I ordered my summertyres in 19 April and didnt get them at all not even in 2 May 2013??

This is totally unacceptabel bahavior in the service for others!! I had been in phoecontact with POPGOM meanwhile these 2 weeks I was waiting for my ordered Michelin to com to my postadress and each time I received different answer that the POPGOM personal dosent know what has happen? Anyone couldnt tell nothing? Not even when I made my order about these 4 Michelin they said first afterwards that it will take 2 weeks I rang them several times and asked by my self about these tyres and what has happend, why they still didnt have send them to my postal adress? They cannot give you any answers about nothing, why they didnt get these Michelins? No answers so ever what has happen? No answers if they still get them and when??? This selling manner is BAD,how can popgom sell tyres they dont know even where tyres are and who is controlling that customers get their tyres they have orderd....ANYONE SEEMS TO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPEND with my TYRES ??? WHAT HAPPENS at the popgom? Where is their boss ?Their unablety to contact the place in France who are delivering tyres to them cannot eiher been contacted ??? BAD the whole thing went wrong and anyone is not intreseting to solve that for a customer in this case me???? I dont like it.Sincerely
