Abstract

A container product with a structure which consists of cover or main lid with or without main frame which can form a container for tissues or other objects which can be placed in vehicle interior or other locations which resist shock and noise, by using suction cup of the container to attach it to flat or curved glasses, and its method of manufacture. By adding ropes in the holes or hooks on the container, this product can also be used by hanging it on other objects such as headrest and car seats.

Description
CONTAINER PRODUCT COMPRISING A FRAME AND A COVER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention is related to improved container product in various shapes such as rectangle, ellipse, round, trapezoid, 8-sided polygon and other shapes, specifically, container product in the shapes of rectangle, ellipse, or other shapes to place tissues, stationeries, and other product, where the container product are made from light, soft and flexible materials, can be attached to flat or curved glass surface by using suction cup installed on one side of the container product, or placed on the headrests of car seats by adding ropes on the product, and the method of manufacturing the container product.
BACKGROUND ART
As we know, containers serve to place items. Current available containers in the market vary with different uses so that its purpose was to only provide aestheticism to stored items or product. Usual rectangle tissue box product made of plastic or similar materials can only by placed in certain positions in vehicles so they are not practical and easily fall as well as unable to dampen vibration.
Therefore, the inventor attempted to make a design of container box to place tissues or other items to be put in vehicle interiors by providing light, soft, and flexible box which can be easily put in any position such as on glass surfaces of the dashboards of vehicles or other places .
The product in this invention is made of light and flexible material with the following main materials i.e. synthetic leather, EVA plastic foam with plastic lamination, leather and other similar materials.
The product in this invention is made in a practical and efficient process by laser light or other processes such as trimming process.
The design of this container product consists of 2 (two) main parts, which are:
Frame part and cover part. Frame part is made of hard material such as wood, MDF, Hardboard, hard paper, EVA foam, or similar materials which enable to make frames. Meanwhile, the cover part is made of synthetic leather, plastic or other materials which can be perforated to create more aesthetic impression by showing the contents of the containers easily.
There was another design of this product which has embodied in the form of cover material (plastic, leather, etc) with buttons and made into a product by buttoning the cover or by sewing together both ends of the cover. For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape.
With flexible material and with smooth surface and suction cup on one wide, the container product can be attached to glass surfaces of other surfaces. By adding rope to the product, the product can be hung on other objects as required.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
This invention is related light and flexible container product such as pencil , tissue boxes, etc. made from leather, plastic, synthetic leather or other similar flexible materials. Part of the main material is attached to the frames of the containers made of wood, DF, hardboard, hard paper, EVA foam or other materials.
The main purpose of this invention is providing a container product which can be attached to flat and curved glass surfaces, or other flat surfaces such as ceramic walls, and the container doesn't make loud noises if there are shocks, preferably the container placed in vehicle interior or other places, characterized by frame structure wrapped or covered by soft and flexible main materials to resist sound vibration. Beside because the materials used are soft and flexible, there's also adhesive suction cup on one of the walls of the product which attaches the product to a supporting surface such as glasses and prevent the product from shifting or falling. Then, by adding ropes, the product can also be hung on other objects such as head rests on vehicle's seat or any other object as required.
The next purpose is to provide a container product which has frame system (frame part) which is round, ellipse, rectangular, trapezoidal etc. frame structure on the ends which is connected with at least 1 (one) rectangular connector made of - wood, MDF, hardboard, infraboard, plastic and other materials which form a supporting structure of a product in which main material, such as leather, plastic, etc., which has been cut based on pattern is attached.
Further purpose of this invention is providing a product characterized by frame and cover (main material) put together with glue, double tape, etc., forming a flexible product with several hard parts in the joint or glued parts between main material and frame. The next purpose of this invention is providing a product made of flexible and soft main material, such as leather, synthetic leather, plastic and similar materials, which has been shaped into a pattern wrapped and attached around the frame using double tape, glue or similar materials .
Another type of this product is also presented. It has main material (plastic, leather, etc.) with buttons and made into a product by buttoning it.
For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape .
The method of manufacture of the product is described below by using tissue box as an example of this invention.
First, create a basic pattern from main material using the following steps;
Cut main material in accordance with predetermined size; Make pattern using laser or other methods;
Add adhesive such as double tape or other materials if necessary;
The next process is separated based on product type. The making of product which uses frame structure wrapped or covered by main material is described below;
Make frame structure in accordance to a desired shape, such as ellipse, round, rectangle, or other shapes, from MDF, hardboard, etc., which consists of lids and supporting parts. Lids can be elliptical, round, rectangular, etc. while the supporting part consists of at least 1 (one) rectangular material which connects 2 (two) lids using glue, double tape, or other adhesive materials.
Make cover which will be attached to the lids with hole in the middle (part no. 3 in fig. 1) with handle to make usage easier, and can be connected to the frame using flexible material, forming lid with hinge system on the frame (fig. 9) , or can be made to tightly close to both lids and then make a hole on another part of the container to insert tissue or other objects.
Attach main material to frame structure by, first, attaching the main material to one of the supporting parts of the frame structure, and then covering the frame with main material. Next, attach the main material to the frame using glue, double tape, or other adhesive materials.
Put suction cup and or rope on in available holes or hooks on one of the sides.
Another type of this product which is made of cover material or main lid with buttons which can be folded into a container is made with the following steps:
Put buttons on main material at determined locations.
Add holes to put suction cup or ropes on the main material
If necessary, add glue on parts of main material which will be folded
Assembling product by buttoning it or,
Assemble product by means of sewing together both ends of the cover.
Put suction cup and or rope on in available holes
For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
To explain the point of this invention, the variations of the container product are presented below;

Figure 8 shows frame structure in another variation which is rectangular, 8-sided polygonal and trapezoidal in this invention. It consists of 2 (two) lids made of combination of wood, MDF, EVA foam or other material combination, and supporting marts from wood, MDF etc. in varying number depending on the selected shape, which becomes a part of the container product with frame structure similar to product in figure 3. The figure also shows lid structure shaped based on the frame structure.
Figure 9 shows hinge system used to connect lid on the frame. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
As shown in Figure 1, the Figure 1 is the main frame

Figure 2 also shows main material made of leather, plastic, synthetic leather or other flexible materials as a cover for frame in Figure 1 to make a container or tissue box product or other objects.
Figure 3 shows the figure of combination embodiment of frame structure and cover (main material) where on both sides of frame structure there are lids in the shape of an ellipse or other shapes, connected with each other with at least 1 (one) supporting material, and become the frame of the cover attached using double tape, glue or similar materials.
On the back side of Figure 3, a suction cup is placed. It can be attached to curved or flat glasses so that the tissue box or container can be placed anywhere easily.
In another embodiment, the container product has one cover without frame which can be placed using buttons to make a detachable product as shown in Figure . Method of manufacture of the container product using frame structure with main material as cover is described below:
Cut main material in accordance with predetermined size. Make pattern using laser or other methods.
Add adhesive such as double tape or other materials if necessary .
Make frame structure which consists of two lids on the left and right in the shape of ellipse, circle, rectangle or other shapes, which consist of two layers of material. The first layer is made of wood, MDF, hardboard, plastic, or other materials, and the second layer is made of EVA foam or other materials attached to the first layer. One of the lids has a hole while the other is closed.
Connect both lids by at least 1 supporting part which is a rectangular material. One of the supporting parts has a hole to get tissues (if the product is tissue box); this supporting part is attached to the lid using glue, double tape, or other adhesive material.
Make a lid (3b) which will be attached on the cover and give a hole (3), the lid consists of a first layer made of wood, MDF, plastic, etc., and the second layer is made of EVA foam and similar materials, with adequate diameter so that it can be inserted into the hole on the cover (3). It's give handle to ease usage and for aesthetic purpose, the first layer is covered by material to hide it or connected to the frame by flexible material to create lid with hinge system on the frame (Figure 9) ;
Attach main material to frame structure by first attaching main material to one part of the supporting part of the frame structure then covering the frame with main material. Main material is then attached to the frame using glue, double tape, or similar materials.
Attach suction cup and or ropes on available holes or hooks on of surface as shown in the illustration in figure 7a and 7b.
Method of manufacture of container product using covering material or main lid which can be folded into container is as followed; Attach fastening material such as buttons or similar materials on the main material which has been shaped into a pattern, on the determined positions;
Add holes for suction cup or ropes on the main material
If necessary, make folding line with hardening glue on the main material to make folding angle when the product is assembled (no. 13 in figure 4);
Assemble product by buttoning (for example no. 8s with 8b) the main material;
Or assemble by sewing together both ends of the cover.
Attach suction cup and or ropes on available holes or hooks on of surface as shown in the illustration in figure 7a and 7b.
For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape.

Claims

1. A container product with main frame and main cover which include the following components;
Main frame (1) with lids on the left and right sides and one of them has a hole (3) while the other is closed, or both sides are closed and on the bottom there's a hole to insert tissues or other objects (4); consists of two layers, the first layer is made of harder material such as MDF, hardboard, plastic and similar materials, and the second layer is made of softer material such as EVA foam or similar material. Both lids are connected by at least 1 (one) supporting part which is a rectangular material. One of the supporting parts has a hole to get tissues (if the product is a tissue box) ; this supporting part is attached to the led by glue, double tape, or other adhesive materials .
This main frame structure (1) is strong if combined with main cover (2), forming elliptical, round, rectangular, 8-sided polygonal, trapezoidal etc/ container as tissue box or container of other objects;
Characterized by lid structure (3b) which consists of 2 (two) layers of material with the first and second layers made of the same material as the lid (3) and (4) . The size of the second layer is in such a way so it can be inserted into the hole on the lid (3) . For aesthetic purposes, the first layer is given another material, general the same as the material for main cover. This lid structure can be connected to the frame with flexible material to form a lid with hinge system on the frame;
Characterized by hinge system used if the lid structure is connected to the frame as shown in figure 9 where on one of the supporting parts, a piece of flexible material is attached. There are buttons on the material while on the other supporting part, there's another flexible material connected to the lid and on a part of it there's another button so that when the lid is closed to the frame, the buttons meet and lock.
Characterized by suction cup on one side to attach the container product to flat or curved glass surface to easily place it.
Characterized by ropes connected to the product by available hooks or holes to hand the product on other obj ects .
2. Container product with main cover which includes the following components;
Main material in a condition when buttons are placed on the left and right side where one of the buttons (8a) when the main material is folded based on the folding line (130 will meet the pair which is button (8b) in such a way that each button will meet the pair to form container product where the main frame is attached to holes in the form of a net (10) on the right and left when buttoned (12), creating a tissue box with hole (19) which can be attached to the part with practical shape and can easily be placed in vehicle interior.
Characterized by suction cup in available holes to attach product to glasses
Characterized by ropes connected to the product by available hooks or holes to hand the product on other objects.
Characterized by sewing together both ends of the cover on the underside to create the container product.
3. Container product with main cover where there are buttons (8a, 8b) made of plastic or other materials where on one side there's a fold with at least 2 (two) pairs of buttons combined to form a tissue box or other objects. For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape.
4. Container product as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 use leather, synthetic leather, plastic, EVA foam with plastic lamination, and similar flexible materials as the main material .
5. Container product as claimed in claim 1 have main frame made of wood, DF, hardboard, EVA foam, and other materials as frame structure of a product where the main material which is leather, plastic or similar materials, is attached .
6. Method of manufacture of the container product which uses frame structure with main material as a cover is as follows;
Cut main material in accordance with predetermined size .
Make pattern using laser or other methods.
Add adhesive such as double tape or other materials if necessary, followed by making frame structure as follows;
Make frame structure which consists of two lids on the left and right in the shape of ellipse, circle, rectangle or other shapes, which consist of two layers of material. The first layer is made of wood, MDF, hardboard, plastic, or other materials, and the second layer is made of EVA foam or other materials attached to the first layer. One of the lids has a hole while the other is closed. Connect both lids by at least 1 supporting part which is a rectangular material. One of the supporting parts has a hole to get tissues (if the product is tissue box), while the other supporting material has holes to attach suction cup. This supporting part is attached to the lid using glue, double tape, or other adhesive material.
Make a lid (3b) which will be attached on the cover and give a hole (3), the lid consists of a first layer made of wood, MDF, plastic, etc., and the second layer is made of softer material such as EVA foam and similar materials, with adequate diameter so that it can be inserted into the hole on the cover (3) . It's given a handle to ease usage and can be connected to the frame by flexible material to create lid with hinge system on the frame (Figure 9) ;
For aestheticism the first layer is covered by another material to hide it;
After frame structure is formed, attach main material to frame structure with the following steps;
Attach main material to one part of the supporting part of the frame structure then covering the frame with main material. Main material is then attached to the frame using glue, double tape, or similar materials.
Attach suction cup and or ropes on available holes or hooks on of surface as shown in the illustration in figure 7a and 7b.
7. Method of manufacture of container product using main material which can be folded to form a container is as follows
Attach fastening material such as buttons or similar materials on the main material which has been shaped into a pattern, on the determined positions; Add holes for suction cup or ropes on the main material
If necessary, make folding line with hardening glue on the main material to make folding angle when the product is assembled (no. 13 in figure 4);
Assemble product by buttoning (for example no. 8s with
8b) the main material;
Or assemble by sewing together both ends of the cover.
Attach suction cup and or ropes on available holes or hooks on of surface as shown in the illustration in figure 7a and 7b.
For product variation, buttons can be replaced by magic tape .
8. Method of manufacture of product attached to glasses by suction cup, method of attaching product to glass is firm make slit on the product then inserting the back side (rod) of suction cup into the slit, then attaching the clamp to the hole on the rod of suction cup so that suction cup is attached to the product. Suction cup can also be attached by gluing the edge of the suction cup and adding material on the inner part of the product so that suction cup can be attached firmly on the product. Afterward, the front part (disc) of the suction, cup is attached to glass (Figure 7a) .
