I used these knives to craft a home made blade. I dont know anything about metal working so these were perfect. I cut antlers I found and worked them into the handle for a priceless, unbelievably cool gift.I did have to drill larger holes for the handle because the posts I bought were bigger than expected.

Gut verpackt und schnell geliefert und ohne ein Logo wie von einigen hier beschrieben. Schärfe und Muster sind sehr ansprechend. Langzeiterfahrungen liegen bisher nicht vor. Die Bohrungen sind 3mm und nicht 3,9mm zumindest bei meiner Klinge. Somit passen Messing-pins (selbst angefertigt aus einer Stange) in 3mm sehr gut hinein. Verklebt mit Epoxydharz einwandfrei. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr angemessen und günstig. Somit kann man sich abhängig vom Griffmaterial ein schönes Unikat für etwa 50-55€ inkl. Griff, Pins, Kleber selber bauen.

Le manche est assez court et il ne conviendra pas à de grandes mains. Je n'ai pas aimé le guillochage fait à l'arrache par le forgeur, s'il n'y en avait pas eu cela aurait été bien mieux. Par ailleurs la semelle de cette lame n'est pas plane et il conviendra de la retravailler à la lime ou sur une ponceuse à bande pour que les plaquettes que vous allez mettre de part et d'autre soient bien plaquées. Concernant l'émouture, il faudra un peu de travail pour obtenir un bon tranchant.
