This clock is great! The space shuttle design with light up blue wings and red booster lights at the bottom is fun by itself. The addition of the CHANGEABLE PROJECTION CAPS with all the different COLOR CHANGING light modes makes it exciting to play with!

It comes ready to use, just plug in, set the time and turn on the lights. The time and alarm sets the same way as our other bedside clocks. It comes with DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS should you need them for all the functions. It is easy to figure out just by pressing the various buttons on the front and experimenting.

My favorite thing about this clock is the COLORFUL PROJECTIONS it makes on the walls and ceiling. It comes with two different projection caps. One has a STAR design with stars in different sizes. The other cap has SPACE figures: an astronaut, planets, rocket ships, etc. If you want to use it as a NIGHTLIGHT, you just put the white cap over the projection cap. The caps are easy to put on and take off.

The color options offer a lot of variety. These can be changes by clicking the "+" or "-" buttons. One of my favorite combinations looks patriotic with red white and blue, another combination reminds me of Christmas with lots of red and green. You can also select single colors: RED, WHITE, BLUE and GREEN.

The clock's DIGITAL LCD display is easy to see and read. The space shuttle comes with decals alreay applied. A NASA emblem decal on the front of the shuttle and an American flag decal on the wing. All the parts of this clock are smooth, nothing to snag or pinch fingers. I am pleased with all aspects of this digital alarm clock, it is very cool!

The clock was easy to get out of the box and set up. I love that it plugs in with battery backup. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. The clock feature is typical of most digital alarms and was no problem to set.
The lights and projector on this shuttle clock are awesome! The clock itself has an adjustable blue backlight with 3 brightness settings. Simply pressing down on the shuttle changes the brightness from off-low-medium-high-then back off again. The ‘light’ button controls the other light features. You can select between the projector & wing/base light, just the wing/base light and just the projector. The wing and base lights are really cute, with the wings lighting up blue and the base lighting up red. My 5 year old says it looks like the rocket is ‘ready for take-off!!’ Lol!
The best feature of this shuttle clock is the projector. It comes with 2 really neat, interchangeable projector caps. One cap is a variety of different sized stars and the other is different space objects such as stars, the moon, comets, spaceships, satellites and more. The projector light is red and projects the images really well. The light is bright but the cap dims it enough that it’s easy on the eyes. To make the projector images spin, simply push the rotate button. My kiddo loves cap with different space objects rotating throughout the night. When he doesn’t want to use the projector, there is a white cap that can be placed over it to protect the projector caps and give the shuttle a day time look.
Overall this is an awesome alarm clock and fun space themed projector. My kiddo and I are both very happy with it!

This has got to be one of the coolest things ever. I mean, I've seen other nightlight projectors before but this one takes the cake! The fact that it's shaped like a space shuttle is what sold me. I have 2 four year old grandsons and they absolutely LOVE it. I do have to reiterate to them that it's not a toy occasionally, though. It, of course, comes with cord & plug for a wall outlet but you can also add batteries to back up the clock in case of power outages. The clock is very user friendly. The time and alarm is very easy to set. I love how there are two different projector caps. One creates a room full of stars while the other a galaxy full of everything outer space (shuttles, comets, stars, astronauts, planets, etc...). The "light" button turns on the projector, wings & base. You can keep pressing the "light" button to choose which lights you want to be on (projector only, wings & base only or all three) There are 5 color settings (red, blue, green, white or all 4 at once). You press the + or - to shuffle through the colors. My grandsons prefer all 4 colors to be on. It also has a "rotate" button that will make the projector turn. It also comes with a solid white cap that if pressed will dim the digital clock light from bright to completely off. I am so happy with this product! Sleepovers are much more fun at Nana's now!

This clock by Sharp is the cutest thing. It is shaped like a NASA space shuttle and also has a nightlight. The wings and the booster light up and it has a globe on the top that you can change so the room at night will show stars on the roof or your ceiling I mean or once you change it out it also shows like spaceman. You can even put a little cap over the night light part of it if your child for some reason didn't want the stars of the spaceman on the ceiling. It has a nice bright display. You can also set the alarm turn the light on. It works just like a regular digital clock or alarm clock but it's shaped like a little NASA space shuttle. My son really loves the globe night light with the spaceships and the planets and the little astronaut. He loves being able to change out the cap and do the stars as well. It's really great quality and it runs off batteries which is great as a backup so you don't have to always have it plugged in. It's made a very good quality so it's not flimsy or cheap in any means it's very well done and great quality like you would expect from a brand name like Sharp. If you have a son or daughter that likes space or anything to do with space they will love this.
