Anywhere!

As any yoga instructor will tell you, your personal practice is just as important, if not more so, than your studio practice. You can practice your asanas anywhere, at any time, whether it’s in your living room, in the park or on your lunch break. If you still prefer having someone lead you through the practice, there are plenty of free videos online. This yogi personally recommends Yoga with Adriene. You can find her free videos on YouTube.
