Guyra is a town on the New England Highway in northeast New South Wales, Australia situated about 410km north of Sydney (show me). With a population of around 1,700, Guyra is one of the smaller towns in Australia. At about 1336m above sea level, Guyra is the fifth highest town in New South Wales. The nearest sea is the Tasman Sea which is part of the South Pacific Ocean about 130km east-southeast of Guyra.

Guyra is on the Laura Creek.

The nearest more populous place is the city of Armidale which is 32km away with a population of around 20,000 (show me a map with Guyra and Armidale).
