Andalusian beach house with seaview
On the Atlantic coast in Andalusia, in the bay of Cádiz, lies the picturesque town of Rota. Traditionally based on agriculture and fishing, the current local economy is mainly fuelled by tourism. Given the good climate and beaches of fine and golden sand this does not surprise. Without doubt, the magnificent beach of La Costilla is one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain and was awarded the European Blue Flag for clean sea water and sustainable tourism year after year. During the high season, Rota becomes a lively place for Spanish tourists.
Rota is a typical Andalusian village. Its brightly lit streets and traditional corners create a warm and welcoming feeling. The house with a total of three holiday apartments is situated right at the palm-fringed beach promenade.
