Seguimos.. After almost 11 years in the National Security Department, the time has come to begin a new stage. In these years, I have been lucky enough to be a privileged witness of the evolution of the national cybersecurity system, as well as participating in the construction of EU cybersecurity such as the NIS Directive, CycLONe network, Cooperation Group, Spanish Presidency.. I have learned things from all interesting projects, but above all I feel lucky to have dealt with great professionals and people. On the other hand, as a Military Officer and as a Civil Guard I have not been able to have a greater honor than to sit in many meetings behind the flag of Spain, representing and defending the interests of my country. So I want to THANK you all for your help, willingness, collaboration, permanent support and effort, dedication and enthusiasm for the common Mission that we have been entrusted with: making Spain, Europe and the world a more cyber-secure country. From now on, I will try to continue contributing my small grain of sand as deputy director general of cybersecurity in telecommunications, in the Secretary of State for Telecommunications of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, where I have also found an excellent group of people and professionals. We continue...

It has been an honor for DSN-Departamento de Seguridad Nacional to chair the meeting that brought together 27 Member States, the Commission and European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) . In fact, a historic event under the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU. Together we will make Europe more cyber-resilient and secure. Thank you very much to CCN-CERT Centro Criptológico Nacional for hosting us and for being an active actor!

Once again a pleasure to Chair the meeting of the national officers of the EU Cybersecurity Crisis Management network -CyCLONe-, the last one under the Spanish Presidency. Thanks to the CCN-CERT Centro Criptológico Nacional for hosting this meeting, to the Member States and the Commission for attending and to European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) their support. We see how the seed planted in Spain by the DSN-Departamento de Seguridad Nacional in 2019 has borne fruit, and EU CyLONe is now a reality.
The Department of National Security of Spain, DSN-Departamento de Seguridad Nacional and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity are hosting the 13th #EUCyCLONe Officers meeting in Madrid. The meeting is hosted under the auspices of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union EU2023ES and it is part of the "Sharing To Win" initiative( #XVIIJornadasCCNCERT | #VJornadasESPDEFCERT) organised by CCN-CERT.

Honored to sit behind the flag of Spain to test the protection mechanisms of the most sacred thing that our democracies have, the electoral processes. Thanks the Commission, European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the European Parliament for this initiative.
