Abstract

The invention relates to (cigarette) packs having an inner pack (27) in the form of a sealing pack, wherein said packs comprise a closure tab (23) in the area of a removal opening (22). The closure tab (23), which is fixed by gluing, can be gripped using an adhesive-free gripping tab (26). A problem of these packages with multi-actuated Verschusslasche relates to the detectability of the adhesive-free grip tab. In order to ensure the opening of the closure label, it has been proposed to attach the grip tab of the closure label to the inside of a lid front wall in the case of a cigarette pack of the hinged box type (WO 2008/142540). When opening the lid, the closure label is to be moved automatically into the open position due to the adhesive bond. The production of an adhesive bond between the narrow grip tab of the closure label on the one hand and the inside of the lid front wall on the other production problematic, especially in packaging machines with high performance. Also, the processing of (cold) glue in this production phase is questionable. The invention is based on the object packages, in particular hard packs with closure label and adhesive-free grip tab in such a way that the grip tab for opening the closure label by the consumer can be easily detected, but on the other hand, the production of the pack is not affected by the facilitated operation of the opening aid.

In order to achieve this object, the package according to the invention is characterized in that a packing wall, in particular a front wall of the inner pack or a collar front wall of the collar, has projections and / or depressions in the region of the adhesive-free grip tab such that at least a portion of the grip tab is exposed for detection.

According to the invention, therefore, a relatively small change to the package is provided in order to support or hold the grip tab at least in a partial area with a certain distance from the package wall, so that an edge region of the grip tab can be detected exposed upon actuation of the opening aid. In a sealing pack with a collar (the outer pack formed as a folding box) are provided according to the invention by embossing or deformation of the collar front wall, outwardly directed increases in the grip tab mounted such that in the closed position, a part of the grip tab due to investment in the increase exposed for capture. Delicate consumer goods, in particular cigarettes, are increasingly being offered in "seal packs", which usually have a dense film or a dense inner pack which directly or indirectly surrounds the contents of the pack.

The embodiments of the drawings relate to cigarette packs of the folding box type. The packaging material is usually thin cardboard. The folding box consists of a (lower) box part 10 and a lid 11. Box part 10 and lid 11 are connected to one another in the region of a box rear wall 12 and a lid rear wall 13 by a transverse line joint 14. The lid 11 has lid front wall 15, lid side walls 16 and end wall 17. The lid front wall 15 forms with a box front wall 18 the continuous front side of the pack. The lid front wall 15 is provided on the inside with a lid inner tabs 19. This is preferably integrally connected to the lid front wall 15, via a folding edge 20, which also forms a lid closing edge. The present packs are designed as a sealing pack with a package contents, in particular a cigarette group 21, moisture and aroma tight surrounding enclosure. This can be arranged or designed in various ways. Thus, an inner package, in particular consisting of thin cardboard, can be designed overall as a sealing pack. Alternatively, a cigarette group 21 directly or indirectly surrounding film of dense material (sealing film 36) is provided.

The sealing pack is provided with a removal opening 22 for the contents of the package, ie for individual cigarettes. In the case of a folding box, the removal opening 22 is located in the region of the lid 11. It is further provided that the removal opening 22 can be closed by a closure label 23 or a closure flap (multiple), preferably consisting of a separate blank. This is formed from a dense film and designed and arranged so that in the closed position, a connecting edge 24 is connected to a discharge opening 22 surrounding edge region of the sealing packing (by releasable adhesion). In particular, the connecting edge 24 has a permanent adhesive. The closure tab 23 is manually withdrawn to fully open the package (to an open position, e.g., in Fig. 4). For this purpose, a grip tab 26 is attached to a free, preferably lower edge of the closure label 23, which is adhesive or adhesive-free and therefore can be detected by hand for repeated use. The closure label 23 and the grip tab 26 are designed and arranged so that they are exposed when the lid is open (FIGS. 4, 8). The closure label 23 preferably extends over the corner, namely in the region of the front side of the package and the adjacent upper or front side - below the end wall 17 of the lid 11. The closure label 23 and the grip tab 26 preferably consist of a common blank of dense film.

In the closed position of the closure label 23, the grip tab 26 rests against an associated (front) package surface or wall. An important feature is the creation of protrusions in the area of the grip tab 26 with the closure label 23 closed. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 7, there are projections in the region of the inner front wall 29 of the inner packing 27. The projection 33 acting on the closure label 23 can also be realized in other packaging forms. According to FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, a (cigarette) pack is provided with a shortened or reduced inner pack, in particular with a collar 34 which is customary or modified in the case of folding packs (FIGS. 13, 14). This can be designed in various ways, but has a collar front wall 35 and collar side tabs 50. The collar 34 is positioned directly on the cigarette group 21 in the embodiment of FIGS. 8 to 11. The unit formed in this way is preferably completely surrounded by a sealing film 36. The unit of cigarette group 21, collar 34 and sealing film 36 forms a cigarette block or a sealing block as the content of the (outer) pack 28, preferably in the form of a folding box. The removal opening 22 is - as usual in this type of packing - limited by the collar 34. The sealing film 36 is provided with a closure label 23, which in the present case is arranged on the outside of the sealing film 36 or is part of the sealing film 36. The closure label 23 extends in the region of the front side, the upper side and partially in the region of the rear side of the sealing pack. Furthermore, even with this opening aid on the (lower) edge of the closure label 23, an adhesive-free grip tab 26 is attached for actuating the closure tab 23.
