets 131. The adapter element advantageously comprises hook extensions 133 for attaching the module to a display unit comprising a perforated bottom (in the form of a hole assembly 134). . The extensions 133 of a module are spaced to correspond to the spacing of the holes 134 of the presentation cabinet. Preferably, the arrangement of the extensions 133 is such that it makes it possible to give the longitudinal support 10 of the module 1 an inclination allowing the gravity to carry out a highlighting of the products. Referring to Figures 14a to 14c, the adapter member 130 includes an extension 135 adapted to be inserted into a groove bottom of a display cabinet. A groove bottom usually comprises a succession of longitudinal plates 137 in front of the bottom of the presentation unit spaced from each other such that the space between two plates 137 allows access 136 to the bottom of the cabinet. The offset between the accesses 136 and the plates 137 makes it possible to insert the extension 135 and, by a leverage effect, to allow the module 1 to be fixed. In the same manner as previously, the arrangement of the extension 135 is preferentially such that it makes it possible to give the longitudinal support 10 of the module 1 an inclination allowing the gravity to carry out a highlighting of the products.

Advantageously but optionally, the adaptation element comprises the extension 133 and the extension 135 thus allowing a universality of the adaptation element. It is also expected that the extension 133 and the extension 135 are directly made on the fastening element 16.

Referring to Figure 2, another possible embodiment of the module according to the invention comprises a thrust system 20 comprising a backing element 21, a substantially vertical portion is intended to support the products 25 arranged on the module. The thrust system here comprises a strip 24 of spring steel whose natural position is flat and which is capable of being wound into a roll 22 so as to exert a pushing force P. Thus when a consumer extracts a product 25 of the module, the thrust system 20, thanks to the thrust force P, causes a forward movement of the remaining products so that they are accessible to consumers. he It should be noted, in this figure, that a fastening element 26 in the form of a rectangular hook open downwards is shown.

Advantageously, the longitudinal support element of the presentation module according to one possible embodiment of the invention, is inclined so that the gravity exerts a force component on the products to the front. Thus such an embodiment does not require any additional development.

With reference to FIG. 3, another possible embodiment of the module according to the invention comprises a support plate 30, the width of which is greater than that of the module described above, for example to support products of higher weight, but which comprises extended vacuum zones 35 so as not to weigh down the module. The guiding elements 32 and 34 in the form of rod are part of a tubular block 37 which comprises a recess 370 which allows its attachment to the support plate 30 and a better visibility of the product or products arranged on the module. The module also comprises a fixing element 36 in the form of a rectangular hook open downwards, able to fix the module on a fixing bar. In addition, there is provided in one possible embodiment, a third rod 39 comprising a grip member 31 on its front portion and a substantially vertical back element 38.

More generally, a presentation module can include all kinds of arrangements to facilitate a movement of the products forward. Such an arrangement is for example a slippery slope of the support 10 and guiding elements 12 and 14 (Figure 1) descending forwards so that the gravity "pushes" the remaining products forward.

Referring to FIG. 4, a manual pulling action T on the grip element 31 of the rod 39 enables displacement of the backing element 38 in the direction T, and thus causes a forward movement of the products (located before the backing element 38) so that they are accessible to consumers. Once the highlighting movement is over, the rod 39 is pushed back to avoid any risk of snagging with consumers traveling in front of the presentation device. This embodiment also provides a stop element 33 which allows the leaning element 38 actuated by the rod 39 not to exceed a maximum displacement D. This stop is intended to prevent too much exceeding the rod 39 and therefore potentially dangerous if the rod 39 is not retracted.

FIG. 5 shows a possible embodiment of the presentation device according to the invention. The device comprises a fastening bar 50 fixed on a presentation furniture 58 substantially vertical using two brackets 56 at each end of the fixing bar (one of which is not shown). These brackets are universal for this type of furniture and generally has two fasteners capable of being slid into two of the slots 54 and to keep hanging the fixing bar 50. On the fixing bar 50 are fixed one or more presentation modules 1 with the aid of their hooking elements 36. Such a hooking element 36 is also able to ensure a fixing of a module on the bottom of a presentation furniture when the latter consists of corresponding horizontal slots. . The fixing bar 50 is adjustable in length, preferably in a range of values ranging from 1100 to 1300 mm, in particular in order to be able to correspond to several types of presentation furniture and may contain several modules 1 according to the load characteristics of the bar. fixation 50 and presentation furniture 58, preferably up to six modules. Of course, in other applications, there may be provided a mounting bar that can support more than six modules. According to a possible embodiment, a presentation module according to the invention may further comprise a label element 52 intended to carry an information label on the product, for example its price.

With reference to FIG. 6, the fixing bar 50, according to one possible embodiment of the invention, can be fixed to support arms 60, initially able to support a presentation tablet as in the art previously described. These support arms 60 are attached to the presentation furniture 58 using brackets (not visible in the figure) as previously described.

In this embodiment, the fixing bar does not include brackets, but a fastening element 64 for fixing the fixing bar 50 on the support arms 60, for example in the form of "crenel". Of course, the fixing bar 50 may itself comprise square elements. In this case, the support arms 60 are no longer used and we just put the fixing bar comprising the brackets on the presentation furniture 58 (the brackets coming to be positioned in the slots 54).

Referring to Figure 12 and according to a possible embodiment of the invention, the support bar 50 (which can be part of a support frame) comprises several modules 1a and 1b. The module 1b is a possible embodiment of the invention in that it comprises a longitudinal support element 10b and a longitudinal guide element 12b, the two being substantially parallel to each other, mounted on a common framework comprising a fastening element 16b to fix the module 1b on a fixing bar 50. The modules 1a and 1b are arranged in such a way that the longitudinal support 12a of the module 1a also serves as a longitudinal guiding element of the module 1b. Thus a succession of modules adjacent to each other makes it possible to use only modules comprising only one longitudinal guiding element (thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the modules) while keeping the same result as with a set modules comprising two longitudinal guiding elements; that is, the products arranged on each module are surrounded by two longitudinal elements. Of course, it is expected that the first module 1a of a series of adjacent modules comprises two longitudinal elements. In order to guarantee the proximity between two successive modules 1a and 1b, it is provided that each module comprises a ratio element 120 advantageously arranged at the level of the guide elements. Preferably, the connecting element 120 is in the form of an extension comprising a hole adapted to receive a hook 121 of an extension 122 of the adjacent module.

Figure 8 shows such a fixing bar 90 of which only one end is shown. This fixing bar 90, according to a possible embodiment of the invention comprises, at each end, a bracket element 92 intended to be fixed on a presentation furniture. Advantageously, it is provided that the bar can be inclined relative to the brackets 92; that is to say, a main axis 94 of a section of the bar 90 and a main axis 96 of the angle member 92 have relative to each other an angle 98. Advantageously this angle has a value in a range from 0 to 15 degrees and preferably a value of 9 degrees. With reference to FIGS. 11a and 11b, this inclination makes it possible, by the action of gravity, to bring the products 100 forward each time that the most forward product is removed by a user. Each module 1 is fixed to the fixing bar 90, which allows the longitudinal support element 10 of the module 1 to have, with respect to the horizontal symbolized by the axis 111, an angle 110 having the same properties as the angle 98 (advantageously this angle has a value in a range from 0 to 15 degrees and preferably a value of 9 degrees). Thus such an embodiment does not require any additional development for the advancement of products forward. Referring to Figure 7 and according to one possible embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a presentation furniture comprising a substantially vertical face 84. We just fix on the furniture, support arms 80, able to support a presentation tablet for example. On these support arms 80, a fastening frame 82 is fixed.

It should be noted that the frame comprises a fixing bar, the module being fixed at both ends on said frame (one end of the module on said fixing bar and another end on another frame element).

Advantageously, the frame is a structure comprising two longitudinal fastening bars 820, arranged in substantially parallel manner and joined at their respective ends by a fastening element 823 intended to fix the fastening frame 82 on the support arms 80, so that the assembly advantageously has a substantially rectangular shape. On this fastening frame 82, one or more module (s) of presentation 1 is (are) fixed (s); the fixing element 16 is fixed on one of the bars 820 of the frame, while another fixing element 86 is fixed on the other fixing bar 820. Advantageously, the fixing frame 82 is of adjustable length; for example thanks to the fixing bars 820 also of adjustable length. Advantageously, each of the fastening elements of the module 1 may be replaced by a recess of the structure of the module adapted to fit, even roughly, the shape of a fixing bar.

Advantageously, it is expected that the attachment of the module 1 is carried out by entering the slots of the face of the presentation furniture 84 (as fixtures display). This alternative makes it possible to get rid of other means of attachment (bar, frame, ...). In general, the presentation module, according to the various possible embodiments of the invention, may either be in connection with a fixing bar on which the module is fixed by means of a fastening element located at rear (the embedding connection being provided for example by means of the form of "slot" of the fastener), in which case the module is cantilevered; either the module is attached to the front and rear (as shown in Figure 7) in which case the links are not necessarily embedded connections.

Figure 9 is a schematic representation of a presentation furniture according to the invention. Thus, the presentation furniture 70 has a substantially vertical framework 72 comprising here six fixing bars 50, and each fixing bar comprises a length adjustment system being arranged in two telescopic parts, with a portion 74 which can slide on the outside. inside an outer part of the bar. Each fixing bar receives a series of presentation modules 1 arranged side by side. It is understood in this figure that the modularity allows easy movement of a set of products arranged on a presentation module 1, simply moving the module in question. In the same way a replacement of a product range is easily achievable. In addition, and with reference to Figure 10, it is noted that all products 100 presented on the presentation furniture 70 is particularly visible and visually ventilated, regardless of the height of the module on which a product is arranged. This visibility is made possible thanks to the very airy visual aspect of the presentation devices. It is also noted that the presentation device is of a weight minimized by the small amount of material needed to constitute it. It should be noted that the presentation furniture may be of negative cold type, substantially vertical and comprising a plurality of presentation modules according to the invention and / or a plurality of display devices. presentation according to the invention. With reference to FIG. 15, it is intended to guarantee the alignment of a succession of modules 1 by means of an alignment element 151 fixed to all the modules by means of fastening elements. 152 preferentially placed under the support elements 10 of the modules 1. Claims

1. Product presentation module, characterized in that it comprises at least one longitudinal support element (10) and at least one longitudinal guide element (12,14), the at least two being substantially parallel to each other, mounted on a common frame comprising a fixing element (16) for fixing the module on a fixing bar (50).

Presentation device according to claim 12, characterized in that the arrangement between the fixing bar (90) and the fixing brackets (92) have an angle (98) such that the support element (10) of the module (1) is inclined with another angle (110) relative to a horizontal axis (111) so that gravity exerts a force component on the products forward.

14. Presentation device according to one of claims 10 to 13, characterized in that it comprises fixing elements (64) for its fixing on support arms (60).

15. Device according to one of claims 10 to 14, characterized in that the bar or the fixing frame is adjustable in length.

Product presentation device comprising a fixing bar (50) and at least two presentation modules according to one of claims 1 to 8 fixed on said bar, the modules comprising only a longitudinal guide element, characterized in that the modules are arranged adjacently so that a product placed on one module is surrounded by two guide elements.
