1 . 用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于它包括杀菌室, 所述杀 菌室体设有一排向下延伸的盖滑道,在杀菌室内还布置有周期性地动作而阻挡盖 子使盖子依次在盖滑道上停顿一定时间的挡盖机构,所述杀菌室内还布置有多组 喷嘴对准所述盖滑道上对应盖子停顿的区段。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于所 述挡盖机构中设有可摆动的挡盖爪, 通过挡钩爪的阻挡使盖停顿在盖滑道上。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于沿 盖子的滑动方向, 所述挡盖机构中设有至少两排可摆动的挡盖爪。
4. 如权利要求 2或 3所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在 于所述挡盖爪的的摆动节拍与瓶子灌装设备中的将瓶子送入加盖工位的输送节 拍同步。
5. 如权利要求 2或 3所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在 于所述盖滑道的槽底透空。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于所 述盖滑道具有垂直向下延伸的区段, 对应所述垂直向下的区段设有所述挡盖机 构。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于沿 盖的滑动方向,所述挡盖机构至少使所述垂直向下延伸的区段中具有 2个停顿区 段。
8. 如权利要求 1或 7所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在 于所述喷嘴包括与杀菌剂管路相连的喷嘴和与热无菌空气管路相连的喷嘴,与杀 菌剂管路相连的喷嘴处于与热无菌空气管路相连的喷嘴的上方。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置, 其特征在于所 述盖滑道的上端与盖子的分道设备的出盖通道一一对应连接;所述杀菌装置还设 有风屏障管,所述风屏障管与无菌空气管道相连接,其出风口从侧面对准所述出 盖通道。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖杀菌装置,其特征在于所 述盖滑道的下端还接一段弧形弯曲向下的过渡盖滑道。
