Sabo is from the popular series One Piece. He is the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff, recognized as the “No. 2” of the entire organization, ranking directly under Monkey D. Dragon himself. Sabo acts as an ally of Luffy during the Dressrosa Arc. He wore a large black top hat with a pair of blue goggles wrapped around it, a blue jacket with the sleeves rolled up, a cravat and a pair of light blue cyan shorts held up by a belt with an elaborate flower-design buckle.
