It works after I can get my PC to read the USB. Sometimes I have to remove and replace it several times before it is recognized. I doubt that it's my computer as it is brand new purchased just 2 weeks before the reader.

I’m old. In my day computers had built in ports for this stuff. Way cheaper than buying all new equipment. Highly recommend.

Just what i needed to retrieve photos off my Kodak Easy Share C195 Camera that is no longer recognized on windows 10. By using the SmartQ C368 card reader I am able to upload the pictures to my computer with ease.

Of course, I was skeptical as usual, but I ordered the card reader anyhow. When it arrived, I plugged it into my computer and used it right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The card reader actually works better than the one that was installed into my computer from the factory. I am hoping this item lasts for a long time. It's been about a month or so, and still no problems. I use the card reader a lot.
