Restored Photos on Display

The Lotta Latte Cyber Café is proud to present the exhibition of the restored town photographs of Berkshire, Newark Valley, and Richford. The photographs will be on display June 9 and 10.  There will be an opening reception from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, June 9, and all day Saturday, June 10 from  8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served. A limited number of the restored photographs will be on display until the end of July.

The photographs have been restored by Ray Hunt of Berkshire using a digital restoration process.  The advantage of digital restoration is that no alteration is done to the original photograph leaving the original unaltered.

If you have any old pictures of the towns that you feel should be part of this project you can bring them to the opening to show/review with the Town Historians or you can call Ray Hunt at (607) 657-4416.

The restoration project is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program administered locally by The ARTS of the Southern Finger Lakes.

The Lotta Latte Cyber Café is at 12 South Main Street in Newark Valley (642-5007).
