随着生活水平的提高, 人们的饮食更丰富, 更营养, 而随之即来的肥胖问 题以及人们对形象美的需求, 引发了健身塑身的热潮。 在日益普及的塑身方案 中, 人们越来越青睐通过有效的锻炼, 来达到燃烧多余的卡路里, 提高塑身效 果的目的。 为了提高塑身锻炼效果, 有一种较为简单有效的方法是在腿部或者 脚踝处绑上重物进行负重锻炼。 为了不影响正常的工作和生活, 这种在腿部或 者脚踝处绑上重物的锻炼方法只能选择特殊的时间和地点进行。 而且人们通常 希望在不被他人察觉的情况下就能完成塑身的锻炼, 在腿部或者脚踝处绑上重 物显然是很容易被看出来的, 不仅不美观, 还使人无法将塑身需求作为隐私来 保护。
有鉴于此, 提供一种具有塑身锻炼功能的重力塑身鞋底及多功能重力塑身 鞋成为必要。 发明内容
基于现有技术的不足, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种隐蔽、 美观、 方便 的多功能重力塑身鞋底及多功能重力塑身鞋。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种多功能重力塑身鞋底, 包括: 底部耐磨防滑层、 设置在所述耐磨防滑层上的鞋底本体层和设置在所述鞋底本 体层上的顶部连接层, 所述鞋底本体层横向设置有可选择性填充重物的孔洞, 所述孔洞的开口设置在所述鞋底本体层的侧部。
通过在鞋底本体层设置孔洞, 并选择性填充, 其中可选择性填充包括: 可 选择对孔洞进行填充或者空置; 当填充时又可选择填充的深度, 以及填充重物 的种类及组合方式等。 这样就使得使用者可按照自身需求自由调节鞋底重量, 更有效的进行计划性塑身锻炼。 进一步地, 所述鞋底本体层设置有多个所述孔洞。
多个孔洞可以分担每个孔洞在运动过程中的受力, 有利于延长鞋底寿命; 与此同时, 孔洞数量多就意味着增加孔洞填充方式的选择, 可对孔洞进行部分 填充或者全部填充, 以及选择填充孔洞的数量与位置, 进一步提升了孔洞布局 方式以及填充选择性的多样化, 有利于使用者计划性的塑身锻炼。
进一步地, 所述多个孔洞呈一层或多层纵向排列。
多个孔洞布局方式多样, 分层纵向排列, 既可以分层均匀排列, 又能按照 一定的规律进行排列; 既有利于通过布局分担受力延长鞋底寿命, 又方便使用 者自由选择填充进行计划性塑身锻炼。
进一步地, 所述孔洞为通孔或盲孔。
孔洞为通孔, 鞋底增重空间大; 而孔洞为盲孔则可按照需要选择开口位置, 保证鞋底增重的同时, 又有美观以及隐蔽强的优点。
进一步地, 所述孔洞的截面为圓形、 三角形或五角星形。
孔洞截面形状多样, 既具有较高的美观价值, 又能使填充物夹持紧密, 有 效防止填充物露出。
进一步地, 所述多个孔洞均勾地分布于所述鞋底本体层内。
孔洞分布均匀, 有利于均匀分担鞋底的受力, 防止孔洞受力变形, 提高了 鞋底本体层的承载能力, 延长了鞋底寿命。
进一步地, 所述重物为条状体、 粒状体或由金属颗粒和弹性材料混合一体 成型的混合柔性体。
重物形状多样, 材料多样, 所以填充方式多样, 有利于使用者根据个人喜 好选择重物, 给使用者以极大的自由发挥空间进行塑身锻炼。
进一步地, 所述孔洞中设置有与所述孔洞相匹配的套筒, 所述重物密封在 所述套筒中。
采用套筒填充孔洞, 套筒内重物选择方式多样, 不仅形状多样, 而且材料 多样, 既可以为条状体、 粒状体、 混合柔性体, 也可以为日常生活中的沙子, 豆类等, 使鞋底具有极高的实用性及便利性。
进一步地, 所述套筒中密封有用于发光的发光体装置, 所述发光体装置所 发射的光线可透过由透明材料制成的所述套筒的盖体部而透射到所述鞋底外 部。 通过设置发光体装置, 使鞋底具有较强地美观效果, 可休闲穿着, 也可进 行舞台表演; 同时, 由上可得, 填充重物多种多样, 进一步提升了孔洞内填充 的选择性。
进一步地, 所述孔洞位于所述鞋底本体层侧部的开口处设置有塞盖, 所述 重物密封在所述塞盖与所述孔洞所组成的密闭空间内。
设置塞盖, 可有效防止孔洞内的重物露出, 既具有较高的实用价值, 又使 鞋底孔洞具有隐蔽性。
本发明还提供了一种多功能重力塑身鞋, 包括鞋面与多功能重力塑身鞋底, 所述鞋底包括底部耐磨防滑层、 设置在所述耐磨防滑层上的鞋底本体层和设置 在所述鞋底本体层上的顶部连接层, 所述鞋面与所述顶部连接层相连接, 所述 鞋底本体层横向设置有可选择性填充重物的孔洞, 所述孔洞的开口设置在所述 鞋底本体层的侧部。 通过在鞋底本体层设置孔洞, 并选择性填充, 可按照穿着 者需求自由调节鞋子重量, 更有效的进行计划性塑身锻炼。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明提供的一种多功能重力塑身鞋底及多功能重力 塑身鞋具有如下有益效果:
通过在鞋底设置孔洞, 可将重物置于孔洞内直接增加鞋子的重量, 使用者 在曰常行走中就可进行负重塑身锻炼, 而且不会引起注意, 或者使孔洞空置, 使鞋底更为轻便, 方便使用者自由选择; 将鞋底设有至少一个孔洞, 将填充物 放置于孔洞内, 可根据锻炼的需要, 方便地更换不同重量的填充物; 由于孔洞 设计的多样性, 可设计花样繁多的孔洞形状, 还可以于孔洞内设置发光体装置, 极大的提升了鞋子美观效果; 由于孔洞内填充重物的形式多样, 使用者可根据 自身承受能力以及需要调整负重, 方便使用者进行针对性以及计划性锻炼; 采 用本多功能重力塑身鞋底, 于日常工作学习生活中锻炼身体, 可以增加鞋子的 重力, 进而增加行走时的运动强度、 增加热量消耗、 增加脚末端循环, 而达到 重塑大小腿及脚的曲线的目的。 附图说明

下面结合附图详细说明本发明, 其作为本说明书的一部分, 通过实施例来 说明本发明的原理, 本发明的其他方面, 特征及其优点通过该详细说明将会变 得一目了然。
图 1是本发明所提供的一种多功能重力塑身鞋底的结构示意图。 如图 1所 示, 本发明一种多功能重力塑身鞋底, 包括底部耐磨防滑层 1、 设置在该耐磨防 滑层 1上的鞋底本体层 2和设置在该鞋底本体层 2上的顶部连接层 3 ,其中该上 述鞋底本体层 2横向设置有可选择性填充重物 5的孔洞 4,该孔洞 4的开口设置 在上述鞋底本体层 2的侧部。
上述可选择性填充包括: 可选择对孔洞进行填充或者空置; 当填充时又可 选择填充的深度, 以及填充重物的种类及组合方式等。 在鞋底本体层 2 中开设 孔洞 4, 一方面减轻了鞋底重量, 当孔洞 4内不设置重物 5即孔洞 4空置时, 鞋 底较日常重量更为轻便; 另一方面在鞋底本体层 2中开设孔洞 4, 为鞋底增重提 供了空间, 在孔洞 4内选择性填充重物 5直接增加鞋子的重量, 使用者在曰常 行走中就可进行负重塑身锻炼。 其中, 可选择孔洞 4内的填充深度, 可将孔洞 4 填充满, 最大程度上增加鞋底重量, 增大使用者负重, 获得更大的运动量; 还 可以让使用者根据自身对重量或者锻炼肌肉群的要求, 选择孔洞 4的填充深度, 控制鞋底增加的重量, 以达到计划性训练的目的。 孔洞 4横向设置, 与鞋底所在的平面相平行的方向我们称之为横向, 其轴 线既可以沿鞋底宽度方向延伸, 又可以沿鞋底长度方向延伸。 使用者行走时, 随着脚跟的抬起, 鞋底随之沿鞋底长度方向发生弯曲变形, 孔洞 4 的轴线沿鞋 底宽度方向延伸, 垂直于鞋底长度方向, 将鞋底变形对所述孔洞 4 的影响降到 最低, 有效的提高了鞋底的寿命; 孔洞 4还可以局部沿鞋底的长度方向或者水 平斜向设置, 由于鞋跟位置收到弯折力较小, 因此可在此部位设置多种方向的 孔洞 4, 既不影响鞋底质量, 又达到了增加鞋底重量进行塑身锻炼的目的。
进一步地, 如图 2-3所示, 上述鞋底本体层设置有多个孔洞 4, 可将人体对 鞋底的压力分配给孔洞 4, 多个孔洞 4共同分担鞋底所受到的压力, 减小单个孔 洞的形变, 提高了鞋底的承载能力, 增强了鞋底寿命。 与此同时, 多个孔洞 4, 进一步扩大了孔洞 4填充的选择性, 可对多个孔洞 4进行全部填充或者根据需 要选择多个孔洞中的几个进行部分填充, 当全部填充时, 最大程度上增加鞋底 重量, 使使用者进行大运动量的锻炼; 而进行部分填充有利于使用者根据自身 需求选择填充孔洞的数量与位置, 控制鞋底负重, 进行计划性塑身锻炼。
在此基石出上, 该多个孔洞 4 呈一层或多层纵向排列, 与鞋底平面相垂直的 方向我们称之为纵向。 即多个孔洞 4可在鞋底平面上排列成一层, 也可在其纵 向上排列多层。 如图 2所示, 孔洞 4上下分层并列分布, 将受力平均分配到各 个孔洞 4, 各孔洞 4受力平均, 有利于延长鞋底寿命; 如图 3所示, 而由于鞋跟 部位压力较大, 弯折力较小, 可在此部位设置多个孔洞 4, 而在受弯折力较大的 鞋掌部位设置少量孔洞 4或者不设置孔洞 4,有利于避免鞋底受弯折力变形而发 生断裂。
该孔洞 4可为通孔或盲孔。 通孔为横向贯通鞋底本体层 2的孔洞 4, 盲孔为 其一端开口设置在在鞋底本体层 2的侧部, 其另一端设置在鞋底本体层 2的内 部, 没有贯通鞋底本体层 2。
当上述孔洞 4为通孔时, 孔洞 4为贯通鞋底本体层 2内外侧部的通孔, 不 仅能最大程度的增加鞋底重量, 而且当填充重物后拆卸方便。 当孔洞 4 为盲孔 时, 其开口还可根据使用者的需要设于所述鞋底本体层 2的外侧部或者内侧部, 不仅可以满足使用者左右手习惯, 以利于填充重物, 而且孔洞 4开口设于所述 鞋底本体层 2 内侧部, 在使用者行进过程中, 不容易为路人察觉, 达到了将使 用者塑身需求作为隐私来保护的目的。 进一步地, 如图 1、 图 4-6所示, 孔洞 4的纵剖截面图形多样, 可以为圓形、 三角形或五角星形, 除此之外, 孔洞 4的纵剖截面还可以为方形或圓角矩形等。 孔洞 4纵剖截面形状为单一种类的圓形或三角形或五角星形或方形或圓角矩形, 也可以为多种形状组合分布, 组合方式繁多, 形状多样, 一方面极大程度上提 高了鞋底的美观效果; 另一方面, 孔洞 4 的纵剖截面为三角形、 五角星形、 方 形、 圓角矩形时, 其纵剖截面图形端点位置组成的圓的尺寸为孔洞 4 的最大径 向尺寸, 而孔洞 2内壁相对于此最大径向尺寸向孔洞 4的轴线方向凸起, 因此 当重物 5填充入孔洞 4内时, 孔壁对重物 5夹紧作用更明显, 保证重物 5稳固 填充于孔洞 4内。
进一步地, 如图 1、 图 7-8所示, 孔洞 4的径向尺寸规格选择多样, 排列分 布不唯一。 如图 1所示, 孔洞 4均匀分布于鞋底本体层 2内, 人体对鞋底的产 生的压力平均分配给孔洞 4承担, 降低了单个孔洞 4的形变, 有利于提高鞋底 的寿命。
与此同时, 如图 7-8所示, 由于使用者在行进过程中, 鞋底不同部位, 受到 弯折形变不同, 因此按照这一规律, 孔洞 4的径向尺寸规格至少为 1种, 排列 方式也多种多样。 设计孔洞 4 的径向尺寸规格可根据鞋底受力形变大小与频率 进行对应的调整。 由于鞋跟部位不承受弯折力, 可在鞋跟部位设置较大径向尺 寸的孔洞 4; 而鞋掌部位经常随着使用者的行进而弯折, 可在此部位设置径向尺 寸较小的孔洞 4或者不设置孔洞 4; 同样也可以根据使用者在运动过程中的鞋底 受力分析将孔洞 4按照运动规律进行不均匀排布, 进一步提高孔洞 4的排布科 学性, 提高鞋底质量, 延长鞋底寿命。
进一步地, 上述重物 5 可为条状体、 粒状体或由金属颗粒和弹性材料混合 一体成型的混合柔性体。
条状体, 即形状为条状的物体, 其可为金属条状体、 沙石条状体、 弹性材 料条状体、 木材条状体等可实现同样功能的类似条状体; 孔洞 4 内可填充一根 上述条状体, 也可选择性填充多根上述条状体。 较佳地, 可将弹性材料条状体 放置入孔洞 4, 再放入金属条状体, 由于弹性材料条状体对金属条状体的挤压作 用, 使得所述孔洞 4内的重物 5位置稳定, 不易移动。 当重物 5为轻质条状体 时, 填充物主要不对鞋底起增重作用, 而是起到支撑作用, 避免人体重量施加 于孔洞 4使之产生变形, 有利于提高鞋底寿命。 粒状体, 即形状为粒状的物体, 其可为金属粒状体、 弹性材料粒状体、 沙 石粒状体等可实现同样功能的类似粒状体。 孔洞 4 内可选择性填充上述粒状体 中的一种或几种, 其组合方式多样, 可根据使用者需求进行种类选择与组合, 或者比例混合, 使鞋底达到使用者的计划重量, 以更有效的进行塑身锻炼。 当 重物 5为轻质粒状体时, 填充物主要不对鞋底起增重作用, 而是起到支撑作用, 避免人体重量施加于孔洞 4使之产生变形, 有利于提高鞋底寿命。
混合柔性体, 其由金属颗粒和弹性材料混合一体成型, 其由弹性材料将金 属颗粒包覆住而一体成型, 结构稳固, 保证了鞋底的柔韧性, 金属颗粒不会在 运动过程中发生位移, 不会影响步行的舒适性, 又达到了负重塑身的目的。 使 用者可根据需要选择性填充一个或多个上述混合柔性体。
图 9-12所示为四种孔洞填充方式的纵剖截面结构示意图, 如图 9-12所示, 作为本发明的较佳实施例, 使用者可以根据需要, 选择性填充上述条状体、 粒 状体和混合柔性体中的一种单体重物, 还可以选择性填充由上述条状体、 粒状 体和混合柔性体任意组合而成的重物 5。其可以选择在某类孔洞内填充上述单体 重物或混合重物, 而对其余孔洞不填充; 其也可以选择在某类孔洞中填充一种 单体重物, 而在另一某类孔洞中填充其他的单体重物; 其也可以选择其也可以 选择在某类孔洞中填充一种单体重物, 而在另一某类孔洞中填充其他的混合重 物; 其也可以选择其也可以选择在某类孔洞中填充某种混合重物, 而在另一某 类孔洞中填充另一种混合重物。
进一步地, 如图 13所示孔洞中填充套筒的截面示意图, 孔洞 4中设置有与 孔洞相匹配的套筒 6, 重物 5密封在套筒 6中, 套筒 6封闭嵌入孔洞 4中。 如 13所示, 套筒 6中既可以根据上述方式填充上述条状体、 粒状体或混合柔性体 单体重物或混合重物, 又可以为金属颗粒、 沙子、 豆类中任一种或其任一比例 混合, 其选材多样, 日常生活中随处可见, 因此极大的提高了鞋底的通用性与 便利性。
进一步地, 上述套筒 6 中密封有用于发光的发光体装置, 套筒端口的盖体 部由透明体材料制成。 该发光体装置所发射的光线可透过该盖体部而透射到所 述鞋底外部。 其中该盖体部也可由半透明材料支撑。
当不进行负重塑身锻炼时, 在套筒 6内设置发光体装置填充入孔洞 4中, 极大的提高了鞋底的美观效果, 可休闲穿着, 也可进行舞台表演。 孔洞 4内填充重物 5的多样性进一步增强了孔洞 4填充方式的选择空间。 另外, 除了可选择填充深度, 还有孔洞 4 的可填充或控制、 部分填充或全部填 充以及孔洞 4 的填充数量及位置。 这些填充方式的选择, 大大增强了使用者在 增重鞋底时的自由性, 有利于消费者根据自身需求进行计划性塑身锻炼。
作为本发明的拓展, 孔洞 4位于鞋底本体层 2侧部的开口处设置有塞盖, 重物 5密封在塞盖与孔洞 4所组成的密闭空间内, 可有效防止填充物随着使用 者的行进而外露, 既具有较高的实用价值, 又使鞋底孔洞具有隐蔽性。
如图 14所示, 本发明还提供了一种多功能重力塑身鞋, 包括鞋面 7与多功 能重力塑身鞋底, 该鞋底包括底部耐磨防滑层 1、设置在该耐磨防滑层 1上的鞋 底本体层 2和设置在该鞋底本体层 2上的顶部连接层 3 ,其中该鞋底本体层 2横 向设置有可选择性填充重物 5的孔洞 4,该孔洞 4的开口设置在上述鞋底本体层 2的侧部。
通过在鞋底本体层设置孔洞, 并选择性填充, 可按照穿着者需求自由调节 鞋子重量, 更有效的进行计划性塑身锻炼。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种多功能重力塑身鞋底, 包括底部耐磨防滑层、 设置在所述耐磨防滑层上 的鞋底本体层和设置在所述鞋底本体层上的顶部连接层, 其特征在于: 所述鞋底本 体层横向设置有可选择性填充重物的孔洞, 且所述孔洞为通孔, 所述孔洞的开口设 置在所述鞋底本体层的侧部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述鞋底本体层 设置有多个所述孔洞。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述多个孔洞呈 一层或多层纵向排列。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述孔洞的纵剖 截面为圓形、 三角形或五角星形。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述多个孔洞均 匀地分布于所述鞋底本体层内。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述重物为条状 体、 粒状体或由金属颗粒和弹性材料混合一体成型的混合柔性体。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述孔洞中设置 有与所述孔洞相匹配的套筒, 所述重物密封在所述套筒中。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述套筒中密封 有用于发光的发光体装置, 所述发光体装置所发射的光线可透过由透明材料制成的 所述套筒的盖体部而透射到所述鞋底外部。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能重力塑身鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述孔洞位于所 述鞋底本体层侧部的开口处设置有塞盖, 所述重物密封在所述塞盖与所述孔洞所组 成的密闭空间内。
