Hiking along the Gryonne river in Bex – VD – Family adventures in Switzerland

This was a short but nice walk following the terraced river of La Gryonne not far from Bex in the canton of Vaud. It’s a easy walk for young kids and they’ll enjoy trying to cross the river helped by the rocks. The Gryonne river is an affluent to the Rhône and has its source up in Diablerets. You can visit the Salt Mines which are not far from here. A little train will bring you down to the mines; kids will love it. We have visited the mines twice, but unfortunately we don’t have pictures to share in a specific post.
