Abstract

Generally, a combined software and hardware stock-exchange system (SES) comprises a combined software and hardware system (CSHS) containing an еуеВоаrd, еуеТоuсh, еуеСоntrоl and еуеStер panel or panels for inputting, controlling and displaying selected parameters and directing a transaction, with projection and the possibility of controlling a script for a transaction and the crediting of funds to, and debiting of funds from, a client account, of controlling graphs of instruments (as an option), bill and coin acceptors, as well as readers, for example magnetic readers for managing funds and for performing (a) transaction(s). A stock-exchange master is provided with an integrated network interface (adapter, modem), by means of which quotations of instruments arrive (remote access) at the server computer of the bank (institution, company, organization), as a variant from information and trading platforms and agencies, and from the latter (the server computer) said quotations are output to the еуеВоаrd interactive panel (window desk), or a monitor, or to client terminals, a computer for performing and calculating transactions, and with a dispenser for withdrawing funds from a client account. The devices used for delivering and withdrawing funds from (to) a client account are a card reader, a bill acceptor, counter or coin acceptors, readers, as well as a remote access unit for accessing and using payment systems and client accounts in other financial institutions over (by means of) the Internet. The flow of quotations realized in the form of graphs and scrolling text can additionally be relayed to large, external LCD screens. Keys for controlling the script for the crediting/debiting of client funds and script for the opening/closing of transactions can be moved out onto the front panel of the keyboard. The dispenser used for withdrawing funds from a client account can be bill-, counter- and coin-returning mechanisms, or a cash desk of an establishment when using magnetic cards, flash cards, smartcards or deposit cards of this establishment (club cards), as well as a remote access unit for accessing client accounts in other financial institutions (organizations, companies), with the additional function of replenishing and transferring earnings (winnings) from a client account to a virtual depository of a bank (institution, organization, company).
