Item shipped out fast as opposed to previous Funko preorders. However, there wasn’t much protective packaging inside and the paint can Kevin is supposed to be holding at the top of the stairs was loose and banging around inside. Like the other reviewer noted, replacement options are only available at higher rates from resellers. Chances are slim, but customers interested in this item would be better off purchasing in store if they see it in stock to avoid damaged product being shipped to them.

Delivery driver dropped it at my drive way in the rain. Thanks :((( Box was smashed at the bottom which resulted in Funko box having damage at the bottom as well. Bubble cushion was only on one side of the Funko box, could of prevented damage if it was wrapped around. Will have to take back to the store for hopefully an exchange.

The Funko Home Alone Deluxe Pop is amazing! I was disappointed in the fact that the side of the plexi glass was cracked. I don't believe this is how Wal Mart sent it out. More than likely this happened during shipping.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. Arrived earlier than expected. I saw several negative reviews complaining about it arriving damaged and was worried. Mine arrived in perfect condition.
