Abstract

The invention relates to packaging for pharmaceutical products, having a first panel (30); four side walls (34, 35, 36, 37) which are each hinged to the first panel (30); a second panel (31) extending from a second side (88) of the fourth side wall (37) and hinged to this second side (88) by way of its third side (53); a fifth side wall (38) extending from the fourth side (54) of the second panel (31) and having a second side (89) by way of which it is hinged to the fourth side (54) of the second panel (31); and a third panel (32) extending from a second side (86) of the third side wall (36) and hinged to this second side (86) by way of its fourth side (64); this third panel (32) being provided with cutouts (65) each having a shape designed to at least partially surround a product.

Description

PACKAGING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS UNDER

SHRINKWRAP

The invention relates to packages for blister pharmaceutical products.

Boxed blister packs having a belt formed by an upper panel, a bottom panel and two side panels, and two opening / closing flaps of the package formed by two other side panels hinged to the panel are known. inferior. This box is conventionally filled when its two articulated side panels are in an open configuration thus allowing the insertion of, for example, a blister, then its two articulated side panels are folded up to be in a closed configuration where the box is then closed and filled.

The advantage of this conventional box is that it is simple to format and that the insertion of products in blister and a user manual associated with the interior of this box is also simple to implement. On the other hand, the disadvantage of this conventional box is that it deforms and deteriorates when it is too often handled and when it is subjected to repeated constraints, for example when the patient taking the products takes with him this box. and put it in a pocket, or in a bag.

To avoid having a deformed and damaged box, the patient usually only takes the blister containing the products, without the box and without the instructions for use, which may be unfavorable to the safety of the patient since he then has plus the instructions for use mentioning for example the recommended dosage.

EP 1 140 639 also discloses parallelepiped-shaped packages having a belt formed by an upper panel, a lower panel and two side panels, but without an opening / closing flap. This packaging presents a space internal delimited by the belt and open on two opposite sides. This packaging comprises a partition wall disposed in the internal space so as to divide this space into two chambers, with each chamber having two opposite sides open. The package comprises a plastic film wrapped around the partition wall and forming a continuous loop such that the plastic film is adapted to move around the partition wall. The packaging comprises two panels each inserted in a respective chamber and each fixed to the plastic film so that when a user partially extracts one of the two panels of his respective chamber, the plastic film moves under the action of the movement of the panel extracted manually, and the other panel is driven by the plastic film and is extracted from its respective chamber. On the panels are respectively a blister provided with pharmaceutical products and an associated user manual.

The advantage of this solution is that the patient can take with him his packaging filled with blister products and its instructions for use without these deteriorate and deform. However, this packaging is less simple to form than the conventional box described above, and furthermore, the method of inserting the blister provided with pharmaceutical products and the notice associated with these products requires specific machines.

The invention proposes to provide a new packaging for pharmaceutical products in blister which is simple, economical and convenient.

The subject of the invention is thus a packaging for blistered pharmaceutical products admitting a box state and / or a holster state and comprising:

- a first panel having a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side and a second side which are opposite and a third side and fourth side which are opposite;

- four side walls, respectively a first side wall extending from the first side of the first panel, a second wall of a side extending from the second side of the first panel, a third side wall extending from the third side of the first panel, a fourth side wall extending from the fourth side of the first panel; each side wall having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, wherein each side wall is hinged to the respective side of the first panel;

- a second panel having a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side and a second side which are opposite and a third side and fourth side which are opposite; this second panel extending from the second side of the fourth side wall and being articulated to this second side of the fourth side wall by its third side;

- a fifth side wall extending from the fourth side of the second panel and having a first side and a second side opposite the first side, second side by which the fifth side wall is hinged to the fourth side of the second panel; and

a third panel for holding pharmaceuticals in the holster state of said package having a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first and a second side opposite, and a third and fourth side opposite; this third panel extending from the second side of the third side wall and being articulated to this second side of the third side wall by its fourth side; this third panel being provided with cutouts each having a shape configured to at least partially surround a pharmaceutical product.

The packaging according to the invention has a very simple structure and convenient to design, for example for a carton.

In addition, the fifth side wall is configured to at least partially cover the third side wall in the box state and / or in the holster state.

According to a preferred characteristic, simple, convenient and economical of the packaging according to the invention, in the box state: EU2011 / 052,869

the fifth side wall, the second panel, the fourth side wall, the first panel, the third side wall and the third panel are configured to form a belt; with the fifth side wall which at least partially covers the third side wall; and with the second panel covering the third panel; and

the first side wall and the second side wall are configured to each form an opening / closing flap of the box, which flaps each admit an open configuration and a closed configuration.

In its box state, the packaging according to the invention has a general form that allows the introduction of blistered pharmaceutical products accompanied by the instructions for use associated with conventional packaging machines. For this, at least one opening / closing flap of the box must be open.

The box thus filled and closed can be shipped for example in pharmacies for its implementation on a display stand or in a drawer. This box is particularly advantageous since it has a general shape integrating very easily on the display or in the drawer can also include conventional boxes.

According to a preferred characteristic, simple, convenient and economical packaging according to the invention, in the case state:

the first side wall and the second side wall are configured to form side faces of the case; with the first side wall and the second side wall each of which is configured as a truncated pyramid;

the third side wall is configured to form a front face of the case;

the fourth side wall, the second panel and the fifth side wall are configured to form an opening / closing flap of the case, which flap has an open configuration and a closed configuration;

5 which is configured to form an upper face of the case, and the fifth side wall which is configured to at least partially cover the front face of the case.

In its case state, the packaging according to the invention is particularly robust because of its side faces truncated pyramid and convenient because of the flap which is here central. Indeed, this shutter, in its closed configuration, forms a partial belt around the case and, in its open configuration, largely discovers the inside of the case so that access to pharmaceutical blister is particularly easy.

In its condition, the packaging is also very thin.

This packaging, in its case state, can advantageously be used daily by a patient and even be carried by this patient, who will introduce it for example into a bag or a bag.

According to preferred, simple, convenient and economical characteristics of the packaging according to the invention:

the first panel is provided with pre-cuts each having a shape similar to the respective cutouts of the third panel;

in the box state, the third panel is opposite the second panel;

in the holster state, the third panel is opposite the first panel, with each pre-cut of the first panel which is respectively facing a cutout of the third panel;

the first panel is provided with a first slot arranged facing its first side and a second slot arranged opposite its second side; and the first side wall has on its second side a first projecting tongue; and the second side wall has on its second side a second projecting tongue;

the first side wall and the second side wall each have a fold between their respective first and second sides, and, in the holstered state, the first side wall is hinged at its first side and folded around its fold to form a truncated pyramid, the first tongue is adapted to be inserted into the first slot of the first panel, the second side wall is hinged at its first side and folded around its fold to form a pyramid trunk and the second tongue is adapted to be inserted into the second slot of the first panel;

the first panel is provided with a third slot arranged opposite its third side; and the third panel has a third tab formed by a cutout in the third panel, which third tab is arranged opposite the fourth side of the third panel;

in the holster state, the third tongue of the third panel is adapted to be inserted into the third slot of the first panel;

the packaging comprises a fourth covering panel having a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first and a second side which are opposed and a third and a fourth side which are opposite; this fourth panel extending from the first side of the fifth side wall and being articulated to this first side of the fifth side wall by its third side;

in the box and / or case state, the fourth panel is adapted to at least partially cover the first panel;

the first panel is provided with a fourth slot arranged opposite its fourth side; and the fourth panel has on its fourth side a fourth projecting tab; and

- In the case state, characterized in that in the case state, the fourth tab of the fourth panel is adapted to be inserted into the fourth slot of the first panel.

According to another preferred, simple, convenient and economical characteristic of the packaging according to the invention, it also admits a box state pre-assembled flat in which:

the fifth side wall, the second panel, the fourth side wall, the first panel, the third side wall and the third panel are configured to form a belt; with the fifth side wall that at least partially covers the third side wall; and with the second panel covering the third panel; and

the first side wall and the second side wall are configured to each form an opening / closing flap of the box, which flaps each admit an open configuration and a closed configuration;

with further each shutter that is in its open configuration; with the fourth side wall being applied at least partially against the first panel; and with the second panel and the third panel that are applied at least partially against the first panel, the third side wall and the fifth side wall, so that the belt is flat.

In its condition pre-assembled flat box, the packaging is flat, and very thin.

The cartonnier formats the packaging in its box condition from a flank, for example made of cardboard, flattens the box until the box is pre-assembled flat and sends the packaging to a professional in the pharmaceutical industry. who is responsible for filling the box with blister pharmaceutical products and their instructions for use. Or the cartoner puts the packaging directly in its box condition preassembled flat.

According to another preferred, simple, convenient and economical feature of the packaging according to the invention, it further admits a flank state in which all of the panels and side walls are flat.

According to still other preferred, simple, convenient and economical characteristics of the packaging according to the invention:

the packaging comprises a blister provided with pharmaceutical products in the form in particular of capsules or tablets when said packaging is in its box state; and

- The packaging comprises a blister provided with pharmaceutical products in particular capsules or tablets when said packaging is in its holstered state. We will now continue the description of the invention by the description of an exemplary embodiment, given below by way of illustration and not limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

- Figure 1 shows schematically in perspective, a packaging according to the invention in a box state which is here closed and filled;

FIG. 2 represents, schematically in perspective, the packaging in its box state which is here open and showing the insertion of a blister inside this packaging;

- Figure 3 shows schematically in perspective, the packaging in a case state which is here closed;

- Figure 4 shows schematically in perspective, the packaging in its case state which is here open;

- Figure 5 shows, schematically, a sidewall to form the packaging;

- Figures 6 and 7 show schematically in perspective, two steps of a folding process implemented by a carton to shape the packaging in its box state; and

- Figures 8 and 9 show, schematically in perspective, two steps of a folding process implemented for example by a patient to pass the conditioning of the box state to state holster.

In the figures, the following drawing conventions have been adopted for the sake of clarity:

the simple folds are represented in interrupted fine lines (for example: the fold 81);

the linear slits are represented in strong continuous lines (for example slit 49); and

the pre-cuts are represented in fine dotted lines (for example the pre-cut 50).

We will first briefly describe a packaging 1 for pharmaceutical products 2 in blister pack 3 in different states, respectively in a box state E1 in FIGS. 1 and 2, in a case state E2 in FIGS. 9 in a flank state E3 in FIG. 5 and in a flat pre-assembled box state E4 in FIG.

Pharmaceuticals 2 are generally in the form of capsules, tablets, granules or powder.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, these pharmaceutical products 2 are packaged in the blister pack 3 which comprises a plastic base 4 having protuberances 5, which each form a reception cavity for a pharmaceutical product 2.

Each receiving cavity here has an oblong contour and a bowl bottom.

The blister 3 comprises a metal film 6, for example aluminum, covering from below the base 4 in order to close each cavity to hold the pharmaceutical products 2 inside these cavities.

This metal film is sufficiently fine for easy extraction of each pharmaceutical product 2 by tearing this film.

FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate the packaging 1 in its box state E1, respectively in a closed configuration and in an open configuration with the blister 3 ready to be inserted in this box E1 in the direction of the arrow in FIG.

This box E1 has a belt 7 formed by a first upper face 8, a first lower face 9 opposite the first upper face 8, a first end face 10 and a first bottom face 11 opposite to the first end face 10.

The upper face 8 is opposite, in a substantially parallel manner, to the lower face 9, and the end face 10 is also opposite, substantially parallel, to the bottom face 11.

This box E1 also has a first opening / closing flap of this box E1 and a second flap 13 for opening / closing this box E1.

These first and second shutters 12 and 13, in their closed configuration, obstruct the space delimited inside the box E1 by the belt 7, with this space which is partially occupied by pharmaceutical products 2 blister 3 and a user manual (not shown).

The first and second flaps 12 and 13 are articulated by a respective edge to the first lower face 9.

In their closed configuration, the first and second flaps 12 and 13 are arranged facing one another, substantially parallel.

In Figure 2, the first and second flaps 12 and 13 are in their open configuration.

Figure 7 illustrates the pre-assembled flat box E4.

In this state, the packaging 1 is identical to that of Figure 2, apart from the fact that the belt 7 is laid flat.

In this state E4, the first bottom face 11 is applied against the first lower face 9, the first upper face 8 is applied against the first lower face 9 as well as on the first end face 10, which first end face 10 is folded over herself.

In this state E4, the packaging 1, as will be seen in more detail later, is very thin and therefore very easily transportable.

Figures 3 and 4 illustrate the package 1 in its case state

E2.

In this case state E2, the package 1 has a first side face 15 and a second side face 16 opposite to the first side face 15.

In the case E2 state, the package 1 further has a third flap 17 surrounding the entire package 1 apart from the first and second side faces 15 and 16.

The case E2 also has a second lower face 22.

As can be seen in FIG. 4, the case E2 furthermore has a second end face 18 interposed between the first and second lateral faces 15 and 16 at a respective end thereof. The third flap 17 is configured to form a second upper face 19, a second bottom face 20, a third end face 21 covering the second end face 18 and a third lower face 23 covering the second lower face 22.

As is particularly visible in FIG. 4, the first and second lateral faces 15 and 16 are inclined towards the inside of the case and each rest on a first support wall 24 and a second support wall 25 respectively so that the respective pairs of first side face 15 and first support wall 24 and second side face 16 and second support wall 25 each have a truncated pyramid shape, which makes this case E2 particularly robust.

FIG. 5 illustrates the packaging 1 in its flank state E3 which is at the base of each of the preceding states E1, E2 and E4, respectively box, holster, and flat pre-assembled box.

The flank E3 will now be described in detail until the empty box E1 is first obtained, then the pre-assembled box E4 flat, then the box E1 filled with pharmaceutical products 2 in blister pack 3 and closed, and then case E2.

The flank E3 is made of cardboard material.

The flank E3 illustrated in FIG. 5 comprises a first panel 30, a second panel 31, a third panel 32 and a fourth panel 33.

This flank E3 further comprises a first side wall 34, a second side wall 35, a third side wall 36, a fourth side wall 37 and a fifth side wall 38.

This flank E3 also has a closing tab 39.

The first panel 30 has a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side 41 and a second side 42 which are opposed and a third side 43 and a fourth side 44 which are opposite.

This first panel 30 also has eight pre-cuts 45 arranged substantially in the center of the first panel 30. These pre-cuts 45 are arranged so that between the first and second sides 41 and 42 there are four times two pre-cuts 45 ; or in other words, between the third and fourth sides 43 and 44, there are twice four pre-cuts 45. 20H / 052,869

This first panel also has four slots respectively a first slot 46, a second slot 47 opposite to the first slot 46 and identical to it, a third slot 48 and a fourth slot 49 opposite the third slot 48 and smaller than this last. The third slot 48 is also smaller than the first and second slots 46 and 47.

These four slots 46 to 49 are arranged around the pre-cuts 45, with the first and second slots 46 and 47 which are respectively facing the first and second sides 41 and 42, and the third and fourth slots 48 and 49 which are respectively next to the third and fourth and sides 43 and 44.

The second panel 31 has a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side 51 and a second side 52 which are opposed and a third side 53 and a fourth side 54 which are opposite.

The second panel 31 further has a thirteenth fold 70 arranged between the third side 53 and the fourth side 54 so that the second panel 31 is divided into two portions, one of which, larger than the other, is located between the third side 53 and this thirteenth fold 70, and the other is located between this thirteenth fold 70 and the fourth side 54.

The third panel 32 has a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side 61 and a second side 62 which are opposed and a third side 63 and a fourth side 64 which are opposite.

This third panel 32 also has eight oblong cutouts 65 of the same shape as the pre-cuts 45 of the first panel 30 and arranged in the same way.

In other words, between the first side 61 and the second side 42 are arranged four times two cuts 65, and between the third side 63 and the fourth side 64 are arranged twice four cuts 65.

The third panel 32 further has two slots, respectively a fifth slot 66 and a seventh slot 67 opposite to the fifth slot 66. These slots 66 and 67 are respectively arranged facing the first side 61 and the second side 62, along respective cuts 65. The third panel 32 further has a first positioning tab 68 formed by a cut in this third panel 32.

This third panel 32 has a first fold 69 at this first positioning tab 68.

The fourth panel 33 has a perimeter formed by four sides, respectively a first side 71 and a second side 72 which are opposed and a third side 73 and a fourth side 74 which are opposite.

This fourth panel 33 also has a second fold 75.

The closing tab 39 has a half-moon shape whose base is rooted on the fourth side 74 of the fourth panel 33 at the second fold 75 so that the closing tab 39 protrudes from the fourth panel 33 and is articulated to this fourth panel 33 at the level of this second fold 75.

The first and second side walls 34 and 35 are similar and have a substantially rectangular shape with a locating tab projecting from a respective free side.

The first side wall 34 has a first side 81 and a second side 82 opposite the first side 81.

This first side wall 34 further has a second positioning tab 56 projecting from the second side 82. This second positioning tab 56 is rectangular.

The first side wall 34 further has a third fold 76 formed between its first side 81 and its second side 82 so as to divide the first side wall 34 into two portions, one formed between the first side 81 and the third side. fold 76, and the other formed between this third fold 76 and the second side 82. This first side wall is articulated by its first side 81 to the first side 41 around a fourth fold 90 common to the first side wall 34 and the first panel 30.

The second side wall 35 has a first side 83 and a second side 84 opposite the first side 83.

This second side wall 35 also has a third rectangular-shaped positioning tongue 57 protruding from the second side 84 of this second side wall 35.

This side wall 35 further has a fifth fold 77 between the first side 83 and the second side 84 so as to divide the second side wall 35 into two portions, one of which is located between the first side 83 and the fifth fold. 77, and the other located between the second side 84 and this fifth fold 77.

This second side wall 35 is connected and articulated by its first side 83 to the second side 42 of the first panel 30 around a sixth fold 91 common to the second side wall 35 and the first panel 30.

This third side wall 36 further has a seventh fold 78 arranged between the first and second sides 85 and 86.

This third side wall 36 is further connected and articulated by its first side 85 to the third side 43 of the first panel 30 around an eighth fold 92 common to the third side wall 36 and the first panel 30.

This third side wall 36 is thus divided into two portions interconnected by the seventh fold 78. The portion between its first side 85 and its fold 78 has inclined opposite edges, and the portion arranged between its fold 78 and its second side 86 has straight edges in the extension of the inclined edges. The direction of inclination of the edges of the portion arranged between its first side 85 and its fold 78 is such that the portion located between its fold 78 and its second side 86 is narrower than the other portion.

The third panel 32 is connected to the third tab 36 at the fourth side 64 of the third panel 32 and the second side 86 of the third side wall 36.

This third panel 32 is further articulated by its fourth side 64 to this third side wall 36 around a ninth fold 93.

This third panel 32 is divided into two portions, one of which is delimited by the contour formed by the first side 61, the second side 62, the third side 63 and the first fold 69, and the other of which lies between this first fold 69 and the fourth side 64 of the third panel 32. The latter portion forms a connecting portion whose edges are in the extension of the edges of the portion of the third side wall 36 between the seventh fold 78 and the second side 86 so that this portion is narrower than the other portion of the third panel 32, which is similar in size to the first panel 30.

The fourth side wall 37 has a first side 87 and a second side 88 opposite the first side 87.

This fourth side wall 37 further has a tenth fold 94 located between the first and the second side 88 of this side wall 37 so as to divide the latter into two portions, one arranged between its first side 87 and its tenth fold 94, the other arranged between this fold 94 and its second side 88.

This fourth side wall 37 is connected by its first side 87 to the first panel 30 by the fourth side 44 of the latter.

This fourth side wall 37 is further articulated by its first side 87 to the fourth side 44 of this third panel 30 around an eleventh fold 95 common to this fourth side wall 37 and the first panel 30.

This fourth side wall 37 is further connected by its second side 88 to the second panel 31 by the third side 53 thereof. This fourth side wall 37 is articulated by its second side 88 to the third side 53 of the second panel 31 around a twelfth fold 96 common to this fourth side wall 37 and the second panel 31.

The fifth side wall 38 has a first side 80 and a second side 89 opposite the first side 80.

This fifth side wall further has a fourteenth fold 79 arranged between the first side 80 and the second side 89 so as to divide this side wall 38 into two portions, one of which is located between its first side 73 and its fourteenth fold 79, and the other located between this fourteenth fold 79 and its second side 89.

This fifth side wall 38 is connected by its first side 80 to the fourth panel 33 at the third side 73 thereof.

This fifth side wall 38 is further articulated by its first side 80 to the third side 73 of this fourth panel 33 around a fifteenth fold 97 common to this fifth side wall 38 and this fourth panel 33.

The fifth side wall 38 is also connected by its second side 89 to the second panel 31 at the fourth side 54 thereof.

This fifth side wall 38 is further articulated by its second side 89 to the fourth side 54 of the second panel 31 around a sixteenth fold 98 common to this fifth side wall 38 and to this second panel 31.

The third, fourth and fifth side walls 36, 37, 38 have an identical height, i.e. the distance between the first side 85 of the second side 86 of the third side wall 36 is similar to the distance separating the first side 87 of the second side 88 of the fourth side wall 37 and the distance between the first side 80 of the second side 89 of the fifth side wall 38.

In addition, the third side wall 36 extends from the entire length of the third side 43 of the first panel 30, the fourth side wall 37 extends from the entire length of the fourth side 44 of the first panel 30 and the fifth side wall 38 extends from the entire length of the fourth side 54 of the second panel 31.

The sidewall E3 illustrated in FIG. 5 furthermore has two similar long pre-cuts 50.

These pre-cuts 50 are made between the first side 87 of the fourth side wall 37 and the fourteenth fold 79 of the fifth side wall 38, along respectively the first side 51 of the second panel 31 and the second side 52 thereof. same second panel 31.

These two long pre-cuts 50 each have two inclined portions respectively joining the first side 87 of the fourth side wall 37 and the fourteenth fold 79 of the fifth side wall 38, and a straight portion connecting the two inclined portions, this right portion being substantially facing respectively the first side 51 and the second side 52 of the second panel 31.

It should be noted that the portions formed by these two pre-cuts 50 are removed during the transition to the state case E2 of the package 1.

The steps of shaping the box E1 in its open configuration illustrated in FIG. 2 from the flank E3 illustrated in FIG. 5 will now be described in greater detail.

For these first stages, reference will be made essentially to FIGS. 2, 5 and 7.

The packaging 1 is made of cardboard, and the sidewall E3 is cut in a piece of cardboard by a carton.

This cartonnier establishes the different folds described above on this flank

E3.

The carton makes a first fold by articulating the third side wall 36 around the eighth fold 92 so as to put this third side wall 36 and the third panel 32 in a vertical position, with the rest of the sidewall E3 in a horizontal position.

The carton then makes a second fold by articulating the third panel 32 with respect to the third side wall 36 around the ninth fold 93, in a predetermined direction so that the third panel 32 is next to the first panel 30, at a predetermined distance equal to the height of the third side wall 36. This is visible in FIG.

The carton continues with a third fold illustrated in Figure 6 where the fourth side wall 37 is hinged to the first panel 30 around the eleventh fold 95, so that the fourth side wall 37, the second panel 31, the fifth side wall. 38, the fourth panel 33 and the closure tab 39 extend in the same vertical direction.

The carton continues the steps with a fourth fold where the second panel 31 is hinged relative to the fourth tab 37 around the twelfth fold 96 so that the second panel 31 covers the third panel 32.

The carton then performs a step of bonding this second panel 31 to the third panel 32 to make these panels 31 and 32 integral. These two panels 31 and 32 can, however, be separated by a voluntary spacing action of each of these panels 31 and 32.

The carton makes a fifth fold by articulating the fifth sidewall 38 with respect to the second panel 31 about the sixteenth fold 98 so that the fifth sidewall 38 covers the third sidewall 36.

The fifth side wall 38 is thus configured to at least partially cover the third side wall 36 in the box state E1. This E4 box has a convenient general shape for volume resetting on a traditional packaging line equipped with traditional packaging machines (that is to say, not specific to this box E4).

The packaging 1 is therefore set in volume, that is to say that it passes from its pre-assembled box E4 flat state to box state E1 open configuration in a simple and convenient way, for example through rollers winding in particular at the belt 7 of this box.

Thus in volume, the box E1 is then filled with a blister 3 provided with drugs 2.

The insertion of the blister 3 is also carried out conventionally according to the direction of insertion indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2. Of course, as illustrated, the first and second flaps 12 and 13 (in other words the first and second walls 34 and 35) are in an open configuration.

Once the box E1 filled, the conditioner performs a folding step of the two portions of each side wall 34 and 35 around the third fold 76 and the fifth fold 77 respectively in a vertical direction. The respective portions of the side walls 34 and 35 are then substantially opposite the space defined by the belt 7 placed in volume.

The box E1 is then closed by the conditioner by articulating the first and second flaps 12 and 13, in other words the first and second side walls 34 and 35 with respect to the first panel 30 around the fourth fold 90 and the sixth fold 91, respectively. to close the respective first and second shutters 12 and 13.

In the box state E1 of the packaging 1 illustrated in FIG. 1, the latter is ready to be sent for example to dispensing stations and to be placed for example on a display stand or in a drawer. Advantageously, this box E1 can be inserted very easily with conventional boxes.

We will now describe in more detail the steps to be carried out to move from the box condition E1 of the packaging 1 to the state E4 case of the same packaging 1.

For example, the patient having purchased the box E1 filled with a blister 3 and the instructions for use (not shown) associated with the pharmaceutical products 2 under the blister 3 and wishing to take everywhere with him his products 2 and the leaflet accompanying them , it will prefer to have a robust E4 case rather than a box E1 less robust than the case E4.

For this, the patient first removes the blister 3 and the notice (not shown) of the box E1 by unfolding the first and second walls of sides 34 and 35, in other words by opening the first and second flaps 12 and 13. Then, the patient disconnects, on the one hand, the first and fourth panels 30 and 33 previously bonded, and secondly, the second and third panels 31 and previously bonded, and the patient unfolds the package 1 to find the condition in which it was after the second folding done by the cartoner.

In this state, it will be recalled that the first, second and fourth panels 30, 31 and 33 as well as the first, second, fourth and fifth walls of sides 34, 35, 37 and 38 and the closing tab 39 are flat. horizontally, while the third side wall 36 extends vertically (substantially perpendicularly) and the third panel 32 extends horizontally so as to face the first panel 30.

The patient then removes the portions formed between each pre-cut 50 and respectively the first side 51 and the second side 52 of the second panel 31 along these pre-cuts 50. This is visible in FIG. 8.

The patient then makes a fold by articulating the third panel 32 around its first fold 69. The portion of the third panel 32 which is provided with the cutouts 65 is then in a vertical direction. The patient then makes a fold of the third side wall 36 around its seventh fold 78 to form the second end face 18 of the case 2. This second end face 18 is thus formed by the portion of the third side wall 36 which lies between its first side 85 and its seventh fold 78.

The patient then folds the third panel 32 relative to the third side wall 36 by articulating them around the ninth fold 93 so as to press the portion of the third panel 32 having the cutouts 65 against the first panel 30.

A bridge having two legs and a flat portion is thus formed, with the third side wall 36 forming a jamb and the flat portion and the other portion of the third panel 32 which forms the other leg. This arrangement is particularly robust, especially to crush.

The first positioning tab 68 is then inserted into the third slot 48 of the first panel 30 for the positioning of the cutouts 65 facing each of a pre-cutout 45 and the fifth and sixth slots 66 and 67 are arranged opposite the first and second slots 46 and 47 of the first panel 30.

Of course, prior to this last folding step, the blister 3 (not shown in FIGS. 8 and 9) was placed on the first panel 30, with the pre-cuts of the film 6 of the blister 3 lying opposite the pre-cuts 45 of the first panel 30.

Thus, the base 4 of the blister 3 is interposed between the portion of the third panel 32 provided with the cutouts 65 and the first panel 30. The protuberances 5 of the blister 3 are oblong and therefore adapted to pass through each a cutout 65 which is also oblong.

The blister 3 (not shown) is well wedged on the first panel 30 of the package 1.

The patient then folds by articulating the first and second side walls 34 and 35 respectively around the fourth fold 90 and the sixth fold 91. The two portions forming each first and second side walls 34 and 35 are configured so that the first portion is inclined upward and the second portion is substantially vertical. These first and second walls of sides 34 and 35 are therefore configured as a pyramid trunk, with the second and third respective positioning tabs 56 and 57 which are respectively inserted in the fifth and sixth slots 66 and 67 of the third panel 32, and therefore in respectively the first and second slots 46 and 47 of the first panel 30.

We thus arrive in an intermediate state where the case E2 is formed and in an open configuration illustrated in FIG.

In this FIG. 4, it can clearly be seen that the first and second side walls 34 and 35 respectively form, with their respective first portions, the respective first and second lateral faces 15 and 16 of the case E 2 and, with their respective second portions, the first and second support portions 24 and 25 respectively of the case E2.

This truncated cone configuration of the first and second side walls 34 and 35 makes this case particularly robust E2, and in particular to crush.

The patient then makes a fold of the fourth side wall 37 articulating with respect to the first panel 30 around the eleventh fold 95 so that the fourth side wall 37, the second panel 31, the fifth side wall 38, the fourth panel 33 and the closure tab 39 are in a vertical direction.

The patient then makes a fold by again articulating the fourth side wall 37 about itself around the tenth fold 94 so that the portion of the fourth side wall 37 between the tenth fold 94 and the second side 88 of this wall 37 is next to the cutouts 65, that is to say above the blister 3. The patient also folds by articulating the fifth side wall 38 about itself around the fourteenth fold 79 so that the fourth panel 33 and the portion of the fifth side wall 38 between this fourteenth fold 79 and the first side 82 of this wall 38 cover from below the first panel 30. These two elements form the third lower face 23 of the case E2.

The fifth side wall 38 is thus configured to at least partially cover the third side wall 36 in the case state E2.

The third bottom face 21 of the case E2 is formed by the portion of the second panel 31 located between the thirteenth fold 70 and the fourth side 54 of this panel 31, and by the portion of the fifth side wall 38 located between the fourteenth fold 79 and the second side 89 of this wall 38.

The assembly formed by the second bottom face 20, the third bottom face 21, the second upper face 19, the third lower face 23 and the closure tongue 39 corresponds to the third opening / closing flap 17 of the holster E2.
