Abstract

Provided are a solid dispersion and a method for preparing same. The solid dispersion is prepared by hot-melting a fibrate drug, a base material for polymer melt, a surfactant, and a polymer solubilizer. The solid dispersion comprises the fibrate drug which can be used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and which is provided with improved bioavailability.
