Abstract
A novel ligation device comprises a ligation device part and a ligation ring matched to the ligation device part. The ligation device part comprises a draw hook (1), a spring tube (2), a draw filament (3), a protection tube (4), a guide tube (5), a boosting tube (6) and a handle (7). The draw hook (1) is connected to the draw filament (3) which is connected to the boosting tube (6). The boosting tube (6) and the grip (13) of the handle (7) are connected to form a conveying part. The spring tube (2) is connected to the guide tube (5). The guide tube (5) is connected with the slide bar buckle of the handle (7) to form a conveying outer tube. The ligation ring comprises a ligation loop (8), a sleeve (9) and a draw ring (10). The ligation loop (8) and the draw ring (10) are molded by manufacture tools to form an integral body. The sleeve (9) is loaded on the ligation loop to form an integral body by one end of the draw ring (10). The novel ligation device has simple structure, reliable hooking and small tissue damage. The polypus is removed completely, the mucous membrane is repaired rapidly, the curative effect is good and the obvious complication is prevented. The operation is simple, rapid and safe. The equipment is simple, and the cost is low and economic.
Description
Background of the Present Invention
Field of Invention
The present invention relates to the technical field of medical apparatuses, in particular to a novel ligation device, which is used for treating digestive tract Rebagliati polyps and pedunculated polyps.
Description of Related Arts
Digestive tract polyps are a common disease and often cause digestive tract bleeding. Partial polyps, especially adenomatous polyps, may become cancerous. Therefore, once a polyp is found during endoscope examination, it shall be extirpated, so as to achieve the goals of curatively extirpating the polyp, preventing cancerization and treating bleeding. At present, methods for treating digestive tract polyps under an endoscope mainly include high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection, microwave and laser cauterization, etc. However, complications such as burning, bleeding and perforation may occur, and the equipment is comparatively expensive, the operating requirement is comparatively high and the wider application thereof in hospitals at a basic level are restricted.
Summary of the Present Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for treating digestive tract Rebagliati and pedunculated polyps under an endoscope by using a novel ligation device with a ligation ring, which is simple, convenient, quick and safe in operation, and the equipment is simple and the price is low.
In order to realize the above-mentioned object, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
A novel ligation device consists of a ligation device part and a ligation ring matched with the ligation device part, wherein the ligation device consists of a draw hook, a spring tube, a draw filament, a protection tube, a guide tube, a boosting tube, a handle, etc. ; a leading-out tube, a sliding
rod fastener, a grip, a sliding rod and a thumb ring are assembled to form the handle. The draw hook is connected with the draw filament and the draw filament is connected with the boosting tube; the boosting tube is connected with a grip of the handle to form a conveying part; the spring tube is connected with the guide tube, and the guide tube is connected with a sliding rod fastener of the handle to form a conveying outer tube. The ligation device slides up and down on the sliding rod through the grip of the handle to control the boosting tube and the draw filament to move forwards and backwards and finally realize the forward and backward movement of the draw hook. The ligation ring consists of a ligation loop, a sleeve and a draw ring; the ligation loop and the draw ring are molded by setting through a manufacturing tool and are connected to form an integral body, and the sleeve is loaded onto the ligation loop through one end of the draw ring to form an integral body.
In the novel ligation device, the draw hook is molded by bending a manufacturing tool.
In the novel ligation device, the draw hook, the draw filament and the boosting tube are connected into an integral body by welding.
In the novel ligation device, the protection tube is sleeved outside the draw filament.
In the novel ligation device, the grip of the handle and the boosting tube are connected together by injection molding, and the grip is slidable on the sliding rod to realize the sliding of the draw hook.
In the novel ligation device, the spring tube, the guide tube and the sliding rod fastener are connected together by bonding to form a conveying outer tube.
In the novel ligation device, the spring tube is a single-cavity tube with a diameter of 1.8mm to 2.3mm.
In the novel ligation device, the spring tube is made of 304 stainless steel material.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
The present invention is further described below in combination with the embodiments and the drawings.
Referring to figures 1 to 4, the novel ligation device according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a ligation device part and a ligation ring matched with the ligation device. The ligation device comprises a draw hook 1, a spring tube 2, a draw filament 3, a protection tube 4, a guide tube 5, a boosting tube 6 and a handle 7, wherein . the draw hook 1, the draw filament 3, the protection tube 4 and the boosting tube 6 are sequentially connected into an integral body to form a conveying part; the spring tube 2, the guide tube 5 and the handle 7 are sequentially connected into an integral body to form a conveying outer tube; the ligation ring comprises a ligation loop 8, a sleeve 9 and a pull ring 10. The ligation loop 8 and the pull ring 10 are molded by
setting through a manufacturing tool and are connected to form an integral body, and the sleeve 9 is loaded onto the ligation loop through one end of the pull ring 10 to form an integral body.
The operating method of the present invention comprises the following steps:
1) installing the pull ring 10 of the ligation ring on the draw hook 1 of the ligation device, and delivering them together into a biopsy channel of an endoscope;
2) under the monitoring of the endoscope, delivering the ligation device and the ligation ring to a predetermined position, pushing the grip 13 of the handle 7 to move towards a far end and tying the ligation ring at the position of a polyp to be removed; after the ligation ring is tied, pulling the grip 13 of the handle 7 to move towards a near end, wherein the sleeve 9, under the pressing of the spring tube 2, enables the ligation ring to slowly become smaller to achieve the goal of ligation.
3) finally pushing the grip 13 of the handle 7 of the ligation device to move towards the far end, such that the draw hook 1 and the pull ring 10 are exposed outside the spring tube 2, thereby separating the draw hook 1 from the pull ring 10 and withdrawing the ligation device.
The present invention has the beneficial effects of simple structure, reliable hooking and small tissue damage. The polypus is removed completely, the mucous membrane is repaired rapidly, the curative effect is good and the obvious complication is prevented. The operation is simple, rapid and safe. The equipment is simple, and the cost is low and economic.
The above-mentioned embodiments are used for explaining and describing the present invention, rather than limiting the present invention. Any modification and change made to the present invention within the spirit of the present invention and the protection scope of the claims shall fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
- A novel ligation device consisting of a ligation device part and a ligation ring matched with the ligation device part, wherein the ligation device consists of a draw hook, a spring tube, a draw filament, a protection tube, a guide tube, a boosting tube, a handle, etc. ; the draw hook is connected with the draw filament, and the draw filament is connected with the boosting tube; the boosting tube is connected with a grip of the handle to form a conveying part; the spring tube is connected with the guide tube, and the guide tube is connected with a sliding rod fastener of the handle to form a conveying outer tube; the ligation ring is made of a solid polyamide filament through hot melting and comprises a ligation loop, a hot-melt knot and a pull ring, wherein the ligation loop, the hot-melt knot and the pull ring are integrally molded, the ligation loop and the pull ring are connected by the a hot-melt knot, and the sleeve is loaded onto the ligation loop through one end of the pull ring to form an integral body.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the delivery part is nested in a cavity passage of the conveying outer pipe, the draw hook at the head end of the conveying part is located at a far end of the conveying outer pipe and the draw hook is slidable up and down through a sliding rod in the handle.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the draw hook is molded by bending a manufacturing tool.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the draw hook, the draw filament and the boosting tube are connected into an integral body by welding, which is slidable back and forth in the cavity passage of the conveying outer pipe.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the grip of the handle and the boosting tube are connected into an integral body by injection molding, and the grip is slidable up and down on the sliding rod, such that the draw hook is slidable in the cavity passage of the conveying outer tube.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the protection tube is sleeved outside the draw filament.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring tube is a single-cavity tube with a diameter of 1.8mm to 2.3mm.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring tube is made of 304 stainless steel material, outside the spring tube is provided a cannula sheath, which is securely attached with an end of the guide tube.
- The novel ligation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sleeve is of a transparent hollow tubular structure with elasticity and is made of a silica gel or rubber material.
