Description

Drug packaging apparatus and drug packaging method
The present invention relates to a medicine packaging device and a medicine packaging method.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a medicine packaging device, there is one in which a medicine name, a taking method, and the like are printed on a wrapping paper for packaging medicine (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In addition, as another medicine packaging apparatus, there is one in which a corresponding medicine is dispensed after predetermined printing is performed on a wrapping paper (for example, see Patent Document 3).
However, in the conventional medicine packaging apparatus, the medicine is packaged after printing on the wrapping paper. This is because an ink ribbon type or dot type printer used for printing cannot be printed unless the medicine is packaged because the wrapping paper is processed from the front and back surfaces. Further, a printing unit is provided at the printing position, and a packaging unit is provided at the packaging position. Due to the occupied space of these units, a certain distance is required between the two positions.
For this reason, it is necessary to accumulate prescription data to some extent and prevent the occurrence of a blank (loss bag) between the packaging portion of the medicine. On the other hand, if the number of accumulated data is excessively large, it is difficult to cope with the case where prescription cancellation occurs.
In particular, in the medicine packaging device described in Patent Document 3, it is necessary to synchronize the medicine dispensing and the printing start timing because the medicine is dispensed after printing on the wrapping paper, and thus the control is complicated. It was a thing.

An object of the present invention is to provide a medicine packaging device and a medicine packaging method that can flexibly cope with the cancellation of a prescription while suppressing the occurrence of a loss bag.
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention accommodates a medicine packaging device in a device main body having a plurality of cassette mounting portions and removable from each cassette mounting portion of the device main body so that a medicine can be dispensed. A plurality of medicine cassettes to be printed, a printing means for printing medication information included in the prescription data on the wrapping paper, a wrapping paper printed by the printing means being supplied, and one medicine dispensed from the medicine cassette Packaging means for packaging in increments, main body side storage means for storing prescription data in one-fill units corresponding to each package, and dispensing the medicine from the medicine cassette based on the prescription data, and the printing And a control means for executing a packaging process for packaging one package at a time by drivingly controlling the packaging means and the packaging means, wherein the control means allows the number of fills stored in the main body storage means to be allowed. When less than decimal, to allow the reception of fill in the prescription data units, and one in which the fill number to be stored is to be adjusted so as not to exceed the maximum allowed number.
Here, the allowable minimum number is the number of packages of wrapping paper (necessary number of packages) required from the printing means to the packaging means, or an additional number of packages with a margin for this required number of packages. Means. The allowable maximum number is determined by how much the next prescription data can be stored after the number of stored data exceeds the allowable minimum number.
With the above configuration, since the minimum allowable number of data can be stored in the main body side storage means, it is possible for the printing means to print on each package on the route to the packaging means. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the loss paper from being generated due to the loss of data regarding the medicine to be packaged with the wrapping paper. Moreover, since data exceeding the allowable maximum number cannot be stored in the main body side storage means, it is possible to respond flexibly even when prescription is canceled.
The control means subtracts the number of fills stored in the main body storage means each time the packaging process is performed and packaging of one package is performed, and the stored number of fills is smaller than the allowable minimum number. Preferably, the next prescription data can be received.
With this configuration, it is possible to maintain the number of prescription data at an appropriate value while appropriately receiving the next prescription data under conditions that do not cause a loss bag.
Further, according to the present invention, as means for solving the above-described problems, an apparatus main body provided with a plurality of cassette mounting portions and a plurality of cassette mounting portions that can be attached to and detached from the cassette mounting portions of the apparatus main body so that medicines can be dispensed are stored. The medicine cassette, the printing means for printing the medication information included in the prescription data on the wrapping paper, the wrapping paper printed by the printing means is supplied, and the medicine dispensed from the medicine cassette is packaged one by one Packaging means, body side storage means for disassembling and storing prescription data into one fill unit corresponding to each package, and letting out a medicine from the medicine cassette based on prescription data, the printing means and the A medicine packaging method in a medicine packaging apparatus, comprising: a control means for performing a packaging process for packaging one package at a time by driving and controlling the packaging means, wherein the control means When the number of fills stored in the storage means is smaller than the allowable minimum number, the step of accepting fills sequentially in prescription data units until the allowable minimum number is exceeded, and the total number of fills received when the allowable minimum number is exceeded And a step of adjusting the number of fills so as not to exceed the allowable maximum number.
The control means further includes a step of subtracting the number of fills stored in the main body side storage means each time the packaging process is performed and packaging of one package is performed, and the stored number of fills is less than the allowable minimum number. It is preferable to perform the step of receiving the next prescription data by decreasing.
According to the present invention, since the allowable minimum number of data is stored in the main body side storage means, the wrapping paper from the printing means to the packaging means loses data regarding the medicine to be packaged and a loss bag is generated. Can be prevented. Moreover, since data exceeding the allowable maximum number cannot be stored in the main body side storage means, it is possible to respond flexibly even when prescription is canceled.

FIG. 1 shows a medicine packaging apparatus 1 according to this embodiment. This medicine packaging apparatus 1 is generally provided with a medicine supply unit 3, a medicine collection unit 4, a printing unit 5, a packaging unit 6, and a control unit 7 in the apparatus main body 2.
The apparatus main body 2 is provided with a double door 8 at the upper part, and the tablet cassette 16 can be attached to and detached from the medicine supply unit 3 arranged inside. One door 8 (on the right side in FIG. 1) is provided with a touch panel 9, a barcode reader 10, and a journal printer 11. Further, the apparatus main body 2 is provided with a handmade medicine supply unit 14 and a replenishment table 12 described below below the door 8.
The medicine supply unit 3 includes an automatic medicine supply unit 13 and a manual medicine supply unit 14.
The automatic medicine supply unit 13 includes a substantially cylindrical cylinder provided with a motor base 15 in the vertical and circumferential directions, and a tablet cassette 16 can be attached to and detached from each motor base 15. Although details of the motor base 15 are not shown, the motor base 15 is built in and configured to transmit power to the rotor of the tablet cassette 16 via a gear. The automatic medicine supply unit 13 is provided with a tablet passage (not shown) for each row of tablet cassettes 16 arranged in the vertical direction. By these tablet passages, the tablets dispensed from the tablet cassette 16 are smoothly guided downward. In the tablet passage, a counting sensor (not shown) for detecting the number of tablets of the dispensed medicine is provided at a portion communicating with the cassette outlet.
The tablet cassette 16 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box shape, and contains the same type of tablets managed by lot numbers. A rotor (not shown) is provided in the tablet cassette 16, and a plurality of pocket portions are formed on the outer peripheral portion thereof. Each pocket holds one tablet stored in the tablet cassette 16. The rotor rotates when the driving force of the motor provided on the motor base 15 is transmitted through the gear. And when a rotor rotates, the tablet hold | maintained at the pocket part will be sequentially paid out to the tablet channel | path 17. As shown in FIG.
Each tablet cassette 16 is provided with RFID 18 (Radio Frequency IDentification), which is an example of a cassette-side storage unit, and stores information related to the tablets to be stored (medicine information such as the name of the drug and the number of stored drugs). Each motor base 15 is provided with an antenna 19 so that it can communicate with the RFID 18 of the tablet cassette 16. Then, tablet dispensing information (the number of tablets dispensed, the inventory quantity of tablets remaining in the tablet cassette 16, the identification number of the shelf on which the tablet cassette 16 is mounted, etc.) is read from the RFID 18 via the antenna 19 and controlled later. Store in the buffer 32 of the unit 7.
The manual medicine supply unit 14 manually prepares tablets (for example, half tablets) that cannot be automatically dispensed in each basket formed in a lattice shape (manual operation), and sequentially opens the bottom surface of each basket. By doing so, it pays out to the hopper 20 of the medicine recovery unit 4. Note that the instruction contents are printed from the journal printer 11 based on the prescription data as to which tablet is to be handed to which position.
The medicine recovery unit 4 includes a V heel unit 21, an inverted substantially conical first hopper 20 a located on the lower side, a revolver unit 22 located further on the lower side, and an inverted shape located further on the lower side. A second hopper 20b having a conical shape. The V 枡 unit 21 temporarily holds the tablet that has been dispensed from the tablet cassette 16 and dropped in the tablet passage. The first hopper 20 a guides the tablets discharged from the V tub unit 21 to the revolver unit 22. The revolver unit 22 is rotatable and includes a disk having a plurality of (six in this case) recesses on the circumference. In the revolver unit 22, one tablet tablet discharged from the V-shaped unit 21 and passing through the first hopper 20 a is sequentially accommodated in each concave portion formed on the disk, and rotated to open the bottom plate at a predetermined position. Thus, the ink is supplied to the printing unit 5 through the second hopper 20b.
The printing unit 5 includes a roll 24 on which the folded wrapping paper 23 is wound, and the name of the tablet on the surface of the wrapping paper 23 rewound from the roll 24 based on the inputted prescription data. And a printer 25 for printing the method and the like. The remaining amount of the wrapping paper 23 wound around the roll 24 is detected by a remaining amount detection sensor 26, and a remaining amount signal is transmitted to the control unit 7. In addition, a paper break sensor 27 is provided in the middle of the conveyance path of the wrapping paper 23 rewound from the roll 24, and it is detected that the wrapping paper 23 is out of stock, and a shortage signal is transmitted to the control unit 7. It has become so.
The packaging unit 6 includes heater rollers 28 disposed on both sides of the wrapping paper 23 that is conveyed obliquely from above to obliquely below. The heater roller 28 rotates and wraps the wrapping paper 23 one by one while conveying it. A lower end opening of the hopper 20 is disposed between the half-wrapped wrapping paper 23 on the upstream side of the heater roller 28 with respect to the transport direction of the wrapping paper 23 (hereinafter, this position is referred to as a tablet discharge position). .) A cutter 29 is provided on the downstream side of the heater roller 28 with respect to the conveying direction of the wrapping paper 23 so that the wrapping paper 23 can be cut with a desired number of packets. Further, a conveyor 30 is provided on the downstream side of the cutter 29 with respect to the conveyance direction of the wrapping paper 23 so that the cut wrapping paper 23 can be conveyed to the take-out position.
Note that the number of packages (the number of packaging preparations) between one package that has started printing at the printing position of the printing unit 5 and the packaging position at which the tablets are packaged by the packaging unit 6 is 3 or 4 (of the drug packaging device 1). It depends on the configuration etc.).
The control unit 7 transmits / receives a signal to / from the server 31 in which a plurality of prescription data is stored, accumulates commands from the server 31 in the buffer 32, and according to the commands, the automatic medicine supply unit 13 (tablet cassette 16). Or the hand-operated medicine supply unit 14 is driven and controlled, and the corresponding tablet is dispensed. At the same time, the packaging unit 6 is driven and controlled, and dosage information and the like regarding the tablets to be dispensed are printed on the wrapping paper 23, and the packaging unit 6 is driven to package the tablets one by one.
Next, the operation when the medicine packaging apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration is LAN-connected to a plurality of servers will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
The server 31 transmits an initialization command to each medicine packaging device 1 (step S11). In the medicine packaging apparatus 1 that has received the initialization command from the server 31, all the buffers 32 of the control unit 7 are cleared (step S21). Then, the identification code of the tablet cassette 16 is transmitted to the server 31 (step S22). The identification code is a shelf number specified by attaching the tablet cassette 16 to the motor base 15.
The server 31 that has received the identification code transmits a state inquiry signal at regular intervals to the medicine packaging device 1 that has transmitted the identification code (step S12). The medicine packaging apparatus 1 that has received the state inquiry signal transmits a state response signal to the server 31 (step S23). The status response signal stores the number of remaining empty buffers, the status of the medicine packaging device 1, the update information of the identification code of the tablet cassette 16, error information, and the like. If the number of remaining free buffers is not 0, it is possible to receive a fill command from the server 31.
Based on the prescription data, the server 31 transmits a prescription registration command to the medicine packaging device 1 that has transmitted a state response signal in which the number of remaining free buffers is not zero (step S13). The medicine packaging device 1 transmits a prescription registration response signal to the server 31 in response to the received prescription registration command (step S24).
Based on the prescription registration response signal, the server 31 transmits a fill command to the medicine packaging device 1 that has transmitted the prescription registration response signal (step S14). At this time, the fill command to be transmitted is one fill, that is, the content corresponding to one package (one dose) of prescription data is transmitted as a minimum unit. The data for 1 fill includes data necessary for performing a preparatory operation in the medicine packaging apparatus 1 such as the number of packages, the length of the bag, the presence or absence of cutting, the packaging information for each medicine packaging apparatus 1, and the print data. included. The packaging information includes a fill ID (IDentification), the number of shelves (the number of tablet cassettes 16 to be dispensed), the shelf number (identification number of the shelf on which the tablet cassette 16 is mounted), the number of tablets (the dispensed tablets included in the prescription data). Number). Note that the prescription data transmitted from the server 31 is for one day or for one month. For example, if the prescription data is for two weeks of taking three times a day (morning, noon, evening), one prescription includes 42 fill, and one prescription is one fill.
The medicine packaging apparatus 1 analyzes the received fill command and accumulates data of a plurality of fill commands (buffering: step S25). In this case, if the number of fill command data to be accumulated is less than the allowable minimum number 9, the server 31 is requested to transmit prescription data, and the number of fill commands to be accumulated is 9 or more and 15 or less. adjust. As a result, the data of 9 packages with a margin for one package that is the number that can be stored in the V dredge unit 21 and 7 packages that are the total number that can be stored in the revolver unit 22 is 7 packages. Accumulation is possible, and continuous packaging is possible without generating loss bags. That is, a loss bag does not occur between each package in which tablets are packaged. Further, if the number of fills included in the next prescription data is added and exceeds 15, data is not accumulated for the portion exceeding 15. As a result, even if the prescription is canceled during the process or the power supply is turned off, the number of prescription data that disappears can be minimized.
Specifically, a method for accumulating data in the buffer 32 of the control unit 7 of the medicine packaging apparatus 1 will be described.
That is, if the number of fills of the first prescription is transmitted from the server 31, it is determined whether or not the number of fills is 9 or more, which is an allowable minimum number. If the number of fills is less than 9, a response signal indicating that the number of fills is less than 9 is transmitted to the server 31. Based on this response signal, the server 31 transmits the number of fills of the next second prescription. Similarly, the above processing is repeated until the total number of fills becomes 9 or more.
If the number of fills is 9 or more, a message to that effect is transmitted to the server 31. The server 31 determines whether there is next prescription data based on this response signal. If there is next prescription data, the number of fills for the third prescription is transmitted. Then, it is determined whether the fill number is 15 or less. If the number of fills accumulated in the transmission of the fourth prescription fill command exceeds 15, a transmission stop signal is transmitted to the server 31, and the number of fills to be accumulated is set to 15 which is the maximum value.
Subsequently, preparatory processing for packaging is started based on the accumulated data (step S26). The pre-preparation process means an identification search of the tablet cassette 16 in the automatic medicine packaging unit, and a set instruction in the manual medicine packaging unit. In the identification search, it is searched whether the tablets included in the received prescription data are stored. In the setting instruction, the pharmacist is instructed by displaying on the display or the like so as to set the tablet to be hand-made to the hand-manufacturing medicine supply unit 14 (for example, the kind of the tablet to be hand-made and the hand-made medicine Position).
When the pre-preparation process is completed, information (tablet name, usage, etc.) relating to the tablet is printed on the wrapping paper 23 that is driven and controlled from the roll 24 by controlling the printing unit 5 according to the fill command for one package (step) S27). In addition, the motor base 15 is driven by the tablet cassette 16 in which the corresponding tablet is accommodated to dispense the prescribed number of tablets (step S28). The dispensed tablet falls through the tablet passage 17 and is temporarily held in the V-tub unit 21, and then stored in each recess of the revolver unit 22 through the hopper 20. Then, when the printed one package moves by 7 packages and reaches the tablet discharge position), the disk of the revolver unit 22 is rotated in accordance with this movement, and the tablet stored in the recess is dispensed to the wrapping paper 23.
As described above, 9 or more and 15 or less fill command data is stored in the buffer 32. Then, the pre-preparation process is completed and the dispensing of the first tablet is started and packaged on the wrapping paper 23, so that the number of fills of the accumulated data is decremented by one. Similarly, every time processing for one package is performed, the number of fills is subtracted. If the number of fills stored in the buffer 32 is less than 9, the next prescription data is requested to be transmitted, repeat. When packaging less than 9 fills, an end flag and an origin return flag may be set in the fill command corresponding to the final package. Then, the wrapping paper is cut based on the end flag, and it is considered that the division processing is completed based on the origin return flag. Thereby, a packaging process is complete | finished.
For example, when prescribing 5 packs (5 fill) for patient A, 3 packs (3 fill) for patient B, 9 packs (9 fill) for patient C, and 4 packs (4 fill) for patient D explain.
Even if the prescriptions of the patient A and the patient B are combined, the prescription for the patient C is only 8 and less than 9 that can be stored in the buffer 32. However, when the prescription of the patient C is added, it becomes 17 packets, which exceeds the maximum number of 15 packets that can be stored in the buffer 32. Therefore, for the prescription of patient C, only 7 packages, which are 15 packages in total, are added. The packaging process is started according to the data stored in the buffer 32, and the number of fills of the patient A is subtracted one by one every time one package is processed. In addition, since there are remaining 8 packs for the prescription of patient C, each pack is stored in the buffer 32 so that the number of fills to be stored is maintained at the upper limit of 15, and the next prescription data is the fill data. Do not request until the number is less than 9. If the number of fills stored in this way is less than 9 again, prescription data for the four packages of patient D is received. In this case, even if the four packs of patient D are added, since it is 15 fills or less, 4 fills may be added as they are to obtain 12 fills. Thereby, the timing of the prescription data received in the buffer 32 can be delayed, and it becomes possible to cope with prescription changes (cancellation, correction, etc.).
In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure described in the said embodiment, A various change is possible.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, only the tablet is supplied from the drug supply unit 3, but it is also possible to configure so that other drugs such as capsules can be supplied.
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where one chemical | medical agent packaging apparatus was connected with respect to a server, it is also possible to connect several units | sets.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, when the prescription is canceled in the middle of packaging or when the power is turned off (including the server 31 side, each medicine packaging device 1 and both), no mention is made. However, the recovery process may be performed based on what the finally transmitted data is. For example, if reception of the prescription registration command has failed in step S13, the prescription registration response signal cannot be received on the medicine packaging device 1 side. Therefore, the state response signal is transmitted again from the medicine dispensing apparatus 1 side to the server 31 side. As a result, it is possible to start (recovery processing) the above-described processing from when the server 31 receives the state response signal.
