Brockport, N.Y. (December 14) – For the first time in her career, MIT junior
Paige Forester (Glencoe, Ill.) earned All-America honors as she claimed a spot on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-America First Team. The 2021 NFHCA Region I Player of the Year, she is the sixth student-athlete in program history to be voted to the First Team and the 18th overall to receive this accolade. Forester's award also marks the fifth straight year the Engineers have been represented on this list.

Forester paced the NEWMAC in goals (24) and points (60) while ranking second in game-winning goals (five) and third in assists (12). In Division III, she ranked second in points per game (3.33), fourth in goals per game (1.33), and 13
th in assists per game (0.67). During the past month, Forester was voted the NEWMAC Athlete of the Year, earned a spot on the NEWMAC All-Conference First Team, and was tabbed to the NFHCA Region I All-Region First Team.
