Abstract

Pressure-sensitive labels are produced from unidirectional heat shrinkable polyethylene films and their application to consumer products such as containers, tubes, bottles and batteries. Polyethylene-based heat shrinkable unidirectional-oriented label composed of a biaxial-oriented direction-oriented and subsequently polyethylene uniaxial machine film that has unidirectional direction and direction at a and has been shrinkage of more than 20% in the machine less than 5% shrinkage in the transverse temperature below the melting temperature print and cut to conform to a consumer product.
