Abstract

An elliptically-shaped foam protector support and carrying element which consists of a smooth surface bag made from elastic four-directional fabric with a high air permeability rating and a surface weight of not more than 160g/m2, which adapts to the shape of a foam protector and the at least 15mm wide fastening fabric around the bag used to attach the bag seamlessly to base fabric by means of adhesive, whereas the upper part of the element includes parallely arranged tucks and the lower part a Velcro-fastened pocket to be sewn onto the foam protector.

Description

Foam Protector Support and Carrying Element
Technical field
The subject matter of the invention is a foam protector support and carrying element to be placed on clothing, most preferably on legs or sleeves.
Background Art
A protective element to be worn on trousers is known from the description of invention WO2013018065 (Al), but this solution includes fastening elements that enable to move the protective element along the knee. Elements used to reinforce trouser knee protectors are known from the description of invention US2014033393 (Al), but the protector cannot be pushed in or pulled out because it is permanently sewn in. Elements used to support knee protectors are known from the description of invention WO2007146415 (A2), but such elements are not part of base fabric, in particular they are not part of trousers, as they have the form of a removable band that is put on the knee.
Disclosure of invention
An elliptically-shaped foam protector support and carrying element characterised in that it consists of a smooth surface bag made from elastic four-directional fabric with a high air permeability rating and a surface weight of not more than 160g/m2, which adapts to the shape of a foam protector and the at least 15mm wide fastening fabric around the bag used to attach the bag seamlessly to base fabric by means of adhesive, whereas the upper part of the element includes parallely arranged tucks and the lower part a Velcro-fastened pocket to be sewn onto the foam protector.
The advantage of the element according to the invention is that it is elastic, which enables it to fit the curvature of a foam protector to be placed in the element, ensures the stability of such a foam protector and prevents it from wearing out. The link between the element and base fabric cannot be felt by the user as the element is connected seamlessly with base fabric, in particular with trousers, by means of adhesive. With a pocket placed in the lower part of the element, the foam protector can be easily pushed into or pulled out of the element according to the invention.
Brief description of drawings
Fig. 1 shows the support and carrying element in its isolated form;
Fig. 2 shows the support and carrying element when placed on base fabric in the form of trousers;
Fig 3 shows how to insert a foam protector into the support and carrying element. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The elliptically-shaped foam protector support and carrying element consists of a smooth surface bag 1 made from elastic four-directional fabric with a high air permeability rating and a surface weight of not more than 160g/m2, which adapts to the shape of a foam protector and the at least 15mm wide fastening fabric 3 around the bag used to attach the bag seamlessly to base fabric 4 by means of adhesive, whereas the upper part of the element includes parallely arranged tucks 5 and the lower part a Velcro-fastened pocket 6 to be sewn onto the foam protector 2, which is pushed into the support and carrying element.
