Abstract

Case for homeopathic medicine containers (1) designed for storing, in an ordered manner, in a portable device, the various containers for granules or globules of the type used in homeopathic treatments, which is characterized in that said case is formed by a lower sheet (1.1) and another, upper sheet (1.2), which lie one on top of the other, both sheets preferably being square or rectangular in shape, with heat-welded or sewn lines (3) that form non-closable compartments (2) arranged in rows and columns and in which it is possible to place individual containers (5) with the latter's corresponding labels (6). Said compartments (2) are of the right size to receive the type of container most commonly used in homeopathy. Said case is produced from coloured or uncoloured transparent or translucent plastic, which allows the label (6) on each container (5) to be read therethrough. Each case (1) may also be supplemented with another case, since at the ends thereof there are adhesive flaps m (4.1) and n (4.2), it being possible for said case to be rolled up on itself or to be grouped together with other individual cases (1) to form ring-binders, given the fact that the m-type adhesive flap (4.1) has two, three or more holes (7). The compartments (2) thereof, defined by the heat-welded lines (3), may be of various sizes, with a view to optimizing the volume of the case in the rolled-up position. The case may comprise only the lower sheet (1.1) produced from textile material or any other type of flexible sheet, with the special feature that the containers (5) are secured by means of rubber bands, elastic bands or a similar system, provided the labels (6) can still be read. The invention is characterized in that the upper sheet (1.2) is produced from coloured or uncoloured transparent or translucent plastic or silicone that allows the label (6) on each container (5) to be read therethrough, and the lower sheet (1.1) may be made from opaque or transparent silicone, opaque plastic or even textile material joined by welding or sewing, and, in addition to the above-mentioned adhesive flaps, has a further two, longitudinal, adhesive flaps n (4.2) on the bands separating rows of containers, which flaps are provided with multiple holes (7) that are available on either side of the case (1). In a production variant, instead of adhesive flaps, cases (1) are grouped together by means of staples or another mechanical fastening system. The case has rubber bands (9) with one end joined inseparably (or by n-type adhesive means (4.2), Velcro ®, staples, buttons, or any other means) to the case and, at the other end, hooks (8), provision being made in all variant embodiments thereof for a cardholder (10). The hooks (8) may be anchored, in the rolled-up position, to loops or to any other element, in place of the holes (7). The compartments (2) may have other shapes to allow the insertion of the container, such as side openings (2.2), circular openings or openings with another closed shape (2.3), and in some cases have a shape and size adapted to the most commonly used container by means of in-factory adaptation of one of the two component sheets - the front or the rear - or of both sheets at the same time.

Description

CASE FOR HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES CONTAINERS

INTRODUCTION

The case for homeopathic medicine containers consists of a portable element for the orderly storage of the multiple containers that patients who prefer and continue treatment with this type of medication normally use. The invention introduces an improvement over the solutions known so far in this specialty of homeopathic medicine that requires the frequent disposal of a wide variety of products normally stored in more or less standardized tubes or containers. That is, the homeopathic kit is a complex kit for the aforementioned variety of products and consequently bulky. If the kit is fixed, there are no volume problems, but in portable medicine cabinets, in which the inventor has some experience, the solutions that facilitate such portability are highly valued. As explained in this document, the inventor proposes some alternatives of the invention that have the particularity of being preferably made of transparent transparent flexible sheet material with the possibility of splicing several modules when the capacity of a single module is insufficient. The object of this invention is a very interesting solution for patients who follow homeopathic treatments, its price being affordable to all economies.

SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE TO WHICH THE INVENTION REFERS

The invention presented affects the Sector of Needs of Life and specifically the chapter on Health, Protection, Entertainment in relation to Medical Sciences directly affecting the industrial and commercial sector of manufacturing accessories for pharmacies and sanitary uses.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Medication cases are accessories normally found in private homes, clinics, health care centers, etc. in order to meet possible needs of medicines taken with or without a prescription. The most normal is to have first aid kits where you have all the necessary elements for the first urgencies.

It is also normal to have small cabinets or drawers where medicines that are consumed regularly such as vitamins, ointments, analgesics, etc. are stored.

For patients who must be treated with medications in a more continuous or programmed way, there are small cases, boxes, or even programmable devices, in addition to the classic pillboxes that are replenished daily to always carry the necessary medicines on top. But this, which is common for traditional medicines, is not applicable to homeopathy.

The case of patients who follow treatments with homeopathic products is special because homeopathy requires the continuous and periodic taking of a large number of different products in the form of "granules" or "globules" so it is usual to have cases or boxes that they are uncomfortable because of their size or make it difficult to see and locate the medicine that must be taken at any time, which forces them to open different compartments with their different zippers, covers or protectors.

Homeopathic medicine, which is gaining adherents from day to day, and that is already marketed in all pharmacies, is based on a theory that maintains that the same symptoms that a toxic substance causes in a healthy person can be cured by a prepared remedy with the same toxic substance, following the principle stated as "the similar is cured with the similar." In a way, remember the prevention of diseases by vaccination of traditional medicine. The good results achieved by applying the so-called "remedies" based on the "symptoms" mean that the number of patients who continue this type of treatment is increasing more and more, however, the inconvenience of needing a wide range of products .

To justify this statement we can say that not only should they be taken quite frequently but, for example, to treat a simple cough a different medication can be applied depending on the type of cough or even according to the patient's own nature and the same can be said of any other ailment To this we must add that the same medicine can be supplied with different concentrations or "potencies" according to the jargon used by homeopaths. I mean, like first-aid kit for this type of patients, especially if they have to move or travel with a certain frequency, it is advisable to use portable items of great capacity to have all the necessary medications.

This aspect is what has motivated the inventor to develop a device that, being portable, improves the characteristics of those that now exist and that, as we will see in the description, represents significant advantages in relation to those currently available in the market. with inconveniences such as those of being little manageable, bulky, with difficulties to locate with agility each medicine and of a relatively high price if it is analyzed from the point of view of the service they provide.

The solution presented in this document is simple, inexpensive and novel, so it will undoubtedly be attractive to people who must continue treatment with homeopathic medicines.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a new case for the storage and easy transport of containers with homeopathic medicines consisting of a flexible, transparent or even translucent plastic sheet, provided that it can be read therethrough, basically square or rectangular. It contains a series of compartments sized to admit the introduction inside the usual homeopathic medicine containers.

The aforementioned compartments are arranged so that in each modular sheet they are grouped into several rows and columns so that each module can house a number of packages equal to the product of the number of rows by that of columns. The material of the front sheet will always be transparent so it can be a plastic or silicone sheet. For the backsheet the same material of the front sheet or a colored, opaque or textile plastic material can be used. The compartments can be formed by simple cuts made in the sheet by superimposing two sheets properly sewn or welded leaving the openings necessary to easily introduce the containers.

By the exposed characteristics and the type of material, it is understood that, on the one hand, the perfect ordering of the stored containers is achieved but, in addition, it is possible to directly read the label of each container on both sides given the transparency of the material. To optimize the space in the case, the size of the cell adjusts to the size of the most common container in homeopathy admitting other smaller containers. When looking for a specific substance in the case, when the text of the package is hidden due to incorrect insertion or movement due to the manipulation of the case, the cell opening is always invented open to allow the rotation of the container with fingers without removing or opening any closure. The opening of the cell is also invented so that, being always open, the container does not leave its place if it is not expressly removed. As an additional advantage to the proposed invention, the author of the same conceives it with the possibility that a narrow band "sailboat" or similar and another band thereof be incorporated into one of the edges or edges of the sheet material and "different sign" on the opposite edge which allows the union of successive sheets by doubling, tripling, etc. The capacity of the initial case. When a module such as those indicated is intended to be transported without discomfort, it is most comfortable to roll it over itself, which means that the space occupied is very small. It is evident that if new modules have been added to the original, the volume of the formed roll is increasing progressively. To facilitate the stability of the roll during transport and / or storage, several very simple closure solutions that increase the functionality of the invention with a minimum additional cost are described herein. Another possibility conceived by the inventor is to arrange a sheet over another as if it were the sheets of a book or a Carpesan notebook. The sheets of each module can be manufactured in different sizes to meet the full range of the particular needs of each patient and given its low price you can even think of cutting rows or full columns of sheets already available for each patient to prepare the case to your size. In all cases there is also a kind of card holder that allows the introduction of a document with the general list of homeopathic products contained and the medical purpose of each of them.

We will move on to the description and presentation of the figures that clearly show the essence of the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Five schematic figures that are considered sufficient for the understanding of the present invention are included. They have the following meaning:

This figure is schematically represented, in three orthogonal views, the case object of the invention in the hypothesis of having three rows and eight columns of housings so that the capacity of each module is twenty-four containers. In the figure, it is considered the case that all the housings are occupied with their corresponding medicine container, being able to observe that the plastic sheet has been represented with transparency effect so that the legend of the different labels is visible. This figure shows two views of a case; The bottom one (3a) is a view of the front of the case and the top one (3b) is the view from the back. In these Schematic views represent alternatives in which case closure systems are detailed when rolled on itself. Thus we can see that in the strips that separate adjacent rows of containers have been included two strips of adhesive flap type n (4.2) that have a series of perforations that affect both the flaps and the sheets of the case. In addition, two hooks attached to the case with classic elastic bands are included and the presence of a kind of card holder whose function is to insert a sheet with the detail of the medicine contained in each container and its curative purpose is also observed in the view (3b) . Figure 4 Here, the result of rolling up a case full of medicine containers is shown in plan and elevation views. It can be seen, due to the size of the circumscribed circumference, the small space it occupies in this position, which, being easily portable, can be secured with straps, elastic bands or any other type of closure so that it does not unfold during transport. In the figure, which does not exhaust the multiple possibilities conceived by the inventor, the closure has been represented by the system of adhesive flaps m (4.1) and n (4.2) complemented or not with hooks attached to the case by means of traditional elastic bands.

This figure shows some of the possibilities of materializing the unit housings (2). With this, the inventor wants to solve the different ways of using the case because for cases of mostly static use any solution can be good but in cases of high mobility, mismatches or falls can occur in the packaging of the case that contains them.

In the upper part (a) of figure 5 the case illustrated in the previous figures has been represented, consisting of a housing (2) that receives the package from its upper part and leaves its upper part free. In the following line (b) the housing (2.1) consists simply of two elastics that receive the container from above or below and hold it.

In line (c) the housing (2.2) receives the container from one side of the upper part and protects it completely from its eventual fall when said container is completely inserted into the housing.

Finally, line (d) shows a housing (2.3) with a substantially circular mouth that receives the container from above and also prevents the accidental fall of the container.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Case for homeopathic medicine containers (1) (Figs. 1 to 5) whose function is to store in an orderly manner the various medications prescribed to patients who receive homeopathic treatments and which consists of a group of unit accommodations (2) which are formed by superimposing two sheets, one lower (1.1) and one higher (1.2). In the basic alternative the bottom sheet (1.1) is one piece and has a square or rectangular shape. The top sheet (1.2) can be identical to the previous one or it can be formed by three or more equal pieces. In the event that the upper sheet (1.2) is equal to the lower one (1.1), they are superimposed and perfectly coincident to proceed to generate a series of heat-welded lines (3) as shown in (Fig. 1). Previously in the upper sheet (1.2) a series of horizontal cuts will have been made that will serve to form the openings or entrances of each housing (2). In this way, a series of individual housings (2) aligned in rows and columns are constituted, which, in the case of (Fig. 1), form three rows and eight columns, thus providing a total of twenty-four housings (2 ) in each of which a container (5) can be inserted for storage in the case (1). The inventor conceives the preparation of a series of case models with more or less rows or columns depending on the needs presented or even depending on the size of the packages (5) although today this size is practically standardized in different countries .

In the case that the top sheet (1.2) is composed of several pieces, the single observation of figure 1 already allows us to intuit the shape of each piece that will have the same width of the bottom sheet (1.1) and a height slightly less than that of the containers (5) that is intended to be stored. It is easily understood that as many pieces for the top sheet (1.2) as rows should have the case (1). Once positioned where appropriate it will proceed to form the welded lines (3).

When the case (1) is in use, whether it is with all the housings (2) occupied with the corresponding containers (5), or if it is only partially occupied, it is possible to identify the contents of each container (5) by directly reading the labels (6) because the lower (1.1) and upper (1.2) sheets, according to the preferred embodiment of the inventor, are transparent or capable of admitting the reading therethrough. Under these conditions any label (6) of any container (5) is readable from the outside in front of or behind the case (1). To facilitate the portability of the case (1), it is rolled up on itself as shown in (Fig. 4), so that the volume occupied is reduced and very manageable, being able to ensure closure with tape-type devices, elastic band or any other.

Another forecast taken into account by the inventor is the possibility of joining two or more case modules (1) to increase the storage capacity of containers (5). For this, each case (1) is provided with an adhesive flap type m (4.1) at one of its ends and another adhesive flap type n (4.2) at the opposite end. This type of flaps are those that are joined by simple approximation of those of different types m (4.1) and n (4.2) with the particularity that they allow their separation at will by pulling properly in opposite directions. It is understood that when it has been decided to join two cases (1) to double the storage capacity of packages (5), it is also possible to wind the assembly although it is evident that this gradually increases the diameter of the circumscribed circumference.

Another alternative contemplated by the author of the invention in question is the possibility of grouping several cases (1) in folders of the Carpesan type for which the adhesive flap type m (4.1) has two, four or any other number of perforations ( 7) so that they set in the corresponding rings of the Carpesan folder. For the formation of the housings (2) the inventor adds a possible distribution with variable distances in order to optimize the volume of the device in its rolled position.

The case, on its front sheet, made of plastic or flexible silicone sheet will always be transparent or sufficiently translucent to allow reading through it and can also be colored in any tone. For the backsheet the same material of the front sheet or a colored, opaque or textile plastic material can be used.

It is also contemplated by the inventor the possibility that the case is of a single sheet, the lower one (1.1) in which case it could be of any flexible material, including the textile and the container holding system (5) could be elastic cord or band taking care that the label (6) of each package (5) is always visible.

Other preferred embodiments

It should be noted that to optimize the space in the case, the size of the cell is adjusted to the size of the most common container in homeopathy, logically admitting other smaller containers. It happens sometimes that the text of the package is hidden because of an incorrect introduction or movement due to the manipulation of the case; Therefore, as we will now see, the opening of the cell is always invented in an open way to allow the rotation of the container with the fingers without the need to remove it or open any closure. The opening of the cell is also invented so that, being always open, the container does not leave its place if it is not expressly removed.

For all this, to improve the basic option, the inventor, taking into account the defects detected in the initial prototypes, conceives the preparation of the cases with improved housings that allow an easy rotation of the containers with the fingers and also prevent their accidental fall . Thus, as shown in (Fig. 5), it plans to refine the design shown in lines (a) and (b) by those shown in lines (c) and (d). In (c) the housing (2.2) has its opening in the upper side part, which ensures the stability of the container (5) once introduced. The same result is achieved with the solution (2.3) shown in (d) where the opening It has a circular shape that also prevents the fall of the container (5) when it has been fully inserted as the upper lip of the opening attached to the container butt on its cap. In both cases it is possible to manipulate the container by rotating it without having to remove it from its housing. With regard to the closure mode in the rolled position, the inventor conceives a significant improvement by adding two adhesive flaps type n (4.2) along the case (1) in the strips that separate the horizontal rows of containers (5) as shown in (Fig. 3). Thus, when the case is rolled (Fig. 4), whatever the diameter of the roll, the flap type m (4.1) always has the possibility of adhering to the longitudinal flaps of type n (4.2).

As a complementary means for greater closure security, or as a single alternative solution, it may be sufficient to provide the case (1) with two hooks (8) with their corresponding rubber bands (9) anchored to the edge of the case as shown in the (Fig. 3). Thus, by winding it on itself, it will be possible to fit the hook into any of the multiple perforations (7) as outlined in (Fig. 4). Other splicing and closing systems are conceived, not shown, based on "click" solutions, clips, automatic, adhesives combined with hooks, etc. Finally, the inventor considers it very appropriate to add somewhere in the case, as outlined in (Fig. 3), a kind of bag or card holder (10) where you can enter a document with the index of the medications contained in the containers and their respective healing effects.

It is not considered necessary to make the content of this description more extensive so that a person skilled in the art can understand its scope and the advantages derived from the invention, as well as develop and put into practice the object thereof.

However, it should be understood that the invention has been described according to a preferred embodiment thereof, so that it may be susceptible to modifications without implying any alteration of the basis of said invention, such modifications may affect the shape, size and / or manufacturing materials; that is to say, the terms in which this preferred description of the invention has been exposed should always be taken in a broad and non-limiting manner.

Claims

1.- Case for homeopathic medicine containers (1) intended to store in an orderly manner, in a portable device, the various containers for granules or globules of those used in homeopathic treatments characterized in that it is formed by a lower sheet (1.1) and another superior (1.2), superimposed, both preferably square or rectangular, with heat-welded or stitched lines (3) that form non-closable housings (2), arranged in rows and columns where two containers (5) with their corresponding can be placed labels (6). These housings (2) have the adjusted measure for the placement of the most common container in homeopathy.
