On Wednesday, May 15th, an upcoming free webinar on Risk Measures will be held to cover a brief history of market risk. The discussion will include various measures such as Value-at-Risk, Expected Tail Loss, Earnings-at-Risk, and Stress Testing. Each section will explain the concept of the measure, provide an example, and discuss its strengths and weaknesses. This free event is designed to be accessible to all energy risk professionals, not just market risk specialists, and will cater to various levels of expertise. The speaker for the webinar is Paul Swoap, who serves as the Director of Market Risk and Structured Products at Tenaska Power Service.
