The Kali Gandaki River joins the Narayani River at the Indo-Nepal border and then flows into India. This river is the Gandhak, which then unites with the Ganges as it flows through Bihar. The River Kali Gandaki flows for more than 600 kilometres and snakes its way through some of Nepal’s toughest terrains. The area through which it flows is very popular with tourists. Treks and river rafting take place in this region. It is considered a very holy river and the entire stretch of the river and the surrounding lands is absolutely gorgeous.
