The target portion 95 is provided on the non-skin facing side surface of the exterior sheet 60 in the front waistline region. The target portion 95 is configured so that the engaging hook of the fastening tape is hooked, and functions as a loop of a hook and loop locking system. As the target portion, for example, an air-through nonwoven fabric can be used.
Also, in the crotch region absorber 40, a first notch 115 as a first low weight portion and a second notch 125 as a second low weight portion are formed. The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 are slits formed in the absorber 40. A slit is a part in which an absorptive core does not exist. The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 extend along the product width direction. In the present embodiment, “extending along the product width direction” may be a configuration having at least a certain range in the product width direction, extending in the product width direction and extending in the product longitudinal direction. A configuration and a configuration extending in the product width direction and inclined in the product width direction are also included.
The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 each have a notch shape extending from the outer edge of the absorbent core 40a toward the inside in the product width direction. The first notches 115 are a pair of left and right, and are spaced apart in the product width direction. The second notches 125 are a pair of left and right, and are spaced apart in the product width direction. With the disposable diaper attached, the absorbent fold is formed along the line connecting the left and right first notches 115, and the absorbent 40 fold is formed along the line connecting the left and right second notches 125. Is done.
The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 are arranged with an interval in the product longitudinal direction. The second notch 125 is disposed behind the first notch 115. When worn, the absorbent body 40 is formed with folds along the product width direction spaced apart in the product longitudinal direction.
The first cutout 115 and the second cutout 125 are arranged in a region where the crotch expansion / contraction part is arranged in the product longitudinal direction. That is, the front end edge 200F of the crotch expansion / contraction part is positioned in front of the front end edge of the first notch 115, and the rear end edge 200R of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is rearward of the rear end edge 200R of the second notch 125. Located on the side. Since the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 are formed, a flat “bottom” is easily formed along the body at the wearer's crotch when worn.
Each low weight portion has a notch shape extending from the outer edge of the absorbent core of the absorbent body toward the inner side in the product width direction. Moreover, the inner edge of each low fabric weight part is located in the product longitudinal direction between the front-end edge in the outer edge of each low fabric weight part, and the rear-end edge in the outer edge of each low fabric weight part.
More specifically, the inner edge 115I of the first notch 115 has a front edge 115OF at the outer edge 115O of the first notch 115 and a rear edge at the outer edge 115O of the first notch 115 in the product longitudinal direction. Located between 115OR. That is, the inner edge 115I of the first notch 115 does not extend outward in the product longitudinal direction from the outer edge 115O of the first notch 115.
Further, the inner edge 125I of the second notch 125 has a front edge 125OF at the outer edge 125O of the second notch 125 and a rear edge 125OR at the outer edge 125O of the second notch 125 in the product longitudinal direction, Located between. That is, the inner edge 125I of the second notch 125 does not extend outward in the product longitudinal direction from the outer edge 125O of the second notch 125. With such a shape, the shrinkage of the outer edge of the notch gathers toward the inner edge of the notch, and wrinkles due to the shrinkage are easily formed along the product width direction. That is, the wrinkles formed by the notches are formed along the product width direction.
The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 straddle the outer edge of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product width direction. It is desirable that the pair of left and right first cutouts 115 be separated from each other without communicating with each other. Also, it is desirable that the pair of left and right second notches 125 be separated without communicating with each other. The absorbent core 40a is preferably continuous without being separated by the first cutout and the second cutout.
The inner edge of the first notch 115 (second notch 125) has an arc shape in plan view. Moreover, the 1st notch 115 and the 2nd notch 125 are connected with the moderate curve shape with respect to the outer edge of an absorber. More specifically, a line from the front end edge 115OF of the first notch 115 toward the inner edge 115I of the first notch extends toward the inner side in the product width direction while moving backward. The angle formed by the line from the front end edge 115OF of the outer edge 115O of the first notch 115 to the inner edge 115I of the first notch and the outer edge of the absorber is an acute angle. Therefore, the first notch 115 can gradually guide the force and wrinkles from the outer edge of the absorber toward the inside in the product width direction. Similarly, a line from the front end edge 125OF at the outer edge 125O of the second notch 125 toward the inner edge 125I of the second notch extends toward the inner side in the product width direction while moving backward. An angle formed by a line from the front end edge 125OF of the second notch 125 toward the inner edge 125I of the second notch and the outer edge of the absorber is an acute angle. Therefore, the second notch 125 can also guide the force and wrinkles from the outer edge of the absorbent body gradually toward the inside in the product width direction.
Also, a line from the front edge 115OF of the first notch 115 to the inner edge 115I of the first notch 115O and an inner edge of the first notch 115R from the rear edge 115OR of the outer edge 115O of the first notch 115. The line toward 115I is a convex shape toward the inside in the product longitudinal direction of the first notch 115. Similarly, the line from the front edge 125OF of the second notch 125 to the inner edge 125I of the second notch 125O and the inner edge of the second notch 125OR from the rear edge 125OR of the outer edge 125O of the second notch 125 The line toward the edge 125I is a convex shape toward the inside in the product longitudinal direction of the second notch 125. With such a shape, the area of the notch can be reduced, and the absorber can be deformed by the notch while ensuring the absorption performance.
The length of the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 increases in the product longitudinal direction L as it goes outward in the product width direction W. Since the amount of contraction at the outer edge of the first notch 115 and the amount of contraction by the outer edge of the second notch 125 are large, wrinkles formed by the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 are easy to follow along the product width direction. Become. In addition, since the amount of contraction at the outer edge of the first notch 115 and the amount of contraction by the outer edge of the second notch 125 are large, the crotch region of the disposable diaper has a more rounded shape. In addition, such a shape makes it easier for the outer side of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W to shrink, so that a flat “bottom” is more easily formed. Furthermore, the absorbent core 40a located closer to the front waistline region 20 than the first notch 115 and the absorbent core 40a located closer to the rear waistline region 30 than the second notch 125 rise from the “bottom”. Since it becomes easy to curve along the roundness of the wearer's body (abdomen and buttocks), the shape of the disposable diaper itself can be closer to the shape of the wearer's body.
Note that the low weight per unit area is not limited to the slit. The low basis weight portion may be a portion of the absorbent core where the basis weight of the absorbent material is lower than the surrounding area.
The crotch region 25 is provided with a crotch stretchable portion 200 that can be stretched at least in the product longitudinal direction. The crotch stretchable part is configured to more easily maintain a flat shape in a part of the crotch region when the disposable diaper is worn than the other part of the absorber 40. The crotch stretchable portion 200 is configured to be stretchable at least in the product longitudinal direction L or the product width direction W. The crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is disposed so as to overlap the auxiliary sheet 55 and the absorber 40 in plan view. The crotch expansion / contraction part overlaps at least a part of the first notch 115 and the second notch 125, and extends outward from the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 in the product longitudinal direction.
The crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is provided apart from the leg expansion / contraction part 75. The width of the absorbent core 40a at the position where the crotch stretchable portion 200 overlaps the absorbent core 40a (in this embodiment, the position between the covering sheet 40b and the backsheet 60a that wraps the absorbent core 40a). It is configured to contract 60% or more of the length in the direction. In this way, by shrinking the portion where the absorbent core 40a is disposed by the crotch stretchable portion 200, the absorbent core 40a shrinks, and it is easy to maintain a flat shape compared to the portion where the absorbent core 40a does not shrink. Become.
On the other hand, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline area and the rear waistline area located outside the product longitudinal direction from the crotch stretch part 200 is not contracted by the crotch stretch part 200. Therefore, the crotch stretchable part 200 that is maintained in a flat shape at the crotch part of the disposable diaper in a state of being held around the waist / waist of the wearer by the fastening tape does not excessively adhere to the body, resulting in the crotch. The stretchable part 200 is appropriately placed along the body.
In addition, since the crotch stretchable part 200 can be stretched along the product longitudinal direction L, the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 are easily raised by the shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200. A flat crotch region can be formed along the body at the part. As a result, since the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 rise from the crotch stretchable part 200, the fit of the disposable diaper 10 to the wearer is improved.
The crotch stretchable part 200 is disposed between the absorber 40 and the back sheet 60a in the thickness direction. Note that in a disposable diaper that does not have a back sheet, the crotch stretchable part 200 is disposed between the absorber 40 and the exterior sheet 60 in the thickness direction. The crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably composed of a stretchable sheet. The stretchable sheet can be composed of a stretchable sheet similar to the leg stretchable part 75, for example.
Further, instead of the stretchable sheet, the crotch stretchable portion 200 may be configured by arranging a plurality of thread-like or band-like elastic members made of polyurethane elastic fiber or natural rubber.
In the region of the backsheet of the disposable diaper configured as described above, a ridge extending in the product width direction is formed by contraction of the crotch stretchable portion 200 in the product longitudinal direction. On the other hand, a recess (not shown) extending in the product longitudinal direction and a projection (not shown) extending in the product longitudinal direction are formed on the top sheet with an interval in the product width direction. The concave portion and the convex portion of the top sheet 50 can be formed, for example, by making the volume of the concave portion relatively low and making the bulk of the convex portion relatively high, or by embossing only the concave portion in the thickness direction. .
(2) Manufacturing method of disposable diaper Next, an example of the manufacturing method of the disposable diaper which concerns on this embodiment is demonstrated. Note that an existing method can be used as a method not described in this embodiment. Moreover, the manufacturing method demonstrated below is an example and can also be manufactured with another manufacturing method. The manufacturing method of an absorbent article includes at least a component part forming step, a component part placing step, a leg periphery forming step, and a cutting step.
In the component forming process, the components constituting the absorbent article are formed. Specifically, for example, the absorbent body 40 is manufactured by laminating an absorbent material, molding the absorbent core 40a, and covering the absorbent core 40a with a covering sheet 40b.
In the component mounting step, disposable diapers such as a stretchable sheet constituting the leg stretchable part 75, another web such as a web constituting the top sheet, a leakproof sheet, an absorber, etc. on the web constituting the backsheet The component which comprises 10 is mounted.
More specifically, the stretchable sheet constituting the leg stretchable part 75 is stretched, transferred to the intermittent drum while being further displaced in the width direction, and cut into individual product lengths on the intermittent drum. . The interval between the stretchable sheets is provided with the rotation of the intermittent drum, and the stretchable sheet is transferred onto a continuous web. In this way, the leg stretchable portions can be arranged in a curved line.
In the leg periphery forming step, the top sheet 50, the exterior sheet 60, and the back sheet 60a are cut along the outer edge of the leg stretchable part 75. Thereby, the leg opening part 35 arrange | positioned around a wearer's leg is formed.
In the cutting process, the continuous body in which the top sheet 50, the back sheet 60a, the absorber 40, and the like are arranged is cut into the size of one product along the product width direction W. Thereby, the disposable diaper 10 is manufactured.
(3) Wearing state of disposable diaper Next, the wearing state of the disposable diaper configured as described above will be described. Drawing 5 is a figure showing the state where a disposable diaper is equipped with a wearer. FIG. 5 is a side view viewed from the side of the wearer.
In the state where the disposable diaper 10 is attached to the wearer, the fastening tape 90 is fixed to the target portion 95, and the disposable diaper 10 is held around the wearer's waist. The leg opening 35 is contracted by the leg elastic part 75 and is in close contact with the wearer's leg.
In the crotch region 25, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 expands / contracts, and the absorber 40 bends along the width direction starting from the first notch 115 and the second notch 125. The absorber 40 is deformed from the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 as the base point, so that a flat “bottom” is formed in the crotch region.
The auxiliary sheet 55 is disposed on the skin facing surface side from the absorber 40. The front edge 55F of the auxiliary sheet coincides with the rear edge of the target portion in the product longitudinal direction. On the front end edge 55F of the auxiliary sheet and the rear end edge of the target portion, a step due to the difference in rigidity and the thickness of the auxiliary sheet is formed. Therefore, a disposable diaper deform | transforms on the basis of a rigidity difference and a level | step difference. The front edge 55F of the auxiliary sheet is arranged in accordance with the depression (proximal end of the bulge) of the stomach. Therefore, the folding line by a rigidity difference and thickness follows a hollow of the stomach, and a disposable diaper is arrange | positioned along the swelling of the stomach.
On the other hand, the rear end edge 55R of the auxiliary sheet is disposed within the range from the rear end edge of the crotch stretchable part to the rear end edge of the leg stretchable part in the product longitudinal direction. On the rear edge 55R of the auxiliary sheet, a step due to the difference in rigidity and the thickness of the auxiliary sheet is formed. The disposable diaper is deformed based on the difference in rigidity and the thickness. The rear edge 55R of the auxiliary sheet is arranged in accordance with the bulge of the buttock (the apex of the bulge). Therefore, the fold line by a rigidity difference and thickness is arrange | positioned so that the ridge part may be wrapped along the swelling of a ridge part.
Further, a plurality of ridges extending in the product width direction are formed by shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction in a region overlapping with the crotch stretchable part of the back sheet of the disposable diaper in the mounted state. The wrinkle of the back sheet is formed on the outer side in the product longitudinal direction from the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 across the first notch 115 and the second notch 125.
(4) Actions / Effects The bulky auxiliary sheet 55 is disposed on the skin facing surface side of the absorber 40. Therefore, the skin facing surface of the disposable diaper 10 becomes bulky due to the auxiliary sheet 55, and is easily compressed when the wearing assistant presses it with a finger. Since the skin facing surface of the disposable diaper 10 that touches the skin is easily compressed, the touch of the top sheet 50 of the disposable diaper 10 can be improved.
On the other hand, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorber 40. Between the crotch stretchable part 200 and the top sheet 50, an absorbent body that includes an absorbent material and is difficult to be collected in a state where fine wrinkles are formed is disposed. Therefore, the contraction by the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is transmitted to the back sheet 60a and the exterior sheet 60 rather than the top sheet 50, and wrinkles due to the contraction are formed on the surface of the back sheet or the like. The non-skin facing surface of the disposable diaper is highly rigid due to the bag such as the back sheet, and is difficult to be compressed when the wearing assistant presses it with a finger.
As a result of the applicant's various investigations and researches, the wearing assistant has determined that the skin of the disposable diaper 10 is more suitable than the configuration in which both the skin facing surface and the non-skin facing surface of the disposable diaper 10 are easily compressed. It was found that the greater the difference in ease of compression between the facing surface and the non-skin facing surface, the more the softness on the side that is more likely to be compressed and the softer the impression. Therefore, the skin-friendly surface of the disposable diaper 10 has a softer image than the non-skin-facing surface. By increasing the rigidity of the non-skin facing surface and decreasing the rigidity of the skin facing surface, the difference between the softness of the skin facing surface and the softness of the non-skin facing surface of the disposable diaper 10 is increased. As a result, a softer impression is given to a wearing assistant such as a mother, and the wearing assistant can use the wearer with confidence.
Further, since the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 overlaps the first notch 115 and the second notch 125 which are low weight parts in plan view, the low weight part of the absorber 40 when the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 contracts. It becomes difficult to inhibit the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 from contracting. As a result, the skin facing surface and the non-skin facing surface can be differentiated by the contraction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200, and a wearing assistant such as a mother can obtain a softer impression.
In addition, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 and the auxiliary sheet 55 overlap the first notch 115 and the second notch 125. Further, the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 extends outward in the product longitudinal direction from the first notch 115 and the second notch 125. Therefore, the inside of the region where the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is arranged can be deformed more flexibly, the contraction of the leg expansion / contraction part 75 can be absorbed, and the occurrence of wrinkles at unintended locations can be suppressed. Therefore, wrinkles other than the region overlapping the low basis weight portion can be suppressed on the top sheet 50 side that overlaps with the crotch stretchable portion 200 and is disposed with the absorbent body 40 interposed therebetween, resulting in a state of less wrinkles. Since the top sheet other than the region overlapping the low basis weight portion becomes soft, it can feel softer.
Since it has the first low weight portion and the second low weight portion that are separated in the product longitudinal direction, the low weight portion of the absorbent body 40 is narrowed when the crotch stretchable portion 200 is contracted at two locations separated in the product longitudinal direction. As a result, the contraction by the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 affects a wide range, and the touch of the skin facing surface and the touch of the non-skin facing surface can be made different in a wider range, which is softer to the wearing assistant such as a mother. Can give an impression.
The first notch 115 and the second notch 125 are arranged in pairs with a space in the product width direction W, respectively. The notches are arranged close to the four corners of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in plan view. By arranging the notches for collecting the wrinkles of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 at intervals in the front, rear, left and right, it is possible to obtain an effect of suppressing wrinkles in a region surrounded by the notches.
More preferably, when the front crotch stretchable part and the rear crotch stretchable part are defined with the product longitudinal direction center of the crotch stretchable part 200 as a boundary, the center of the front crotch stretchable part in the product longitudinal direction and the first notch 115 It is desirable for the center in the longitudinal direction of the product to coincide. In addition, it is desirable that the center of the rear crotch expansion / contraction part in the product longitudinal direction coincides with the center of the second notch 125 in the product longitudinal direction. According to the said structure, the shrinkage | contraction by the crotch expansion-contraction part 200 can be absorbed with sufficient balance by a notch.
When the wearing assistant confirms the feel of the disposable diaper, in addition to pressing the disposable diaper with fingers, the finger placed on the top sheet and the finger placed on the back sheet are aligned along the longitudinal direction of the product. Sliding is done.
At this time, since the concave portion and the convex portion of the top sheet 50 extend in the product longitudinal direction, the wearing assistant can smoothly slide the finger on the top sheet 50 along the direction in which the convex portion of the top sheet extends. On the other hand, since the crotch stretchable part 200 is arranged so as to be stretchable in the product longitudinal direction L, the heels of the back sheet 60a and the exterior sheet 60 extend in the product width direction, so that the wearing assistant slides the finger on the back sheet. Your finger gets caught in the bag when Therefore, the wearing assistant cannot smoothly slide his / her finger on the back sheet. The touch of the skin facing surface can be made different from the touch of the non-skin facing surface, and a wearing assistant such as a mother can obtain a softer impression.
Since the 1st pressing part 41 formed in the skin opposing surface of the absorber 40 is dotted | punctate, compared with the linear 2nd pressing part 42, the free deformation | transformation of the absorber 40 is not inhibited. Therefore, the rigidity of the skin facing surface of the absorber 40 is relatively low. On the other hand, since the 2nd pressing part 42 formed in the non-skin opposing surface of the absorber 40 is linear, compared with the dotted | punctate 1st pressing part 41, the free deformation of the absorber 40 is suppressed. . Therefore, the rigidity of the non-skin facing surface of the absorber is relatively high. The rigidity of the skin facing surface and the rigidity of the non-skin facing surface can be made different, and a wearing assistant such as a mother can obtain a softer impression.
A linear second pressing portion 42 extending in the product longitudinal direction is formed on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorber 40, and a dotted first pressing portion 41 is scattered on the skin facing surface side of the absorber 40. Is formed. In this configuration, when the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorber 40 and the non-skin facing surface side of the absorber is contracted, when the absorber 40 is viewed in a cross section along the product longitudinal direction L The product 40 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 40 has a curved shape protruding toward the skin facing surface. The curved shape makes it easier to compress the skin facing surface side of the disposable diaper, and the auxiliary sheet is arranged on the skin facing surface side of the absorbent body. Can emphasize the softness of the skin facing surface.
Since the covering sheet 40b is laminated on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent body 40, comparing the skin facing surface side and the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent body 40, the rigidity difference due to the lamination of the covering sheet 40b, the absorbent body 40 The rigidity of the skin facing surface side is increased. The rigidity of the skin facing surface and the rigidity of the non-skin facing surface can be made different, and a wearing assistant such as a mother can obtain a softer impression.
(5) Other Embodiments As a modification, the disposable diaper 10 may be folded starting from a fold along the product width direction W in a packaging state of the disposable diaper. In a modification, it is desirable that at least a part of the fold line overlaps the low weight part in a plan view of the disposable diaper. A crease is formed around the folded fold. However, since the crease and the low weight part overlap, the wrinkles due to the crease can be collected in the low weight part. Therefore, wrinkles around the fold can be reduced.
