4 Measures of the Government Agreement To promote cooperation: -Libraries gathered in networks -Coordinated selection of automated systems -Cooperative licensing of e-information To strengthen and/or to create collective tools: -Union catalogue of Catalonia -Library services on a national basis -Loan -Storage of low use books

16 Main conclusions of the study: Important consortium profit: 32,22% of downloaded articles come from e-journals not previously subscribed at any CBUC library Use dispersion: 35% of journals answer the 80% of the information needs In general, the conclusions are very near to other international studies in this area
