Abstract

The present invention is to provide a sectional area data measurement apparatus and method for calculating rainfall and snowfall through a three-dimensional wireless complex weather measurement module, the apparatus comprises: a sunlight electric cell plate (100); an octagonal weather measurer (200); and a three-dimensional wireless complex weather measurement module (300). Thus, the invention reduces power consumption since self-generation is performed through the sunlight, and there is no restriction on the installation place because the real-time wireless transmitting and receiving functions are carried out, and also, the weather information is quickly notified. Most of all, the invention is capable of exact measuring of sectional data for calculating rainfall and snowfall through the three-dimensional wireless complex weather measurement module (300), transmitting the data in RDS FM transmitting and receiving manner, displaying sectional area data about snow, rain, and hail measured in the field in graph form by a central control server in a remote place, and accurately calculating the numerical values of rainfall and snowfall.
