Solid foaming bath agent
The present invention relates to a solid foaming bath agent.
Traditionally, bath preparations containing carbonates and organic acids generate carbon dioxide bubbles in the bath water, and this carbon dioxide gas can provide a blood circulation promoting effect, a heat retaining effect, and enjoy a feeling of foaming. It is widely known as an excellent bath agent, and further, those having various performances have been developed.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a bath agent in which a carbonate and an organic acid are combined with silver hydroxycarboxylate, and can suppress the propagation of various bacteria while generating carbon dioxide gas when used. Patent Document 2 discloses a footbath that uses a specific amount of a carbonate and / or bicarbonate and an organic acid, and a hygroscopic agent such as sodium sulfate in a specific amount. According to such a footbath, It is possible to prevent the release of carbon dioxide during storage, reduce the volatilization of carbon dioxide on the surface of the bath water, and ensure the concentration of carbon dioxide in the bath water.
Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses a composition for heating containing an inorganic salt or zeolite having a specific value for the standard dissolution enthalpy in water, carbonate, and fumaric acid as a heat generating material that generates heat by a hydration reaction. It can be applied to a wide range of dosage forms such as creams, packs, powders, etc., and a thermal effect can be obtained by applying or adhering it to the body.
On the other hand, Patent Document 4 discloses a tablet-type effervescent bath agent having a three-layer structure containing an acid and a carbonate, which occurs when tableting is performed by mixing an acid and a carbonate. The present invention includes the following components (A) to (C):
(A) Carbonate containing 15% by mass or more and 100% by mass or less of sodium bicarbonate 20% by mass
50% by mass or less (B) Organic acid (C) An inorganic compound having a calorific value of 150 cal / g or more and 500 cal / g or less when 1.0 g is dissolved in water, and component (C) for sodium hydrogen carbonate The mass ratio ((C) / sodium bicarbonate) of the solid foamable bath agent is 0.6 or more and 7 or less.
The present invention also includes the following components (A) to (C):

For example, when bathing water is used so that the surface of the bath agent is in direct contact with the skin of the foot or hand, the agents described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 cannot fully realize the thermal effect, and patents In the composition described in Document 3, even if it is attempted to be molded into a solid state, there is a possibility that adhesion to a tableting punch or a mold cannot be prevented due to insufficient releasability. Furthermore, even the agent described in Patent Document 4 requires a specific process for obtaining a three-layered agent, and still has room for improvement as an agent that directly provides sufficient thermal effect to the skin in bath water. There is.
Therefore, the present invention effectively suppresses adhesion to the tablet punch and mold during production, and in use, when used in direct contact with skin such as feet and hands in bath water, The present invention relates to a solid foaming bath agent capable of realizing a sufficient thermal effect.
Therefore, the present inventors have made various studies and found that using sodium hydrogen carbonate as the carbonate can effectively prevent adhesion to the tablet punch and mold, but it is difficult to have a high thermal effect. Met. Therefore, by further study, using a specific inorganic compound at a specific mass ratio with respect to sodium hydrogen carbonate while using a specific amount of carbonate containing a specific amount of sodium hydrogen carbonate and an organic acid, It was found that a solid foaming bath agent capable of effectively suppressing adhesion to a metal mold and exhibiting a high thermal effect can be obtained.

Almost all organic acids are endothermic components, but in selecting the component (B) for use in the solid foamable bath agent of the present invention, a viewpoint of exerting an excellent thermal effect during use.
In the solid foamable bath agent of the present invention, the ratio (X / Y) of the alkali molar equivalent X of the component (A) to the acid molar equivalent Y of the component (B) effectively secures the amount of carbon dioxide generated. From the viewpoint that a sufficient amount of carbon dioxide gas can be dissolved in the bath water to enjoy the blood flow promoting effect of carbon dioxide gas during use while improving the foaming feeling during use, preferably 0.7 or more More preferably, it is 0.75 or more, More preferably, it is 0.8 or more. More preferably, it is 0.95 or less. The ratio (X / Y) of the alkali molar equivalent X of the component (A) to the acid molar equivalent Y of the component (B) is preferably 0.7 to 1, more preferably 0.75 to 0.00. 97, more preferably 0.8 to 0.95.
The alkali molar equivalent X of component (A) is calculated from {content of component (A) × alkali valence of component (A)} / {molecular weight of component (A)}. When a plurality of types of carbonate are included, X is the total number of alkali molar equivalents determined for each component. Similarly, the acid molar equivalent Y of component (B) is also calculated from {content of component (B) × acid number of component (B)} / {molecular weight of component (B)}.
The solid foamable bath agent of the present invention contains an inorganic compound having a calorific value of 150 cal / g or more and 500 cal / g or less as a component (C) when 1.0 g is dissolved in water. The mass ratio of component (C) ((C) / sodium bicarbonate) is 0.6 or more and 7 or less. As described above, the solid foamable bathing agent of the present invention is a specific amount of sodium hydrogen carbonate that is highly useful as a component that suppresses the adhesiveness of the bathing agent to the tablet punch and mold in the component (A). Although included, such sodium bicarbonate is a component that is not suitable for enhancing the thermal effect in bath water during use because its dissolution enthalpy is +54.2 cal / g, that is, it is a highly endothermic component. is there. However, in the present invention, the amount of heat generated when 1.0 g of the inorganic compound (C) is dissolved in water is 150 cal / g or more and 500 cal / g or less, that is, it is a highly exothermic component. Therefore, by using such a component in the above-mentioned mass ratio with respect to sodium bicarbonate, the effect of suppressing adhesion to a tableting punch or a mold at the time of manufacture, which could not be realized by a conventional bath preparation, and at the time of use This is due to the fact that it was possible to achieve both excellent thermal effects.
In addition, since the inorganic compound of component (C) is more exothermic than, for example, an inorganic salt such as sodium sulfate, it is possible to effectively improve the thermal effect during use, and calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc. Since it is not necessary to worry about the generation of a characteristic odor or precipitation of insoluble matter compared to the inorganic salt, good usability can be ensured.

[Examples 1 to 16, Comparative Examples 1 to 8]
According to the prescription shown in Table 1, 45 g of one tablet and a regular octagonal tablet with a diagonal length of 60 mm were produced using a rotary tableting machine.
The obtained tablet was placed at the bottom of a bath with 6 L of bath water at 40 ° C., and then the foot was put on the top of the tablet so that the skin and the tablet surface were in direct contact with each other, and the foot bath was performed for 10 minutes. . Each measurement and evaluation was performed according to the following method.
In addition, the calorific value (cal / 100g) of the obtained tablet was calculated based on the content of each component in 100g of the tablet and the value of dissolution enthalpy of each component as described above.
The results are shown in Table 1.
