Day 4 of being ignored

Day 4 of being ignored, lied to and having my intelligence insulted!
Why are there no staff in your Peninville Road Branch in London! Because if there are actual humans in the branch, they should all be fired! A total of 14 hrs on hold over three days! The same oks brush off’s, same old excuses as to why no one had had the common decency to make a phone call… oh wait a minute, they can’t pick up a phone!😡
I will continue my tirade until your company actually says what it does on the tin!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Best Rental In Europe,

As a turizm company we worked with different rental companies so different problems accured to this reason. The last day before our guest arrival to Europe luckly i find this company online and the results were perfect. Delivery on time, the driver who delivered the car was quite well in his duty. The car guests choosed was delivered and it was clean from top to down. I guess we find our business partner in Europe.

My experience was an honest car rental firm

My experience was an honest car rental firm which is not always the norm these days. I had a short notice requirement and they were in contact outside office hours to make it all go smoothly.
The car was in good condition with a friendly delivery driver who was on time for eventual collection.
There were no surprise extra or hidden costs and everything was settled with a few emails and a phone call .
I understand they operate across many countries and I look forward to being able to use a trusted source on my next excursion .

It was perfect from first contact via…

It was perfect from first contact via Wattsup until a car return. Everything was on time, easy going, with minimal paperwork. Friendly cooperative staff was helpful throughout the rent. Many thanks! I'll definitely get back for news experiences.

I have rented a Rollz Ghost from the…

I have rented a Rollz Ghost from the company in Cannes south of France , they brought the car to my hotel at the exact time I asked for , it was in great condition and super clean and neat , the employees are super friendly and responsive to any query , very reliable company , I definitely will be using them every summer !
Thank you EPCR team ! my son loved the Bruce Wayne car 😅

Barcelona car rental

I visited and rented a Range Rover in Barcelona in February. The car was delivered to my hotel on time and spotlessly clean. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous. I was very happy with the vehicle and service I received and will be using them again in future and have no hesitation to recommend Europe Prestige Car Rent.

Excellent Service. Will use again

Delivery and collection exactly as promised. In the final days before the hire there was an issue with the chosen vehicle. A very satisfactory upgrade was substituted with no hassle. Unfortunately I scraped a side panel during the hire. The issue was handled promptly and well. What I judge to be a very reasonable sum was deducted from my security deposit when it was returned within two days of the hire completion.
One small niggle is that the UK contact number almost never works. This was a little off-putting initially. WhatsApp was the reliable substitute.
I will use this company again
A satisfactory and efficient service. A pleasing company to deal with

You have to be careful dealing with…

You have to be careful dealing with this company, i have rented out a car and had to cut mu trip half way in, i was charged full fare for an extra 10 days that i didn’t use, in addition i was charged to repairs the summer tires that i was given in winter ( not legal to drive ) they charged me 500$ per tire and they have also charged me 150$ for cleaning of the car .. dont put your credit car in their hands

SCAMMER. Avoid to rent CAR from THIS COMPANY PERIOD

I negotiated and rented a car from here for our trip in middle June 2020 in Italy. As all company do, they charge us for deposit and we paid that with cc. They even text me through whatsapp "HELLO, WE OFFER A FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT UP TO 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE RENTAL START DATE. SO YOU CAN CANCEL UP 3RD JUNE 2020 AND NOT INCUR ANY COSTS" .. Thats what they said before the pandemic start.
And when all flights to Europe are cancelled, i asked nicely for a full refund that they have promised at the beginning of may 2020. And they seem to change the company policy without informing their customers and place the deposit for further use like what Jinin Cheong experienced as well.
You guys can check on what Jinin Cheong commented, and I could not be more agree than she said. I just do not get how can a luxury car rent company who rent to luxury car to people who could easily spend at thousands even ten of thousands of euro can give a poor service like this. Such a disgrace!!
For those who want to rent luxury car, AVoid this company... there are many luxury car company out there. Pick others but not this one!! Don't spend your money on this company.

Excellent service!

Ordered a Maserati from these guys.
Delivered it Straight to where we needed it at Napoli airport and picked it up straight from our hotel in Rome. No delays , no issues , smooth process. I will be back

AVOID at all cost!

They were extremely friendly and helpful when they were negotiating with me on rental rates. I paid the deposit then COVID-19 struck. I asked for my deposit back and they offered 50% refund with the remaining held in file. However, since then the situation worsened as governments banned travel to France (which is where I was supposed to rent the vehicle from), my airline canceled my flight and my country put a travel restriction. When I contacted the company to ask for a full refund, this time not only did they "reassure" me that it was safe to travel (After WHO declared a pandemic) they retracted their first offer and said the full deposit will be kept with them for future use. Please DO NOT hire with this company because when extenuating circumstances arise, they get petty and hold your money without due course, having agreed earlier to a refund. I was going to go with a more reputed company like Europe Luxury, but was won over by their attentive sales team, which completely washes their hands off you after the transaction is done. Learn from my experience and keep to the more popular, well patronized companies. We are all going through a tough pandemic, but this is when the integrity of a company becomes very evident. They're poor in this respect, AVOID at all cost. That’s why there are few reviews on them, which I poorly ignored. This review is to support the traveling community and to ensure that travelers don’t get swindled and good companies get the necessary attention.
UPDATE:
Company had this review reported and requested I remove this review in exchange for a goodwill 50% refund. I insisted that reviews are for the traveling community to understand the company and service that they would receive, hence should not be removed. Already, there are very few reviews on this company, which makes one wonder why? In our exchanges of messages, I misunderstood that they were initially going to offer me a refund, when in actual fact they were not offering any money back at all. Then after I wrote this review, they offered the 50% refund but on the condition I remove my review. Let you, the reader decide where the integrity of this is. Reviews are important. Keep them true and fair but keep them posted! For this, I'm 50% of my deposit poorer.

Dear Jinin,

I have to say, we are more than a little disappointed by your review, which is a gross misrepresentation of the facts.

To be clear on the circumstances of this rental:

1) You asked to cancel the booking without penalty, at a time when lock-downs were not in place, borders were still open and travel was still being encouraged by all governments.
2) Our initial response to you, was that as the rental was still viable, we would put 50% of your deposit on file for you to use on a future rental. (Our standard terms say that there is 0 refund).
3) You declined this offer and requested a full refund. We returned and said that whilst we were not offering refunds and as your rental could still go ahead, we would offer you 100% of your deposit to keep on file. Meaning when you were happy to travel again, you could use this to rebook the service.
4) You misinterpreted our offer and immediately proceeded to leave us bad reviews. We were surprised by this and explained our offer to you again. You confirmed that you had misunderstood the offer but still demanded a 100% refund.
5) We maintained the position we had always done, which is that you could have 100% of your deposit, kept on file, to rebook when you were happy to do so but that as we were deviating from our terms to offer this to you, that in return, you removed the review that you had agreed was written when you had misunderstood our offer.

For some reason, despite making you a very fair offer, at a time when travel was still allowed, you seemed more determined to paint a picture of us that is false and keep your review online, instead of accepting our offer. We want you to know that the offer still remains open and should you choose to rebook the service when the virus has gone, we will continue to extend our offer to you.

We hope that you and your family remain safe and well and hope that we do in fact see you in Europe soon.
