Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de massage comportant un boîtier et un guide longitudinal avec des première et seconde pistes présentant des chemins variés. Des premier et second prolongateurs sont reçus respectivement dans les première et seconde pistes. Un chariot avec une formation de massage est relié de manière rotative aux premier et second prolongateurs. Un moteur et une transmission sont reliés fonctionnellement au chariot et au boîtier afin de translater le chariot le long du guide, de manière à ce que les chemins variés des première et seconde pistes modifient la profondeur de la formation de massage. Un autre appareil de massage de la présente invention est pourvu d'un arbre de sortie actionné fonctionnellement par, et coopérant avec, une transmission, pour permettre la translation axiale par rapport à la transmission. Ledit arbre de sortie présente une formation de massage s'étendant depuis le chariot et une autre extrémité coopérant avec un guide façonné, de telle sorte que la translation du chariot modifie la position axiale du ou des arbres de sortie.
