Способ реализации комбинированной моментально-тиражной лотереи, включающий выпуск лотерейных билетов и распространение их среди игроков, формирование призового фонда и проведение розыгрыша среди игроков, определение выигравших лотерейных билетов и закрепление за ними определенных размеров выигрышей, создание и использование электронных образов лотереи, причем розыгрыш проводят в телестудии поэтапно за несколько (п) туров, с обеспечением трансляции по Российскому телевидению, отличающийся тем, что предварительно формируют электронный образ выбранной телепрограммы, включая образы ключевых информационных блоков для печати на билетах и внесения в базу данных тиражной и моментальной лотереи, соответственно соотносимые с Комплексом действий по формированию тиражной лотереи и с Комплексом действий по формированию моментальной лотереи,дополнительно формируют электронный образ тиражной лотереи с использованием средств обеспечения, таким образом, чтобы он соответствовал используемому при проведении выбранной игровой телепрограммы оборудованию, причем каждый билет допускают к участию и учитывают в розыгрыше каждого тура одного тиража тиражной лотереи, количество (п) туров выбирают соответствующим количеству выходов в эфир выбранной телепрограммы за выбранный организатором период времени, при этом определяют выигравшие в каждом туре тиража лотереи лотерейные билеты сравнением определенных в течение телепрограммы ее исходов (событий) с нанесенными на лотерейном билете символами игровой информации во время трансляции телепрограммы в эфире,дополнительно формируют электронный образ реализации моментальной лотереи с использованием средств обеспечения, при этом последовательность действий Участника лотереи при розыгрыше моментальной лотереи имитирует последовательность действий Участника выбранной игровой телепрограммы, являясь стилизованной визуализацией его действий обусловленной правилами, дизайнерским оформлением и используемым в телепрограмме оборудованием.  1.
