This site is now very restricted for touring units with only six small pitches available. However, Fondi is midway between Rome and Naples, 300 m. off the Terracina-Gaeta road (SS213). The six pitches are at the rear of the site amongst permanent units and under effective but sombre, green shading, but are close to the amenities. They are on flat grass, all with 3A electricity, but are not suitable for large units of any kind due to access restrictions. The large beach (with lifeguard) is of fine sand and there is a pleasant grass promenade between the beach and the restaurant complex. Below this complex is a further layer with an excellent boutique and a large supermarket.

It is a picturesque seaside site with unusual cultural activity. Set in a pinewood area, the carefully tended flowers and trees and the white painted buildings make the bungalow area pleasant. The facilities are on a natural raised area between the beach and the touring area. There are open-air theatres on both sides of the highest point, which also has the restaurant/bar, huge TV room and breakfast room. Damask linen and fine glasses in the Girasole restaurant present an elegant spectacle completed by a fine menu and cellar. During high season there are cultural and sporting activities, for example, a troop of ballet dancers to entertain and teach, and plays, shows and films staged on one of the open-air stages. As well as the beach, there are two pools by the second stage. Signora Banotti, the lady owner speaks good English.

One large and five smaller toilet blocks are of modern construction and have some British style WCs. Showers have hot water on payment, with cold water in washbasins. Two family washrooms. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Gas supplies. Bar/restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar (all June-Sept). Supermarket. Greengrocer. Boutique. Hairdresser. Swimming and paddling pools (instructor). Tennis. Disco. TV. Organised excursions (with local agency). Torches required in some areas. Animals are not accepted.

Directions to Holiday Village (Fondi)

Site is well signed on coast road SS213 between Gaeta and Terracina, 7 km. south of Terracina. It is reached from the Rome-Naples autostrada, depending on approach, from several exits between Frosinone and Ceprana.
