The Memorial Plaque inside All Saints' Church, Hurworth-on-Tees

The above Memorial plaque is to be found inside All Saints' Church, inside a small area at the Western end of the church that has been partitioned off for meetings or Sunday School. Within this area, the plaque is positioned on the South wall at about head height.
Thirty three names for the First World War are shown on the memorial, of which four are for men who served with the Yorkshire Regiment. Details of these men are given below.
Private Reginald Harrison, 25294. 2nd/4th Battalion Duke of Wellington's
(West Riding Regiment), formerly 44921 the Yorkshire Regiment. Son
of Mr. J. T. Harrison, of Hurworth-on-Tees, Darlington. Killed 17 April 1918.
Aged 21.
Born Hurworth (Durham), Enlisted Darlington, Resided Hurworth-on-Tees.
Buried BIENVILLERS MILITARY CEMETERY.
Private Thomas Cooper Hodgson, 18614. 2nd Battalion the Yorkshire
Regiment. Eldest son of Thomas Newton Hodgson and Jane Hodgson, of Hurworth-on-Tees,
nr Darlington. Killed 9 June 1916. Aged 21.
Born Hurworth-on-Tees, Enlisted Darlington, Resided Breckenbrough Hall (Thirsk).
Buried LA NEUVILLE COMMUNAL CEMETERY, CORBIE.
Private Albert Pettit. 42021. 9th Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment,
formerly 413 1st T R Battn. Born Hurworth-on-Tees, Darlington. Killed 21 July
1918. Aged 19.
Born Chalton Hawthorn (Somerset), Enlisted Darlington.
Buried VLAMERTINGHE MILITARY CEMETERY.
2nd Lieutenant Bernard Jocelyn Wilkinson. 3rd Battalion, attached
to 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. Killed 8 July 1916.
Commemorated on Pier and Face 3A & 3D, THIEPVAL MEMORIAL.
