Their invaluable insights shed light on the distinctive cultures of their respective firms and provided key takeaways for those aspiring to excel in the world of consulting. LaShea Conner-Gaten, Ed.M., Chief of Staff- DEI/Senior Consultant at Deloitte, offered a captivating glimpse into the dynamic culture that sets Deloitte apart from the rest. Her insights illuminated the world of human capital consulting and the strategic journey she undertook to secure her esteemed position as Head Senior Consultant.
