About the GMA T.50 In the 1970s to 1980s, Gordon Murray gained fame as an inspired designer who developed a string of innovative racing cars, and the GMA T.50 is the first car of Gordon Murray Automotive, which he established in 2017. Its lightness is accomplished by liberal use of carbon fiber while its streamlined form features few aerodynamic devices. Power is provided by a midship mounted, 3.9-liter V12 engine capable of 670PS. The interior has a central driver seat with passenger seats positioned either side, diagonally backward of the driver. Parts for open and closed engine hood can be switched in and out, even after assembly This innovative model doesn't require cement to attach clear parts, nor paint for window frames. The model features fine depictions of the V12 engine shape, radiator, exhaust cover and fan air duct. The T.50's smooth underpanel is recreated accurately, complete with flowing diffuser. Photo-etched parts give the rear of the model a crisp finish, and are held in place by plastic parts, removing the need for cement. Slide-molded depictions of springs are another highlight, giving a more realistic look as they are separate parts.
