Unframed photographs are printed edge-to-edge (no white border) and are available in luster or matte paper. Both paper types are professional-grade Epson photo paper sourced from Japan:

LUSTER PAPER - Exhibition-quality photo paper with a slight gloss but not highly reflective so your image will still be viewable from various angles.

MATTE PAPER - Museum-quality, archival photo paper that offers a smooth, non-glare surface. It has no reflective properties, so you won’t see a glare regardless of how bright the lighting is.

Framed prints are ready-to-hang, and available in matted or no mat frames:

✔️ 100% acid-free mats, hence they will not fade with age

MATTED FRAMES - Provides a 2 inch white mat. The dimension you select will be equivalent to the size of the entire product, so the size of the photograph itself will be smaller to allow room for the 2 inch mat (e.g., The 16x20'' matted frame will have a 12x16” photograph).

NO MAT FRAMES - The print fills the entire frame without a white border.

- Depth from wall: 0.85 in (approx. 22mm)
- Face width: 0.78 in (approx. 20mm)

Please allow us 2-5 business days to prepare your order, and 3-8 business days for shipping to the USA and UK. Other international orders may take between 3-20 business days to deliver, depending on the country.

✔️ All orders to USA, UK, and EU will NOT incur custom duties and taxes.

FOR CANADA ORDERS: Unframed print (print only) orders to Canada will NOT incur custom duties and taxes. However, framed prints to Canada will incur custom duties and taxes upon delivery.

FOR AUSTRALIA ORDERS: 8x10" matted frame prints may incur custom duties and taxes.

Unframed photographs are carefully rolled and shipped in tube boxes, and framed photographs are sealed with secured packaging designed to resist damage.

Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order but we do not accept returns or refunds after production has begun as each photograph is custom made to order.

If your order is delivered in anything less than perfect condition, please send us a photo of the damage within 10 days of the delivery date and we will happily replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
